Fantastic experience: I contacted Chandan Dental office after a bad experience and other issues with my previous dentist. I also tried some other dentists but there were potential issues with insurance or something. But my first contact on the phone with Chandan was welcoming and friendly. They had no issues with my insurance and gave me confidence they were sticking with the medicare insurance plan I currently have. They made an appointment with me within 2 weeks and sent me preparatory paperwork which was reasonable. The visit was very nice and welcoming, two dental people worked on my crown, which they got all insurance worked out in minutes. They were expert and gentle and got the job done. Explained things well. There was even a TV in front of me to wash relaxing undersea creatures in quality video. I made another appointment for a cleaning and full check up later.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try this dentist out because my 82 year old mother recommended them. And hey, when a senior recommends a dentist, you know it carries weight. I needed a cleaning, and I needed a few mildly chipped teeth fixed. Nothing big. I walked in and I was seen almost right away. The paperwork was a breeze and everyone was so pleasant. I wasn't anxious sitting in the chair - someone was with me the entire time! When they saw me gripping the chair arms (from just vibration) they offered me a stress ball, which was immensely helpful. The dentist was also outstanding, and the whole procedure took less than I've waited for a cappuccino! The work was done, and done well! Everyone made sure I understood each step of what they were doing before doing it. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. I was in consistent pain for about a week from a broken tooth. My original dentist told me I had to wait a month for an appointment. These guys made time to get me in quick and got the tooth removed for me. Very thankful.

Fantastic experience: I had been extremely nervous about all the work needed on my very sensitive teeth, seven in all. Dr. Chandan put my mind at ease by ensuring I was completely numb before starting. The best part for me was when he counted as he ground my tooth, and let up in between counting. That really helped me to set my focus rather than focusing on the grinding. Thanks Dr. Chandan Keep counting, it helps!! Lol

She and the dentist genuinely cared about my teeth and my mouth. The dentist not only checked my teeth but also performed an oral cancer assessment. I take great care of my teeth and am so pleased to find a dental group that cares as much as I do.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and understanding staff. They saw my entire family of four back to back the same morning. They were thorough in establishing individualized care for each of us. Ive had numerous terrible dental experiences so I cannot understate how comfortable this experience was. We dealt mostly with Skylar and she was awesome. Even my four year old son who normally needs a two man hold-down minimum to apply fluoride at the doctor's office, sat calmly and chatted happily through his full first cleaning, polish, flouride-all of it. As far as my husband and I are concerned, these people are magic. We are so happy to have found this office.

Fantastic experience: Fastest visit to the dentist I have ever experienced. Staff was polite and professional and efficient. Technician is smart as a whip and she relieved my stress with her humor. Dr. Charlton and I go way back to pre-Covid days and his bedside manner hasn't faded over the years. The front desk attendant quickly handled a minor set-back with my prescription due to a an unknown pharmacy closure. Needless to say I left with a diagnosis and a solution, feeling relieved. I appreciate this office very much.
