Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that had broken off. My wife called them and I was able to get in within 2 days. They were so kind and caring! I was able to get a crown put on it within a day. The experience was great. They really know what they are doing. Would recommend them to everyone!

Positive experience: The employees are always friendly. Although I've been a patient for around 10 years and have never seen the doctors face nor rarely heard his voice. Dr. Erickson comes to the chair, does stuff to your teeth and leaves with no interactions or pleasantries.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Gillette for a tattoo from Colorado Springs when I unexpectedly started having some serious dental issues that needed immediate attention. I first called another office that was fully booked, but they kindly referred me to Mountain West Dental. From the moment I called, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and understanding of my situation. Even though their schedule was already full, she went out of her way to speak with the dentist and made sure I was able to be seen right away. The dentist was not only thorough and professional but also very kind and compassionate. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ultimately prescribed antibiotics to treat my infection. I truly felt cared for and never once like I was a burden or inconvenience. To make the experience even more special, one of the staff members I met happened to be a fellow graduate from my high school in Casper—go Trojans! That little connection made me feel even more at home. I am so grateful to Mountain West Dental for their kindness, honesty, and genuine care. It’s rare to find a dental office that makes you feel both welcomed and reassured in a stressful moment, and I deeply appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were visiting from out of town when she suddenly had issues with an infected implant. We were stressed and didn’t know where to turn, but this office welcomed us in right away, even at the last minute. From the front desk to the dental staff, everyone was so warm, caring, and reassuring. They treated us like longtime patients, not visitors passing through, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We never once felt like we were a burden, and that meant so much in the middle of a trip gone sideways. We are so grateful for the kindness and care they showed us—it truly turned a tough situation into a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing work on their teeth done. I am in gillette on a job and he was very professional, fast, made sure that I was comfortable before the extraction and within a few minutes it was out... the staff is very friendly as well.

Negative experience: I went in last week to get a tooth pulled. They pulled the tooth but didn't prescribe me any pain meds as they shredded my poor gum. Then two days ago I had a piece of broken tooth still in the hole. It's been a week and my mouth has NEVER been in so much pain and I've had teeth pulled before and I will say this is by FAR the WORST service I've ever had...

Negative experience: Will sneak in procedures that insurance won’t cover and let you know afterwards then when you ask them on the next visit not to do that they’ll argue with you and leave you hanging with either a huge bill or finding another dentist, I chose the new dentist route.

Everybody in his office is so friendly, welcoming, & completely understanding when it comes to any financial issue you may have. Dental work can become extremely expensive & insurance does not cover much. His office staff team have been absolutely amazing with giving us a plan that works for us & our budget so we do not go into debt. I had a really bad fear with any dentist however Dr. Erickson is extremely patient, gentle, & very articulate when explaining everything in details. He has done so much for my husband & even got him in for a bad dental emergency when every other office in town turned us away for "Not being in network." Dr. Ericksons office did EVERYTHING they could to get us in, even without being in network with them & saved my husbands teeth, No questions. We are extremely greatful for him & everybody in his office.

I used to travel out of town because I thought I could only see a dentist that would help me 'relax' enough to get thru an appointment with medication. But due to insurance and filing concerns decided to seek out someone local. My daughter refered me here and my only regret is not coming to them sooner. Janda is absolutely phenomenal and has handled, what the previous office had told me they wouldn't/couldn't, with professionalism and kindness!!
