Negative experience: Would not recommend to anyone especially for children, let alone children with special needs like mine. They were more interested in making sure they didn't lose money than making sure my child was properly numbed for cavity treatment. Staff do not seem to value the emotional or physical safety of children over profits.

Negative experience: if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. They gave my grandmother dentures that look like horse teeth. They DO NOT fit her mouth at all. I have been a manager at a dental office for 4 years myself and they did absolutely wrong by her. They more than likely just wanted to bill her insurance to get that insurance $$. DISGUSTING!!!!

Negative experience: Was very disappointed with Robstown smiles. I wanted a simple general teeth cleaning which I have had before and was not able to get because I needed a deep cleaning to begin with. I understand a person needs deep cleaning but they could have cleaned my teeth and then later on if I decided to do deep cleaning I would do. I was not happy that doctor did not even introduce himself and when I told him I was just there for simple cleaning he right away stated we can’t do that. I then said I can’t do deep cleaning at this time and walked away. It’s all about ripping people off and I am sure they tell everyone they all need deep cleaning. It’s all about money and don’t care what patient has to say. Doctor was not professional at all and I will never go back and will not recommend any family or friends to go there

Negative experience: The office can never get their insurance information straight. Every person tells you something different and every appointment I had different issues. I was glad to find a new dentist for my family.

Negative experience: The receptionist right away started being rude as soon as we walked to the back , saying very rude no phones allowed in the back not knowing if I was on my phone or not because I did not have my phone to my ear. I had my Bluetooth in my ear but I could’ve been singing a song I could’ve been having a conversation with myself, I could’ve been having a conversation with my niece who is going to the back she didn’t know talking about privacy. How is it privacy? I could be having a conversation with someone in the office and it’s the same thing and she went onto butting into my conversation saying oh would you like to speak to a manager because she’s right there and I was like ma’am I wasn’t even talking to you but I did ask her name.

Fantastic experience: This office is great the Dr. and staff are great. Best dentist I have ever been to.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Payed for parcial dentures, that I could not use. Gave me blisters in my mouth. Had to be put on antibiotics. Tried every attempt on my part to allow them to fix the problem and they could not make them fit right. My only option was to take them or leave them. So I left them. I was not refunded any of my money. $3969.00 in total that I paid.

Fantastic experience: I have used this dentist for a couple of years now . Root canal, crown and other miscellaneous procedures . Excellent care and work . Friendly staff and easy to work with . Would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work done .

Negative experience: Heads up! The doc is solid but the front desk staff sit and badmouth local residents in ways make that you wonder are these people aware that everyone can hear them. I am not from Robstown but if I was I would be pissed and take my business elsewhere. I wonder what they say about my family when we aren’t there. In addition this morning they just straight lied to my face. I came in for my appointment. I heard the one person at that he desk say to the other in an empty office the doc left and won’t be back for an hour. I got to the desk and was told I would have to reschedule because I had not confirmed my appointments for my family that I made the day before. We won’t be back and thought i should let others now about the badmouthing of the town and people as well as the lying.

What I like about Robstown Smiles is how fast they get you back to a chair, how knowledgeable the dental hygienists are and the light atmosphere kept by Dr. Allen and his team. All in all great experience. Only thing that would make it better is if they would have put some children’s movie on the overhead television to help distract my grown self.
