Negative experience: Unfortunately none of my experiences at this location have ever been good! IMO the dentist here is more worried about money than your actual health and needs to do entirely too much just to help the patient and if you can’t afford all the extra stuff she isn’t going to do anything for you. I recommend going to see their sister office on Pemberton Dr Jones will assist!

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying that the staff are so nice and accommodating and the doctor is quick but amazing at her job! I even got in for an extraction super fast! The prices are nice too! From start to finish I was taken care of like family! They even provided me with a take home blanket and a pair of sunglasses for my comfort! I now refuse to go to anyone else! Just so you know they keep it really cold in there!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Family Dental Care 61N in Vicksburg. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. They made what could have been a stressful visit feel comfortable and easy. A special thank you to Dr. Karla Haik for her kindness, patience, and excellent care during my tooth extraction. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience here. It took me a long time to even get the courage to go to a dentist to weigh my options of my bad dental health and try to create some kind of path in which I could maybe not have to feel the shame of having bad teeth. It is true that I had drug problems when I was young and the dental health is directly linked to that and it is a terrible feeling knowing that even after you have put it all behind you that it still affects you like this. I was treated like I could never possibly pay for any of the proceedures. She basically gave me the cheapest option available and pushed me out of the door. I felt highly judged and higly disrespected. I have basically sat in my room depressed all afternoon still not knowing what I should do or which way to go. If you have any kind of psychological anxieties or any kind of past life bad decisions asscociated with your dental health and are worried about someone making you feel shame for the things you have no way to go back and change. If you are trying to improve your life, which has been a very long and hard road to get to the place you are right now, you definitely want to stay away from this place. They will make you feel like crap again.

Fantastic experience: I was provided with professional service. She asked me questions as to the health of my teeth. She remembered that I was a coffee drinker. That means she pays attention to her patient. March 2024 I got instructions on how to take care of my coffee stains. I followed them as instructed and was proud of the results. I told them that I needed a Hollywood smile. My family thought that was funny because they asked about the smile again. May 2026 The information I was given to keep my smile pretty and free of stains, I followed instructions. My following instructions cut my time in half at the dentist. Wow!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Karla Hiak as my dentist, I have been so afraid to see a dentist for over 20 years but Mrs Hiak has made me feel so safe and calm when I visit her office. Her and her team have made me feel so welcome. This is the best place in my opinion to get dental work done. They are always busy but she takes time with every patient and is so kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: I booked a new patient appointment online and accidentally scheduled for Pemberton location. So I walked in the day after I was supposed to be scheduled and told them what happened and asked for the next available appointment they had on a Wednesday or Thursday because those are my set days off. I just happened to be off for PTO time that Friday I walked in. They told me they were going to see me then and worked me right in.

Negative experience: I came in for a cleaning, and was given a dental assistant that was extremely rough on my teeth and gums, I had expressed the pain i was feeling multiple times, and nothing changed, at one point she cut my gums so bad she had to wipe my gums as they were bleading.
