Negative experience: My husband went in for a deep clean. They kept trying to convince him to do the tooth extraction when he had already told him no. He was not informed ahead of time how much the deep clean would be and the receipt he was given is barely a receipt. Doesn't show the dentist he saw or what was done. He is lucky he had the money on hand. I feel bad for anyone that gets anything done, not told how much it was going to be, and then told to pay an amount they didn't expect. What would happen if someone couldn't pay it after the work was done and they weren't told how much it would be? Very unprofessional and will not be going back.

Negative experience: Both times I have been there they were running 30+ minutes late. My appt was at 3 and didn't get taken back till 330, dentist finally came at The hygienist disappeared when she told me I was waiting for the Dr I am not sure if they take two patients or what at once. Dr davis is nice, but rough when cleaning my teeth. The dentist clean your teeth versus a hygienist, which is a confusing thing have happen when you're at a dentist The first time I came they tried 3 times to make me take X-rays even though I told them at intake I was pregnant and couldn't do them.

Negative experience: I have a temporary crown come off on my front tooth and they will not work with you at all.. they are having me wait three days to get in.

Negative experience: Update to Previous Review Waited 2+ hours over our appointment time, then was confronted, mocked, and treated aggressively by staff over my review. We came back for my husband’s extraction because it was the soonest available option, despite everything leading up to this. He was given a 3:50 PM appointment and told not to eat or drink beforehand. By the time we arrived, he was already weak, on medication, and hadn’t eaten all day. We waited until 5:20 PM to be seen. When we asked what was going on, we were told another patient didn’t follow pre-surgical instructions—but they still chose to see them, delaying every patient after by over 2 hours. After my husband was taken back, I was expecting to be called for post-op instructions. Instead, I was pulled aside and confronted about my Google review. I acknowledged it was mine. The employee (I believe her name was Jori) immediately questioned why we even showed up if this is how we felt about the place. I explained it was the soonest appointment we could get and that we would not be returning after this. She argued that we should have gone somewhere else instead. We went in circles for a solid minute. After a minute, I asked if she was going to pay for gas, cover new patient fees, or take on the financial burden of starting over somewhere else. Was she going to pay for anything extra out of her own pocket?? That was dismissed. Instead, she began questioning whether I actually understood my husband’s seizure condition and implied I didn’t know what I was talking about. I made it clear that I do, and that my concerns were valid—and will remain. The situation escalated from there. She became visibly agitated—raising her voice, stepping into my personal space, and repeatedly talking with her hands directly in my face in a mocking, exaggerated “yapping” motion. Her hand, in my face, aggressively. At that point, another employee stepped into the area. I asked if there were cameras to document the interaction, I was told to “record it myself.” She also claimed she “knows who I am” and that I “do this everywhere,” but could not provide a single example when asked. Show. The. Receipts. Throughout this entire interaction, I repeatedly asked if my husband was ready, because that was my only concern. I did not understand why I was being confronted while he was in the back recovering from surgery. The situation became so heated that multiple staff members, including the surgeon and manager, had to step in and remove her from the interaction. Once the surgeon became involved, things returned to a professional level. He was respectful, answered my questions, and focused on my husband’s care. The assisting staff and nurses were also kind and helpful. However, that does not excuse what happened. I genuinely felt unsafe during this interaction. No patient or family member should ever be confronted, mocked, or treated this way—especially in a medical setting while their loved one is undergoing a procedure. This was completely unacceptable and will be reported. Took a screen shot of my original review, because this on top of the original was too much and could not have all of it.

Negative experience: I called this dentist on a Thursday my son was having severe tooth pain they knew this and we had our appointment on a Friday and they refused to touch my son because they said he needed to be put to sleep and have oral surgery but my son never needed any of that very unacceptable. My son had to be in pain longer than he should have. I took him to a dentist in minot and they said that he never needed any of that! Insane. Why not tell people before they take their children here that they won’t even fill a cavity. Insane do better staff at the desk was wonderful but definitely not a fan of this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I called on a Monday morning to see if I could be seen for a tooth to be extracted. By 10:30 that morning I was in a chair surrounded by a professional staff that was getting the problem taken care of.

Negative experience: My daughter had an Unacceptable oral surgery experience here. When I was asked how to file a complaint I was told there was no way to file a complaint so I am voicing my extreme Disgust, disappointment here in hopes that my experience will not be repeated. I understand that sometimes life necessitates The need to bring your child to work with you but having your child at your side tugging on your pants distracting you while you are poking a patient with a needle is extremely unsafe and absolutely unacceptable Especially when the patient is my child. I watched as my daughter's arm was continually dug around in until she was in tears . I finally yelled STOP ! To top it off there was confusion on paperwork side of things I was told to pay the entire balance not the amount I had already been told by my insurance company that I would be liable for before I was even done hashing things out and paying for my bill my daughter was still disorientated and groggy from the anesthesia she was brought out back without my knowledge, permission, or preparedness. Negligence lack of professionalism carelessness lack of concern are a few words to describe this experience that my daughter will remember for the rest of her life .

Fantastic experience: As anxious as I was, Dr Christensen and his assistant chatted all the way thru my procedure, which helped me relax! And their choice of music, in the background, was great!!! Dr Christensen explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. The only negative was the long length of time it took to get my bill and pay it. I would very much recommend Dr Christensen!

Negative experience: I went there to see an Oral Surgeon for my jaw and they didn't tell me until after my visit that I would have to pay $650 until my insurance reimbursed me and when I would call every other day to try to get them to run my insurance they would avoid/ignore my calls to the point where I had my wife call in so they would answer and they claimed that they did mail it off to my insurance which they never did...

I went in because a filling broke and fell out and the staff told me I would need a root canal which I’ve always heard is an extremely painful process but this Doctor was fantastic ,I felt no pain at all! I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else as long as I live in Williston!

Negative experience: My experience with this practice was the worst I’ve ever been to, we waited over an hour for a pre-booked appt. I’m not one to complain about a business but if you’re planning on booking here make sure to come in at least 30 minutes before your actual time.

I have been coming for 8 years and everytime I go and I have a tooth issue the fix it on the spot. There is no coming back. To me I love this very much. Especially working on call all the time it is hard to know what my schedule is day to day. So one time visit is awesome for me. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Honestly it was painless. I've never had a cleaning not hurt at all. Walking in it didnt have the typical "dentist office smell" that usually gets my anxiety started. It was a great experience. Very welcoming.

They were highly recommended to me, and I recommend myself. I hadn't seen a dentist in about a decade, and they were very understanding and not at all judgemental. I was more anxious walking in than I actually was in the chair. Five stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: It’s the staff that makes your experience great, Everyone is very warm welcoming and they make it their mission to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you to all that helped assist with the procedure i had to get done.. and thank you to the dr that took the time to peel my toe nail polish off to find a pulse before starting.. he also took the time out to research my health condition and made sure my asthma was under control before starting as well… i left with minor to no pain and felt more confident with my teeth.. i highly recommend this dentist office to anyone that’s in need of dental work.. Negative experience: Dealing with these people is hard. They take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance but make you overpay hundreds of dollars up front and then you have to hound them for your reimbursement. That isn't BCBS policy. Seems illegal. Tiffany laughed a lot while I was trying to resolve the issues, she was amused. They said they would use nitrous for the root canal and lied about it. My husband suffered. Will never go there again.

One thing I do appreciate about them is that they were advocates for my wife when they were needing to do some work on my wife's teeth and our insurance was being a pain.
