Fantastic experience: Best dental place

Negative experience: My grandson has been here twice in a year and both times we were told he needed to have teeth pulled, not "let's fix them" but pulled.. Today after a little over an hour of him being back there and being told that he needed a tooth pulled again, even though we were only there for an infected gum due to a tortilla chip poking into his back gum area. I asked to see the x-rays and talked to the dentist so they took me back to where he was ( I was on the phone with my daughter who is a RDA getting her opinion). The RDA told the dentist that I wanted to talk to him, he looked at me, walked away and started on another patient. I got my grandson out of the chair and left. We will not go back.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst dental office I have ever been to recently never in my life I was a nurse for 30 years and still have my license and let me tell you something as a retired nurse I promise you this is the first time in 53 years I was just told today by the African-American woman at the front desk that told me the owner said that they don't need an office manager because everybody is grown their what does that have to do with anything? On top of that I have to have 26 teeth pulled sent me home with no antibiotic and also sent something for pain over to my pharmacy that I didn't even ask for the counteracts with something that I take that the pharmacist won't even fill I went to the ER last night and it shows that the medication was filled this place is incompetent and so is the staff I have found this out I will be calling my insurance and declining services. Not to mention I was on time for my appointment and filled out my paperwork online and wasn't seen until 2 hours later not until I threatened to leave then the dentist ran in quickly my son was there with me as a witness the doctor was very inappropriate very unprofessional

Negative experience: My reply to the owner: i didnt come in because i watched a girl come out yesterday bawling her eyes out i was going to come in as a walk in but i will be going to other providers as i did talk to her and she said how yall put a crown on her tooth when thats not what they asked for . I personally need a filling and do NOT want to walk out with a crown . Once you shave a tooth down theres no going back . So i will not be going here and im definitely telling all my family not to anymore as well .

The young lady and doctor was very courteous and made me feel special. I will be going back for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I've had several fillings done here, a crown, cleanings and a whitening. With as much work as I've had- I can say that Dr. Sai is a great dentist! He does well with me as a nervous adult but even does well with my children! Dr. Sai is very honest with both his pricing and his patients. Safari Dental recommended a few fillings/procedures for my daughter and Dr. Sai confirmed those were not necessary. So glad we got a second opinion! The staff are very attentive and you can text or call and they are always willing to work around your schedule.

Negative experience: Just called looking for an emergency extraction of teeth and dentures for my mother and the lady on the phone stated that they do no extract or do dentures and gave me another dentistry name to call. Looking at their services they do exactly what I was looking for. This is the reason I give them a 1 star.

Negative experience: i came here becuase i chipped my tooth. when u first got to their office, the ladies up front were nice and accommodating so ill give them that. but when i was taken to the back i could hear the doctor raising his voice at someone right off the bat. and then when he fixed my chipped tooth the second time i came in, the color was not matched to my natural tooth at all. it wasn’t shaped like my tooth and just overall looked horrible. thankfully the piece of tooth that he fixed fell off 3 days later and i ended up going brazos valley dental arts, and they were able to color match my tooth correctly, shape it, and it hasn’t fallen off since i got it done. AND they gave me a one year guarantee on my tooth not chipping. Definitely will not be returning to bryan dental.

Negative experience: I paid for the annual plan that included two cleanings, and when I went to go get my second cleaning, I was told that I would be able to get it under my plan and then whenever I went to go to do the second cleaning, they tried to tell me that my plan expired that same day and they did not have the grace or the care or the concern to still give me the cleaning the day of the expiration when I specifically called and made the appointment was told that I would still be able to do it and then at the last minute when I take off of work, they tell me that they can’t unless I pay for the following year so basically they tried to force me to pay for another years worth of cleaning in order to get my cleaning done when I had already paid for the previous year

Fantastic experience: We have switched to Bryan Dental. Best decision EVER! Excellent service. Dr. Sai makes you feel comfortable and explains everything you ask him without making you feel inferior. As soon as you walk in the receptionist makes you feel like you are family. The dental assistants are excellent at what they do. Thank you Bryan Dental!

