Reception staff so helpful, dental assistants and hygienists are calm and make you feel like you are not ‘ just another patient’ but display a caring attitude! … and then there is Dr. Mack… he’s not only sweet, but sincere, calm, courteous, intelligent and so very kind! Thanks SMILE QUEST for making the experience as pleasant as possible !

Fantastic experience: Very happy with today’s appointment. My normal dentist was away for the day and a newer dentist to the practice exams me. Both her and the newer hygienist provided excellent service. Answering any questions I had regarding my dental plan and they took time to explain it in a manner in which I understood. After my appointment was finished, the front desk staff worked out a date that would be best for me. They also assured me that all the expenses were being properly submitted to my insurance provider in order to get the absolute best bang for my buck. I’ve been a lifetime client of this dental office and they have always done their absolute best for exams, treatment programs, and insurance submission. I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend them to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: I always get friendly, laid-back care that is simultaneously top notch, informed and very detailed. The practitioners here are educated and skilled way above and beyond gold standard requirements, but will be honest about their limits too. The Team is cohesive, supportive and full of genuine smiles. Each team member takes time to listen, understand and do their best to help in whatever capacity you need.

Negative experience: Bad experience right off the bat! Called to confirm my appointment to be certain I knew when to show up & Lisa the receptionist answered and not only did she not give me (the patient) undevided attention beings she was talking to someone in the background, she also was really unpleasant with the answer to my question. After that phone call, I immediately called another dentistry and made an appointment. It really is unfortunate that the face of the dental office leaves that kind of first impression. I’m sure the hygienists do a great job by the looks of the other reviews!

Fantastic experience: I had my very first root canal today, which Dr. Eric Herman did for me. To be honest, I was pretty nervous as I had never had this done before. Dr. Herman talked me through it till the end and he did a very good job. Ashli, my hygienist did a great job as well.

During the dental procedure, staff always asks if I’m doing okay and if I have any concerns. When done with my appointment, staff is helpful in setting up further appointments as needed. She is always up on the newest, most effect technology and she presents solutions to any dental concerns that may arise in order to maintain and improve your dental health, which positively impacts your general health. I give her my highest recommendation.
