Negative experience: I work over the road so it expensive to go back and forth. The refused me when I walked in to get the partial denture after all my other appointments and they refused to give me my teeth because “they need a doctor” to tell them they fit in my mouth

Fantastic experience: There is a reason Dassel Dental has such high reviews… their crew of hygienists, technicians, and front office staff under direction of Dr. Toews is absolutely amazing. I had a crown done several years ago from a dentist in Hutchinson, shall remain unnamed, and it never felt right. Several trips to “try” and fix it never worked. One visit with Dassel Dental and Dr. Toews had it 100% better in a matter of a few minutes. Sooo happy! I just got a new crown from Dassel Dental and I could have fallen asleep in the chair. After getting the temporary crown in place, I have to say that it felt so much better than the permanent one I received at that “other” place. Need to be numbed? Well, they have a procedure that you don’t feel anything at all while they are injecting the medicine. Hands down, Dassel Dental is MY dental office hence fourth. Thanks to everyone at Dassel Dental for all the great experiences.

Fantastic experience: First of all I have a HUGE phobia of dentists. I was having tooth pain so I had to get seen. Let me tell you everyone at Dassel Dental made this the most amazing visit. They came up with a plan for my teeth and all of this has been completely painless. 4 days ago I had 6 teeth pulled and everything went amazing. I cannot recommend that this place enough AND its right in our backyard. They have earned a lifetime patient!!! Thank You Dassel Dental for all your care and your patience with me!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Dassel Dental. It's a small town dental practice with roots going back decades. I went there to get an implant for my #4. The staff are professional, friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Toews did an excellent job on my implant and even checked in on me the following day to see how I was doing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a bad experience here. I honestly have a great conversation with who ever I’m working with and they don’t make me feel bad about my teeth even if they have concerns. They want what is in your best interest and so you can walk out feeling healthy and clean. I am honestly so sad I’m moving and having to find a new dental office but I 100% recommend Dassel Dental to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dassel Dental. We bring our babies, toddlers, teenagers, everyone here and all ages have great experiences! Which is saying a lot for a toddler at the dentist. Dr. Toews is incredible. Thorough, professional and patient. Dr. Ness did our baby's tongue tie and made the process so simple and not stressful. Highly recommend. Receptionist staff is super kind. All of the hygienists we have ever seen are so thoughtful and patient with our kids! They all know their stuff and make you feel so cared for.

I had Dr. Toews do some work on myself too, and he’s honest, trustworthy, and truly knows what he is doing and is a perfectionist, all the qualities I would want in a Dentist. Fantastic experience: My visit today was for my regular six month check up. I thought I was very well taken care of. My dental hygienist explained everything she was going to be doing. Very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I like being able to see my x-rays on the computer to see how my teeth are doing and anything that doesn't look right. Great job.

The fit was horrendous and impossible for her to use them. Dassel Dental saw her and fixed the issue the day after I called them. Thank you so much!! We highly recommend them!!

Negative experience: I called for one reason and one reason only, they said ok! 100$ later and there is nothing we can do! When all they were told to do was to look at my sons face and prescribe an antibiotic! Couldn't even do that after y'all was told that's what he needed, and the only thing I wanted! Your lucky the clinic gave him antibiotics for the golf ball size lump on his face! Then knowing that I can't afford a major operation you refer me to someone that wants 1200$ to pull a tooth whom want the 1200 up front! Commons sense isn't taught it's learned! I may not have a medical degree but dang! Any person who knows an infection would have prescribed antibiotics you didn't need a PHD to know there was an infection his face was so swelled it actually is causing him to sound and speak funny cause his jaw doesn't move much his mouth is always open! The only thing they did do right was see him! Which is the only reason I am even writing the review! I would be careful of how you treat parents with kids whom are in this much pain! If something happens to my kid because a doctor fails to provide services, you become part of the problem and must be taken care of! I will not tolerate being discriminated against cause I don't have good health or dental coverage or cause I'm white! Both of which I feel is part of the problem these days

Negative experience: I would avoid Dassel Dental unless you enjoy being degraded and bullied. Not only do they demand payment (prior to ever receiving a bill - and when asked why payment was demanded prior to receiving a bill, their response "well it sent out yesterday" as if I should have it already) Not only did they demand payment commenting that their was "a note in my file" (yet I've never missed a bill PAID IN FULL EVERYTIME) When asked if I could wait until I saw the bill their response was "no payment is required before you can leave". If demanding payment prior to receiving a bill wasn't degrading enough - they did this in full view of other customers and with a very rude attitude, ignoring HIPPA and any privacy. Not only would I not recommend them to anyone - I will be filing a caim with the BBB as to their billing practices.
