Fantastic experience: I had to have extensive teeth restoration done, and I've always been scared of dental visits. I've had the most positive experience at Bristol Dental Clinic. Over numerous visits in the last 2 months, I was always treated with respect and care. Everyone on staff is cheerful and professional, the facility very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an emergency on a Saturday with a tooth that needed a root canal, and Mr. Bontrager got me in when I was in a lot of pain. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions, and got the procedure done without rushing. The root canal went smoothly, and I left feeling much better than when I walked in. I really appreciated that he was willing to help on a weekend when most offices were closed. If you’re looking for an experienced dentist who genuinely cares about helping people when they need it, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Bontrager. Thanks again for taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff are very nice and friendly. Doc is very professional and very knowledgeable she takes time to talk with you about any concerns that you may have. My children love going to the dentist because they feel so comfortable with their pearly white smile when they leave.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Monica was so good w my 7 yr old. She explained everything she was doing to her as she was doing it. Went to her for a second opinion on a few teeth that the other dentist we were going to wanted to "keep an eye on" instead of doing something with them. Ms. Monica told me best course of action for them and we will not be doing back to the other dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office. My cleaning took less than 45 minutes, the hygienist was very gentle. My previous dentist was having me come back every 3 months for cleanings and my new hygienist said let’s move you back to every 6 months. I am very pleased

I had an emergency situation, there were able to schedule me in the same day whereas everywhere else I called were weeks out if they were even taking new patients. Fantastic experience: The office staff were incredibly kind and made sure to get me in right away because of my pain level, even though I was not an existing patient. I truly appreciated how quickly they responded. Dr. Monica Bontrager took her time to carefully assess the issue and explained everything clearly. My tooth was cracked down to the nerve from clenching and grinding. Aside from the crack, it was still healthy and did not want to come out easily. She was patient, gentle, and able to remove it without causing additional trauma. The facility is brand new, clean, and very welcoming. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Bontrager was compassionate and professional. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been patient at this clinic for several years. I have never had a bad experience. Every individual, from the front desk, the dental techs, and the doctors are kind and patient. I have an adult child with special needs who is also a client and they treat him as if he owns the place. They honestly make their patients feel like family. I used to fear going to the dentist but thaks to this family owned clinic, I actually look forward to seeing all of them.

Fantastic experience: I drive about 40 minutes just to come to this place, and the people that work here make it so worth it! I’ve always had so much anxiety when it comes to the dentist but not with this place. I just finished up my first partial cleaning to help me get back on track and Lauren was very knowledgeable, helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My first visit was with Dr. Laban and he gave me a treatment plan of what i needed to do and what would help in the meantime before i could get scheduled with a hygienist . I would recommend this place over and over again! The Front desk always welcomes me with a big smile, with the most patience and always willing to help and answer any questions i may have. To some it may seem just like a dentist, but when i come to this place it feels like family. I’m very thankful for that. 10/10 recommend!!

Negative experience: Apparently, being relatively new in town means your life will be put in danger, and you'll receive the blame for their lack of adherence to basic hygiene standards. They put a temporary crown on me without cleaning the underlying tooth, which emitted a horrific smell upon removal of the broken crown. They said, "It's just bacteria" I asked both the dentist and the assistant to clean it, but they refused. They said the smell was "normal". The smell of decay in my mouth is not normal. I asked if bacteria, sealed under a temporary crown for 3 weeks, would cause an infection? They said no and put the temporary crown on. I developed an abscess within 48 hours. When I informed her of the abscess, the dentist sent me a LONG "Dear John" letter, full of strange accusations about "trust" and our "misalignment". A simple apology would have been the correct response. Don't risk your health, there's other dentists in Blountstown.

Fantastic experience: This is Bailee Sullivan, I had an amazing experience here! I was in and out in under an hour, even with X-rays and a wisdom tooth extraction. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, the dental assistant was kind and caring, and the doctor was incredibly thorough and gentle. They made the whole process so easy and comfortable—highly recommend! Best best best place to go! Monica and her staff are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I had a difficult wisdom tooth removal, and Monica was able to remove the tooth and also piece broke off and she was able to get the small piece of root. I cannot thank her enough and the staff. Thank you for a wonderful visit, this was my first time ever having a tooth pulled And I’m 73 years old.
