The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, making you feel at ease, and explaining all procedures extensively. They all seem to be a genuine family, and they're all so knowledgeable and welcoming. I'm extremely glad that I chose them for my dental needs. If you're in need of dental care, this is most definitely the practice for you!!

Fantastic experience: New to the area and needed a dentist for a broken tooth. They checked two boxes- accepted my insurance and were able to get me in quickly to fix the tooth. Bigger picture: it has been a great experience. Everyone at the practice has been pleasant and easy to work with. Truly a customer first mentality. Outside of the broken tooth, I’m going to continue going… great work, a professional attention to detail and super friendly. All traits that many medical practices have forgotten in today’s transactional based life.

Today's visit was my first at the office and I can say they come of the sweetest people that work there. They made me feel welcome and talked to me to calm me down. From the moment I walked in till I left it was one of the best visits I had at a dentist office in a long time The lady I had doing my trays and talking to me was kind and made me feel welcomed there. The dentist was also very sweet as well.

Negative experience: No not a very pleasant visit.went in today oh it's a whole new group. Ok , got an appointment today wow. Went in told the assistant I wanted a new bottom implant she said I didn't need one , what it my money my mouth.ok got up said I will go elsewhere goodbye.went out to front desk asked if I owed anything she ask what did they do ,I said nothing. Told her I would not be back if I can't get what I want I go else where ,she ask me I I saw the dentist I said no no need to assistance told me I didn't need a new bottom implant. I said yes I do I'm paying for it . So take all my info a delete me I find some one else .

Fantastic experience: 70 years old with all my teeth and never had a toothache. Well last week my jaw swelled up and I could barely swallow and the pain was unbelievable. Rome Dental made an appointment for me the next day. After xrays and scans, my lower back tooth on my jaw had a crack on the back of the tooth and could not be saved. Dr P extracted the tooth within minutes. The procedure was fast and painless. I immediately had no more pain and the infection was gone within 24 hours. I am so grateful to Dr P....good Dentist. I highly recommend him and I will be back to see him if I ever have anymore dental issues. Thanks to Dr P, his assistant, and to the staff. GREAT JOB...
