Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! The assistant, Stephanie was very friendly and helpful! She did a great job at my cleaning with little to no pain! The doctor was very informative and had a great treatment plan for me! They really took their time and I really appreciated that most.

The dentist was also especially kind and caring. All of the staff were kind & helpful. I will definitely continue my dental care at this office!

Fantastic experience: Staff was helpful and friendly. Taylor, the hygienist was the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She was super personable, gentle and knowledgeable. I only met the dentist briefly because I was just there for a cleaning/x-rays, but she was kind and professional.

I appreciate their level of professionalism and sense of urgency. Going to the dentist can be a nerve-racking experience, but I appreciated their level of attentiveness and concern for my well-being. Fantastic experience: Lockhart Smile Center is the go to place for issues. I hate going to the dentist for any reason which means I usually go when the issues I have are pretty bad. It’s no different this time. The staff were really kind and never made me feel bad. Instead they addressed the issues I am facing and were totally honest about it. Although the issues I have were more than I thought they did not try to sale me what I did not need. Lockhart Smile Center will be my permanent dental care provider.

Ms. Ruiz is still amazing and I had heard great things about Dr. Ai. My treatment today was thorough, professional and painless. Despite this clinic being out of network for my dental insurance, I will continue to come here!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist and dentist were very thorough in their examination of my mouth and teeth. Most thorough dental exam and cleaning that I have ever had. They talked to me about how to improve my teeth without trying to upsell me on additional services. Best dental office I have been to in a long time. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Great caring staff. I was in great pain. They got me in fast within a couple hours and were kind, Friendly and professional. The staff listen to me and made me feel safe and cared for.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and gentle. Dr. Perrard answers all my questions and gives good quality care. Shout out to Norma her assistant Whois always on top of things and is a calm quiet voice in a time that it’s easy to be anxious. They are timely for appointments and the office staff is helpful with insurance and scheduling.

Positive experience: Honestly the staff and the dentist here are all great and very friendly. The only reason I give it three stars is because they only do cleaning, fillings and crowns. They don’t do any tooth removal or root canals. If needed they refer you to a specialist which to me is huge inconvenience and it’s also very expensive. What ends up happening is your insurance is charged for the inspection then charged for the specialist which you’ll probably have to pay out of pocket for a sum, then you’ll be sent back to the dentist for the crown and be charged again. It’s ridiculous so based on that I won’t be going back I’ll find a dentist that actually does full dentistry.

From Gabby at check in to Melissa the dental assistant and then Dr. Perrard, everything about my first visit with this office was excellent. I am terrified of the dentist and after my first visit, I am positive that I am in very good hands with this dentist office. Dr. Perrard was very compassionate and gentle and made me feel at ease and took her time with my visit, answering all my questions and mostly made sure I was comfortable through the entire visit. Melissa made sure I was comfortable as well and walked me through step by step what to expect as we went through the pre exam x rays. I am looking forward to working with this amazing team to achieve my smile goals! Thank you all so much for reminding me what excellent care looks and feels like.

I kinda had an emergency situation.Wonderful and caring staff and doctor. They set me up with an oral surgeon for the next morning and it was a great place as for as dental offices go. Fantastic experience: This was my second visit; it was just as good as when I first visited six months ago. The doc and staff were spectacular. The building is quite old, but I really like it. The inside facility is well maintained, and all the equipment appear to be quite new with the latest technology.
