Fantastic experience: My teeth were cleaned. The young lady did a great job of informing me what she was doing and caring for my teeth.

From the time I checked in and had a lady name Kaitlyn come get Me I knew that I was in the right spot for my teeth cleaning. Not only was she easy on the eyes, she was also very professional and got the job done. Dr. Urban was very professional and enjoyed the whole experience. Will definitely be back.

Moving to the bank building was brilliant—remodeling it, keeping the safety deposit room and the safety deposit boxes—allows all the locals to keep their memories and lets the newcomers to the area know that family and traditions matter.

Fantastic experience: I recently experienced sporadic pain in two different teeth. I called Dr. Urban‘s office this morning early and requested possibility of being seen on short notice. They had me in his office a few hours later for x-rays and diagnosis. It’s almost impossible to get better service than this. Although we will be relocating to a different state. Our plan is to continue seeing Dr. Urban and his new impressive facility.

Fantastic experience: I’m not the one to brag however my visit at the dentist was very enjoyable I was dreading for sometime explaining my situation and couldn’t decide what to say. The doctor Urban jumped right in and said we can fix this problem and after a bit my appliance with an issue was at no cost to me sent off with some modifications and I am excited in a week or so to be able to chew my food correctly. Thanks to all that assisted the good doctor.

They were very kind and efficient. I wasn't even a patient yet but they took care of me anyways. Fantastic experience: My daughter’s baby tooth had been causing her pain and discomfort that was increasing. Our normal dental office was closed since it was a Friday. I made a call and this practice got us in same day, no questions asked. The practice is beautiful and the staff and dentist are kind and caring. They took my daughter straight back, explained everything and she was taken care of in such a short amount of time which was impressive. This was a blessing when leaving school early, commuting and making good use of our families time. Something you don’t see often anymore. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Rossville Family Dental. I needed an urgent appointment, and I wasn’t a registered patient, yet they still went out of their way to get me seen that day. Dr Jankowski was amazing - absolutely no pain whilst he extracted my tooth (including the injection - which is unheard of!). It’s a wee bit of a drive from Manhattan, KS, but I will be back as the care was phenomenal. Also, shout out to Kaitlyn Laub who works there & recommended them to me after my plea on Facebook. She was even kind enough to contact me that evening to check I was ok. They definitely go above & beyond!

Positive experience: I was very happy with the office. It was warm, friendly & helpful. The only thing I was a little disappointed in, was that I did not get to meet the doctor. I had my son in for a first appt (for a cleaning & some concerns about a few teeth that had been chipped/broken during a reccess collision) & when they were all finished, the hygienist brought me back & went over all the details of what the dr. wanted to do for the damaged teeth. I've only had the doctor go over those details in any other office we've been to, so I thought it a little odd.

Fantastic experience: Liz and I needed to find a local dentist. We had been going to our Dentist for the last 10 years but he is in Springfield, Missouri. We love him and his staff. So going to someone else made us feel like we were cheating on him. We saw Dr. Urban and his staff today for our semi-annual cleaning.They eased our anxiety soon after arriving. His staff was so helpful and nice. They spent a great amount of time with us and found everyone courteous and professional. I spoke with Dr. Urban and he was very knowledgeable, kind and down to earth. We were very happy with meeting Dr. Urban and his wonderful, helpful, kind staff. Liz and Steve Andersen 6/17/2019 Liz had an appointment for crown replacement due to marginal integrity. Once crown was removed Dr. Urban discovered a mess. This crown was made 20 years ago so he inherited it. He was so gentle and kind to Liz and gave her breaks because of what was involved in restoring her tooth. The Dental Assistant held Liz hand the whole time. I loved what I observed when they were treating my stroke disabled wife. I love this dental office and all of the staff

Fantastic experience: Such a great and friendly staff. I went in for an X-ray today and realized on the way there I forgot to brush my teeth in the morning due to a lot going on at home. The lady who did the scan was so nice to get me a toothbrush and some toothpaste to brush my teeth really quick. I will forever be thankful for doing that for me because I felt so bad that I might have dragon breath..lol

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a Dentist choose Dr. Urban and his team. Here's my story: I have horrible Dental Anxiety....we're talking shaking, stomach ache, fast heart rate, staring into space, anxiety...I'm awful lol. Dr. Urban and his team were amazing with my anxiety. At my first appointment I mentioned that I was scared and had crippling anxiety about needing a filling. The Hygienist took the time to try to get me in that day to fix it. Unfortunately there were no appointments that day to fill it BUT they got me in as quick as they could. I went in today to get the filling and I was a mess! I had a lot of anxiety and Dr. Urban and his team were calm, didn't judge me or rush me, and you guys....I WILL be back! Normally getting the numbing shot is a horrible experience for me. I usually have sharp pain with it and it hurts the rest of that day. When Dr. Urban did it I didn't even feel it! NO sharp pain and as I sit here typing this there is NO pain! Everything was super comfortable and they will work with your anxiety if you're like me. I have been to Dentists who have made me feel awful for my anxiety but not here. They are wonderful! I will probably always be anxious about having someone in my mouth with sharp things lol BUT I now know Dr. Urban and everyone in the office are great and I trust what they are doing. Don't keep looking for a Dentist. Call today! You will not regret it. He's also very easy to schedule and works with you in a timely manner.

I especially appreciate that they don't talk down to my children (even my three year old), Dr Urban is always willing to take the time to explain things thoroughly, and they are very rarely running late!

Fantastic experience: This is the most amazing dental office I have ever been to. All of the staff and the dentist are all so kind and amazing and efficient. I had a special case where the weather made it so some of my teeth appliances didn’t arrive on time and they did everything they could to get it to me before I left the country the next day. Seriously so amazing and so flexible with me. The dentist again is amazing. He explains everything just enough and is very gently and considerate. When I was having some sensitivity he stopped immediately and made sure that I was okay and made any adjustments that I needed. 10/10 experience and I wish I could express my gratitude!
