Fantastic experience: Wonder Family Dental is aptly named to be sure. I’m so grateful I found them. Really kind and happy staff, super positive and welcoming. Some things that really stand out for me: Empathy and skill when working on your teeth. While it’s not always fun getting your teeth cleaned, Doc has such skill with tools and was so caring and communicative that the process was the best I’ve ever had, even though it had been a while for me (meaning a deep clean). Never once was I shamed. I never felt pushed or rushed and it’s a really clean and healthy facility. Excellent COVID protocols speak volumes on their thoroughness. I felt super safe. Really the most important thing of all is it’s very clear the whole staff is passionate about what they do from initial consult, to work, to follow up. That makes such a huge difference because you can tell they genuinely want your oral health to be in tip top shape. My family will be going here as long as they are in business. They just made a customer for life. ***Update - A few years later*** Really glad this place exists in our community. Through the years I find my outlook on oral health has completely changed due to the consistently positive support from Dr. Wonder and the rest of the crew. I’ve made some adjustments to my smile with Candid and I honestly can say now, I LOVE my teeth. Dr. Wonder and the team have made such a positive impact on my life and my smile. I wish I had a dentist like this when I was younger! Your teeth are just as important as any other part of your body! Still just as happy coming here as day one. How cool is that?!

Fantastic experience: In all my experiences with dentists and orthodontists over the years; Wonder Family Dental is by far the best! Everyone, the receptionist/appt scheduler, dental assistants,and of course Dr.Wonder are very friendly and welcoming at every appt. I get reminder phone call as well as a text to remind me of my appointments(which I need!) Dr. Wonder always has a smile on her face and is a perfectionist. I used to dread going to the dentist, now whether it's just having teeth cleaned or getting a cavity filled or a crown done; I'm relaxed and know I'm in good hands. I cannot thank Wonder family Dental enough for all the work I have had done; now I can smile again!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, this visit was so refreshing. We came in to visit Dr. Wonder for my son who was not a patient of record and had an urgent dental issue. They got us in same day, and everyone was so happy to care for us. From the phone experience scheduling, registration and insurance and the procedure and aftercare, nothing could have been better! They are a fabulous team, who does fabulous work all while giving us the information needed to make decisions in a quick and concise manner due to the nature of my son’s issue. Fantastic experience: Our son developed an abscess from a dead tooth and infection, and Wonder was able to see us the same day. The care was exceptional—they removed the tooth immediately and were incredibly thoughtful, kind, and caring throughout the process. Truly a gem in Poulsbo! I’ll be scheduling my own cleaning here as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The care and care started before I even made my first visit. Katherine was so helpful on the phone listening to my concerns with genuine interest and professionalism. She forwarded all the registration paperwork to the moment we were off the phone. When I arrived at the office she called out my name and welcomed right away. I was given some medical history questions. But before I could finish with them I was called back to a very nice, clean, and bright exam room. I had barely sat down when Dr. Wonder stepped in introducing herself with spirited welcome asked how she could help. It was clear she wanted give me the best care possible. I appreciated the thorough explanations of what treatments would be most helpful in achieving my expectations as well as receiving the most suitable and advanced dental care. Fantastic experience: Update. Today I saw Dr WONDER. She is amazing. I broke my crown I had for decades. She was so gentle and you feel like family. We wish we had met this practice long ago. From Katherine working reception to leaving every person in this practice is above exceptional. Her kind husband runs the business and even assists. . I’m a new patient that this clinic graciously accepted to begin our dental care with damage caused by another dentist to a critical tooth, and they did so with the deepest and most sincere compassion. Each team member made sure I felt welcome with explanations of what and why of each step taken to make life easier for my painful situation. From the first phone call to beyond my first visit, and from every team member, I knew this was the perfect dental clinic. Their professional manner with a huge dose of caring set them apart from any other clinic. Dr. Wonder herself, is an exceptional person and dentist. She made sure I understood what needed to be done and that I was comfortable. She took interest in my life in general. After 30 plus years elsewhere I was afraid to start over, especially when learning it was a complicated tooth repair, but once I was there I was no longer afraid. The follow-up was immediately after my appointment with texts from the office and with Dr. Wonder, herself. That has never happened where I had been going. Not even after they had hurt me with unnecessary damage. I strongly recommend this dental clinic for anyone’s dental care for both your teeth and you as a person. Fantastic experience: I had three small cavities taken care of. One required that I open my mouth as wide as possible and eventually the pain in my jaw was quite bad, but I was determined to let Dr Wonder do her job until tears streamed down my face and my body started to shake and she stopped immediately. Her soothing words and calming touch were perfect as she coached me through deep breaths. Dr. Wonder is so caring and thoughtful. Just the best!

I told her I wanted an egg roll really bad but couldn"t risk it. So today as I was leaving from another appointment she had an eggroll in a go box for me. How cool is that from your dentist office? Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a dentist like Dr. Wonder for almost 60 years! Seriously, if you are a super severe dental phobe you need to be in her dental chair. Over all these years I have been to very many dentists searching for one that took my phobia seriously. She went beyond my expectations. Dr. Wonder and her very knowledgeable dental assistant, Gretchen, made sure I understood everything they were doing and why. Each visit ended with me being given a printout of all discussion, procedures performed, what would be coming next appointment, and what was expected of me as a patient. I felt comfortable enough to ask her to make a new set of dentures for me. She asked me to bring in the set that had been torturing me for over a year. I will never forget what she said when she saw them which was, “ These are men’s teeth!”. She then showed me the differences, and there are many, between male and female teeth. I was so upset and embarrassed. However, the set Dr. Wonder and her team made fit me like a dream. I am so very pleased and know if I should have any difficulty they will take care of it. I am so happy! Also, the office is so calm and quiet. I am sure that has a great deal to do with the office manager, Catherine. She is so helpful and understanding. The word may already be out, but if not, I want everyone to know Wonder Wonan has traded in her red cape for a white coat !

I was upfront with them about my fears & past experiences & they talked me through everything they do & treated me with respect & kindness. Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. Haven't been in a decade. After going to Wonder dental, I don't know why. The needles were barley felt, the process painless, and they've done enough shuffling of their schedule to accommodate me despite my initial reluctance.

I get gentle care every time, they advocate for the patient as often as possible, and really do work to make lasting relationships. I'll keep going here even if my insurance is out of network, which I understand makes me lucky, but it's worth it if you can, especially if you have any fears or shame about dental care. They will work with you and make sure you feel seen.

They willingly were respirators to protect me from airborne pathogens and they paced the exam and treatment to meet my capacity. Dr. Wonder found the problem I have been having for a long time that other dentists didn’t. Her assistants are very skilled and knowledgeable. It has been a comfortable and good experience every time I go.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Wonder Dental and Dentures since they opened. It’s obvious that everyone on the staff enjoys working there. Dr Wonder is extremely aware of patient anxiety, and does everything she can to make the session worry free and painless. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr Wonder for any dental or denture needs. I have most of my teeth and she is very gentle and lets me know what she is doing. My wife has full dentures and she is getting a new set. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Wonder Family was great. Insurance had us travel a long way to see them for care. Doctor Wonder took time to discuss options for virtual appointments for minor items AND when that wouldn’t make sense for me such that I wouldn’t have unnecessary travel.