Fantastic experience: They were so kind and gentle when pulling a front tooth of mine that broke off near the gum line. The office staff even went above and beyond to get nitrous oxide covered by my insurance. They accepted my insurance so there was zero copay. The endodontist is one of the kindest dentists I've been to and I will definitely use them again when I need a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Took me as a walk in today. Got seen within the hour luckily! I was warned there might be a wait, but they were efficient and the front desk was friendly and got the information they needed from me. The dental assistant, Julio, was wonderful. He did a great job explaining all the steps of the appointment and taking my radiography.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for another dentist in the area after a bad customer service experience at another. Making an appointment to establish care here was super easy and everyone there was super nice. The dentist who helped me explained everything and really did her best to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t have any questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking for nice people and great service.

Negative experience: Avoid this place! Customer service and general care are clearly not priorities at this office. My wife was sent out crying and without the scheduled treatment multiple times without even so much as an explanation of why. They don’t show care throughout the procedures either and ignore when you mention pain. Any time we’ve been here the appointments have been pushed back due to their failure to submit our insurance properly the first time. Not a mistake I will be making again. If you want to go to a dentist that cares and has everything together, keep looking: this is not the place.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE DENTAL ANXIETY. This office will show you zero compassion, even after seeing you cry trying to explain it to them. I’ve been here twice and left crying both times. Dentist Sandu was very rude and then annoyed about needing to explain what was happening. Assistant who was helping kept knocking a tooth in pain on the other side of my mouth, when I spoke up Sandu told me it didn’t happen, when I pointed to the suction tube that was hitting the tooth everytime assistant used it she was clearly annoyed with me for mentioning it and said she’d try to do better. My husband went here before me and he had complaints about the same assistant who was careless during his visit, the girl has a birthmark that is very distinctive so we knew it was same girl. I had to wait even longer to be seen because they sent in the wrong paperwork to my insurance, this happened to my husband as well. Very unsatisfactory that we had the same complaints about our visits. They have signs up around the office giving away electric toothbrushes for a 5 star review so the recent good reviews were bribed.

Receptionist was not helpful at all have a tooth that’s going to fall out cause I knocked it loose didn’t even offer to squeeze me in said they had nothing available this week!! Or next week So called another place and they got me in tomorrow!!

Fantastic experience: Came here because i had a chipped front tooth. The staff was friendly AND knowlodgeable about precautions to take with heart issues. I have a mecha ical heart valve and they took my blood pressure, and made sure i had taken the adequate antibiotics . The dentist made sure she fixed my tooth without causing more problem to my heart. Excellent dentist and dental office.

Happy I found a dentist so close to my home that I trust with my beautiful smile. Great place! & I got an electric toothbrush on my way out to try!

Negative experience: This place is laughable at best!!! The Doctor knew nothing she was talking about, and then stated I gave something for pain… 800 ibuprofen, hello that’s over the counter just take 4… Office was nasty and hot…

Dr. Mohan was quick and thorough with my initial inspection and the communication about my treatment plan was straightforward and clear. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience!

Negative experience: The front office staff is very rude and unprofessional.. i was unable to make my appointment due to vehicle issues, and one of the girls said yea she is cancelling her appointment and i heard the other girl say WOW! They are now trying to make me pay a deposit for another appointment. I will never go back or recommend anybody else go there.

Negative experience: I called to schedule an appointment for Thursday and got a call on Tuesday saying my appointment was on Wednesday at 12. I’ve been trying to reach this office by phone since then and have not had any luck getting a call back after leaving a voicemail or multiple phone calls…after finally showing up the office for my scheduled appointment I come to find out no one in the office came to work. It was a ridiculous experience all the way around avoid this place if you value your time.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service in every aspect! All staff are incredibly helpful and will fully answer any questions that I may have. Not only do they throughly educate on every procedure administered but they will also elaborate on tips to further the dental health (for example flossing alternatives) and where to obtain any tools needed. Extremely respectful and will not push for any procedures that I wanted to leave for another time and/or wait on. Highly recommend! --- This is still true!
