Negative experience: I came here about a year ago (it took me so long to write this review because I couldn’t remember what this place was called until I drove by it this morning). I had tooth pain and I believed it to be a cavity. The Dr who checked said my tooth had broken from grinding my teeth due to stress and said, “Find what’s stressing you out and fix it.” OKAY Sure ! It was obvious that they believed I was wasting their time. No offer of help to fix the tooth or anything. Then I had to pay $150 for nothing after being there less than 15 minutes. I get having to pay and it’s fine, just annoying. It was what he said to me is why I’m writing this review. He was condescending and dismissive. I wish I could remember his name to call him out.

Fantastic experience: I have been very satisfied with the care I get from Kingston Dental Practice. They went above and beyond to get a partial made for me. Due to abuse i received from ex husband, it was very difficult for them to find someone to make a partial that would fit. After 4 tries and changing to a different company , I finally received them. They are perfect.!! I Can't thank Dr Hause enough for making sure i got what i needed He is a really great guy!!

Negative experience: It was good until the girl leaned me back in the chair & was doing an impression on my top set of teeth, she had me leaned back which I should have been sitting upright as the goop started heading to the back of my throat, gagging me to tears - I really don’t think she knew what she was doing!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hulse & Dr. Bery and staff are truly incredible people . My testimony, well I visited my pediatric dentist until I was 43 ! Yup 43! Dr Blanton in Knoxville was my only dentist until he passed . After I turned 20 Dr Blanton told me for 23 years after my 20th birthday that he could not see me anymore it was ridiculous! He loved me but it was time to move on to adult care ....I was 43 years old when Dr.Blanton passed on to heaven. This lead me into a fear , lack of trust but your not Dr Blanton era for years until I was blessed enough to fing Kingston Dental office! I hope these young men will see me on to heaven and that they will be my last dentist to treat my teeth . The office staff is warm ,inviting, caring ! First impressions the saying goes well Bravo to all members of this group . Very personable experience every time. I had only had one cavity in my adult life before beginning a rigorous treatment program for cancer . Due to the treatments my teeth crumbled sad I went from being extremely proud of my teeth to down right embarrassed of them.. Embarrassed to find a dentist because I just knew that some would think maybe I didn't take care of them.. Both dentist gave me my pride back reassured me that they could see my teeth and gums had been well taken care of they could tell . Dr Hulse shared a story about his Grandpa that really eased me ! Now these amazing Dentist have just about finished rebuilding my smile after I couldn't be more grateful. So , to all the other dentist that told me that I had to get every tooth pulled that dentures were the only answer ? I was right to find my own answers ! As a retired Kindergarten teacher I give the ultimate reward a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to this Dental office

Fantastic experience: I came in a panic because of what I thought was a broke tooth (Was a Temp crown) they sat me down and walked through every step. The finance office helped me 10/10. The front desk was busy, but made sure to help me even when they were swamped 10/10, and Dr. Berry was absolutely a blessing. If you need any work done they are the ones to go to. I am extremely impressed and grateful for them.
