Presidential Family Dental

Fantastic experience: Had a very thorough cleaning of my teeth today. Dr. Alex decided an old filling needed to be replaced. The filling was being watched for awhile and he felt it had deteriorated and should be replaced. Was able to get an appointment for next week. He has worked on my teeth and I've been pleased every time. He explains what needs to be done in a manner understandable.

Fantastic experience: Got me in the same day I called. Explained everything in simple detail that was going on with my teeth, giving me 3 different options and what to expect from each option. They sit me down and gave the the total cost of all 3 options . Which helps a person decide . No complaints from me. Plus they didn't play Christmas music in June..

Check in and dental history was quick and easy. My hygienist was excellent. She was friendly and efficient and thorough. My dentist's service was tops. He was, through, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The dental office is in my network for insurance. I would encourage anyone looking for a local dental service to look to Presidential as your provider. I am looking to a long relationship with Presidential Family Dental. I encourage others looking for dental services to consider this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to presidential family dental for routine teeth cleanings and X-rays for the last 5 years. I have been taken care of by Jackie. She is a phenomenal dentist and has taken great care of not only my teeth but of my understanding of tooth and gum care. She breaks down the anatomy of the mouth into terms that I can understand and explains how to properly clean and floss. I couldn’t recommend a better hygienist to care for your teeth and she will have my business until she retires!

Negative experience: This place used to be great. Now, it’s a mess. Jackie and Aimee will do a beautiful job cleaning your teeth. Beyond that, good luck. There’s a new doctor every five minutes, so if you’re looking for stability, this isn’t it.

Fantastic experience: After falling and breaking a tooth the day after Thanksgiving, I called Presidential Family Dental on Monday morning and was seen immediately. Then, after only 8 days I was able to get a temporary crown and fitted for a permanent crown. After a cleaning by great hygienist Amy, I received great service from Dr. Bill, Kensi, and Valerie on the crown and Aubrey in the office. All were very professional, friendly, and competent. I highly recommend Presidential Family Dental in Marion Ohio.

Fantastic experience: Not good! Was on time, someone came and got me and told I was having a different person cleaning my teeth. Ok - So why was I not called and told if I would let someone else clean my Teeth… Then wild have them cleaning my teeth , I was told something else about my teeth ( isn’t the doctor supposed to tell this to the patient) , ok so this seemed unprofessional and acted like they didn’t want to finish the cleaning. I fill like I was supposed to do want she wanted me to do. NO- I don’t think your thinking about your patient or maybe your to busy with wanting to be working on there next visit. Poor decision making, thanks but no thanks.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Presidential Family Dental have always taken exceptional care of me, and this visit was no different. I needed an older crown removed, work completed to craft a new crown and a temporary crown cemented to the tooth. The procedure was completed comfortably and I have a future appointment to fit the new crown. I recommend Presidential to anyone in search of quality dental care.
