Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist Excellent Staff. if you need ANY kind of work it's worth the trip to drive 100+ miles to see him! he is absolutely fabulous and CARING. Every procedure I've had with him has been painless. He's filled cavities pulled teeth & I felt no pain whatsoever! I am very happy with everything. Does great dentures! The staff is so nice and loving and caring. They remember everything about you every time you come there. The Doctor is very patient, explains procedures, make sure you're comfortable before he begins, and always make sure you're doing well as procedure is progressing. I loved watching food network in his chair! now thats classy! The best in Arkansas. i keep few extra of their business cards in my bag in case somebody needs a real nice dentist. They are THAT good. Get you a checkup today and let him help you. Also...... The dental hygienist is extremely gentle and kind. Jenny

Fantastic experience: New smiles dental is the first ever place that didn’t make me feel ashamed of my teeth, instead they gave me so much encouragement and kindness and I honestly feel my appointment couldn't have went any better. The lady doing my X-rays was beyond amazing and so nice and the dentist himself was very friendly caring and understanding. At new smiles dental you can tell they truly do care about you. I feel very comfortable at this place and plan to stay with this dentistry for good!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to New Smile Dental a few times now and Dr. Lopez is fantastic. He has such a calming energy that makes you feel safe, which means a lot because I usually get anxious about dental work. Rashida is the sweetest dental assistant. She is supportive, kind, and always takes the time to explain things. Diana did my cleaning and when I say she really cleaned my teeth, I mean it! She was so thorough and I appreciated that so much. There’s also another assistant (can’t remember her name, sadly!) who always talks me through my anxiety, and it helps more than she probably knows. All around, the whole team here is top tier. They listen, they’re caring, and they make getting dental work done so much easier.

Fantastic experience: Professional, efficient, and thorough. I was in so much pain with a broken filling, and when I called Dr. Lopez's office, they squeezed me in the next day. The tooth was too badly damaged to save, so it had to be extracted -- tell me how an extraction turned out to be the best dental experience I've ever had! The whole procedure took less than half an hour, and I experienced very minimal discomfort. I made an appointment for a cleaning, which was supposed to be two months later. I got a call within a few weeks that there was an earlier opening, so I was able to get that taken care of with no hassle. The hygienist did a wonderful job and gave useful advice on how to best care for my teeth, considering the amount of black coffee I drink. The staff does great work! For quick, painless care, New Smile is the place to go. Thank you, Dr. Lopez!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted and removed with no pain afterwards . I expected some discomfort but nothing at all literally just the hole in my mouth . To say the experience was great and they did everything so fast . Mr Lopez was kind and courteous. Helped me through a very embarrassing situation of losing teeth.

Fantastic experience: This has got to be the BEST DENTIST IN FORT SMITH ARKANSAS. I’m sure of it. He and his team took the time to not only make me feel comfortable, but had the knowledge to answer every question I had. I was being childish and was bashing my old dentist, they couldn’t find a bad thing to say. These are elite people and staff members. 10/10 would recommend. I would give them 1000 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The words to discribe this place have not been invented yet. Dr Lopez is absolutely amazing. He is kind, caring, gentle understanding, engaging, and he knows his stuff. Tonya, there are not enough words for her. She can never leave or I would be lost. I am literally switching my insurance just to keep him , because I refuse to see another dentist. My children have said that if they move,he has to go with them. If you are not going to Dr Lopez, then you are going to the wrong dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lopez and his staff were very friendly and helpful for my first dental appt and cleaning. They told me exactly what I needed and how much it would be without trying to add on any unnecessary procedures. The assistant who did my X-rays was very gentle and friendly. The dental assistant who did my cleaning was very gentle during the entire process. She listened and answered any questions I had. Dr Lopez was also very gentle and informative during my fillings and exam. The receptionist was very friendly and informative on the best options for teeth whitening and aftercare toothpaste options. All in all a very excellent practice to get your dental hygiene needs met. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for my biyearly cleanings. Thank you new smile dental for such an excellent experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to New Smile since 2009. I see them at least twice a year and sometimes more if I need more than just a cleaning. Without exaggeration, every single time they have been courteous and accommodating. They are honest and never have I questioned what has been recommended. They are also considerate of my time. I seriosuly cannot think of a time where I waited more than a few minutes. I've had a couple of dental emergencies and they were very quick to respond. I can't recommend Dr. Lopez and the New Smile team more.

Fantastic experience: I was afraid as I just moved in from Mexico not knowing anybody. Thank God I've found New Smile Dental. So warming team. Dr Gilberto such a nice person. He bare with my concerns and explained everything to me. I highly recommend him. His team also wonderful. Bilingual is a plus!

Fantastic experience: My first appointment I called in the week of Christmas and got my appointment the next day for an extraction.. I appreciate their kindness and fast response towards my painful situation. And Dr. Lopez is very kind and knowledgeable and he walked me through it as I was nervous. And his staff of all his beautiful ladies were so very sweet and caring. Thank you all I'm not done yet but I felt comfortable with them all.
