I’m 36 years old, have autism, and a fear of blood and shots but the faculty made me feel very comfortable and helped me every step of the way! They explained everything in detail from the financial part, the entire process from impressions, the extractions, everything I needed down to healing process. If I had to rate them on a scale 1-10 it would def be a 1,000. I was so stressed out about the extraction part and when it was time for them to do mine, I ended up falling asleep for part of mine. I couldn’t thank them enough for making such an emotional and stressful experience so much better and easier for me!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with my upper and lower partials.The lower partial has a single tooth that fills in a vacancy. With the partial in you cannot tell the tooth is missing.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and staff who really cares about you. They help you with a detailed easy to understand payment schedule and cost breakdown. The Dr was very nice and didn't feed me any crap or try to push or sell me on upgrades. My teeth are in bad shape and I didn't feel judged or anything.Im in my late 40s and ladies of this age understand "hot flashes", Ms.Virginia took notice and even helped me with that as well. They actually care about you as a person instead of a chart number. I would absolutely recommend this office.

So if anyone is thinking on a place to get your dentures DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN ALBERTVILLE ALABAMA PERIOD. Choose Cullman's office. Positive experience: Was hoping that dentures would stay in mouth with denture cream at least, even eating soft eggs, the bottom still comes loose. Hoping it fits better in time. But right now, ugh!! Feel like maybe they pushing the implants, which I can’t afford, I hope this isn’t the case tho. The staff and everyone are very friendly. I guess since dentures and implants are all they do, I was hopeful for a better fitting denture. But overall , the top fit good .

For someone who has extreme fears of dental work, The doctor was very gentle and kind! They are also so good to explain everything to you before doing it.. I would tell anyone it’s the place to go!

Fantastic experience: The tech who adjusted my dentures today was patient with her adjustment taking off a little at a time. I told her that I wanted to concentrate on the bottom one as it is the one that won't stay in long enough for me to eat a meal which is what we did then she made an adjustment to the top based on the notes I had made while I was eating. To say the least they are at least 90% better. I can eat now. We still have some fine tuning to do but this has turned my frown upside down and turned my experience 180 degrees around. Thanks!!!

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, & compassion—that alone set them apart immediately. They went above & beyond to make sure I had little to no anxiety about my upcoming procedures. Every step was explained clearly, every question was answered without rushing, & I never once felt dismissed or pressured. They truly took the time to understand me as a patient, not just a chart. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Virginia, who was absolutely phenomenal. Her level of accommodating care, constant reassurance, & genuine willingness to sit with me and help ease my fears made an enormous difference. She never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable—just heard, supported, & safe. Her calm presence & compassion meant more to me than I can put into words. What meant the most to me was how incredibly understanding & sensitive they are to patients who have dental procedure anxiety due to previous treatment or procedure trauma. Instead of brushing it off, they acknowledged it, validated it, & did everything in their power to help me feel safe, comfortable, & in control. That level of empathy is rare—and life-changing for someone who has struggled with dental fear. The entire experience was phenomenal—professional, compassionate, reassuring, & truly patient-centered. I walked out feeling calm, confident, & cared for, something that is not always a priority at larger franchise dental implant centers. If you are nervous, anxious, or have had bad experiences in the past, this is the place you want to be. I am beyond grateful for the care I received & cannot recommend them highly enough.

When I meet the Dr. He was very kind. I had all of my bottom pulled. I had dentures at the top that didn't show when I smiled. I'm so blessed about my relationship with each of them. Positive experience: I have had a mixed experience. Overall it's been good. They have tons of financing options and don't make you feel embarrassed. Some of the employees are amazing some aren't. They are very easy to reach out to and very helpful. Dentist is very good and nice most of the time. I did have a rough time getting 32 extractions with no sedation and he wasn't the most comforting. But what can you expect. You have to wait a really long time to get permanents. I'm having to wait 12 months.
