She called personally to let me know they would be open for my appointment during our last cold spell. Sarah is the best hygienist! Always friendly, and very thoughtful, she gets the job done quickly and efficiently! They all always make their clients feel like family and makes the visit pleasant! Highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency situation on June 8 where a crown came off and I needed it repaired. Dr. Erin took me right in as a first-time patient and took care of me in less than 10 minutes after walking in. My Dentist that I have been using would not be able to get me in until June 17. I could not wait that long due to the aching. I was impressed that she did that for a patient that she had never seen. Thank you so much.

The lady who cleaned my teeth did a thorough job and went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable. Sinus issues have caused me to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Rayburn and her staff know how to make the experience as painless as possible.

Negative experience: Without a doubt THE WORST experience I ever had with a dentist. I had a tooth hurting went to see them. The receptionist is this nice as it could be. The problem was when the doctor give me a shot it felt like it went through my jaw bone into the nerve. I have never had a shot at a dentist office that hurt that bad. And when I said I think you hit a nerve the doctor's reply was that's the general idea!!!! I've had extractions root canals and crowns over the years but that was the worst ever experience!

Fantastic experience: We had our first visit with Serene View Dental and from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, we felt right at home. As if we had been patients of Dr. Rayburn for years. ALL staff were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The staff worked as a team and care flowed so effortlessly. If one member was busy, another stepped in and cared for my 3 children. Dr. Rayburn was kind and reassuring to my children, explaining all findings and treatment plans not only to me but to each of my children in a way that they understood! I could not recommend a better Dental group than Serene View!

Fantastic experience: After three straight nights of little to no sleep I was desperate, but of course since that first night was a Friday I had to make it through the weekend to Monday right? Wrong… Monday was Memorial Day.. so yet another sleepless night was in store for me. Since I live within 5 minutes of Serene View Dental Care it was the clear choice for my first attempt to get the help I needed. When I called that Tuesday morning to try to and book an appointment for later in the day I was unfortunately met with there being no openings for that day, or the entire rest of the week. It was heartbreaking to hear this, but when Macy heard the seriousness of the situation she immediately tried to see if she could fit me in asap, so she asked if I could hold for a second. When she came back on the line she said she could fit me in the following morning, to which I was ecstatic to hear and quickly accepted the booking. I called my mom to let her know when my appointment was, and then laid back down to attempt to get a few minutes of sleep. Not five minutes had passed since I closed my eyes and my phone started ringing, on the lock screen it said Serene View Dental Care.. and as soon as I picked up Macy mentioned there being a cancellation and asked if I could be there within 20-30 minutes. Looking back, I don’t think it even took me 10 minutes to get there. It’s the little things like this that make me feel so blessed to have called Serene View before anyone else. I didn’t remember to ask if they could reach out if there happened to be any cancellations, but thankfully because of Macy, I didn’t need to and because of that I’m completely free of pain as I write this. Dr. Rayburn and her staff made what most would consider a very uncomfortable experience, the complete opposite, a very comfortable one. For as long as I live here Serene View Dental Care will be my choice, I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me.

Having a great ambiance and professional greeting with smiles, everyone was so pleasant and kind and very detail oriented. They were all lovely! I also love the “GIRL POWER” approach!!! Service was fantastic from the front desk to the actual dental procedure. The Dr Rayburn was kind, thorough, and explained things to me beforehand. Fantastic experience: Absolutely a 5-STAR dental experience, a 5-STAR team! If you have dental anxiety, this is YOUR PLACE! The team is so personable and friendly, supportive, and compassionate. They listen, they're gentle, and they're honest. I had very bad dental experiences in the past that left me terrified. I've had work done on two teeth now from Serene View, both were flawless. Minimal discomfort, quick and easy, very fast recovery time. I was unable to chew on either side of my mouth due to a cracked filling on one and a bad filling on the other- Dr. Rayburn literally changed everything. I usually had to wait a couple of days before I could chew again after dental work, but I felt so much relief, I was back to chewing the same day (once numbness wore off of course!) I cannot say enough wonderful things. Truly (and finally) a dental office worthy of a full 5 stars imo. Looking forward to seeing them all again.

It was a process, 2 surgeries, 8 weeks of no teeth at ALL and more dental visits than I can count. After 20+ years with a removable denture and bottom partial, I have teeth again. They look and feel natural I am proud to show off this smile. I cannot say enough good things about the care I receive with Dr Erin Rayburn! If you feel like it’s too late, or even just need to get your smile back I highly recommend Serene View Dental Care. Negative experience: Beware - We came here as a new customer bc they had a $99 special. When we left I was told my son had 7 cavities ($1300) and they needed to be filled quickly bf he got braces. I appreciated that. I choose to go to another dentist, did not tell them about this visit, they took X-rays etc. no cavities. Again this second visit cost me out of pocket as well but saved my $$$ in the long run. Sorry for being honest with my experience.

She and her assistants and hygienists are so accommodating and friendly! My five year old son had the best experience with everyone, and even got a special surprise at the end of his visit! You won’t be disappointed. They are awesome!
