Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist office. The staff are all kind, personable and knowledgeable. They also will work you in very quickly. I scheduled a teeth cleaning on a Wednesday and had my appointment on Friday. They even scheduled my appointment for fillings on the following Monday. They are super efficient and caring.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was far better than I had hoped. After thorough set of X-rays, the dentist came in and discussed a game plan for repairs. The office manager came in and laid out how much the insurance would cover and how much would be out of pocket. Friendly, gentle and polite. What a great dentist and staff Second and third visits were even better. Got a great clean and polish and then dental impressions. I can not get over how friendly the staff is. The office manager called me by name as I came in for the second and third visit. Great job!!!! Visit four and the service and care are still outstanding. I can not express how comfortable they make me feel. From the dentist who answers all questions to the staff who are friendly and kind. Great job everyone!!!!! Well back again and another very positive experience. Much busier today, wait was longer, but I guess that is what I get for telling everyone what a great experience I have enjoyed. Still great service. The office manager, Chris, is fantastic. Will be back soon. The treatment and staff are still top notch. I can not think of higher praise than what I have said in the past. My favorite dental practice…….ever! They have added a new Dental Hygenist, Vickie. She did a fantastic job with my cleaning. Put me at ease right from the start. Fantastic experience: The Office Manager and colleagues are absolutely Amazing. They're super friendly, extremely prompt, very professional, yet they make you feel right at home. I've Never been to a dental facility where the tech returned to ask if they could get you anything while you wait for the Doctor. Well, here, she most definitely took the time to make sure I was comfortable while waiting in the chair. I loved the experience!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I have had problems with a crown, that was up sold to me by the dentist here, staying cemented. I have been physically in pain and left today with my mouth full of blood, and the dentist didn't seem to even care. The entire waiting room was there to get crowns re-cemented because this establishment apparently can't set them correctly. This is the worst dental experience I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth whitened at the Tyro location today by Raj and his assistant Fnu. They did a GREAT job. Since I have a regular dentist, this was my first experience with Dentaville. It began three weeks earlier when I met Dr. Shah in Lexington for a free consultation. I understand that he and his wife own the practice. He examined my teeth to make sure I was a candidate for whitening and then prescribed me a toothpaste for sensitivity to use prior to the whitening. When I arrived at the Tyro location, I saw Dr. Shah again. I admit I was a bit trepidatious but he answered all of my questions and concerns. He also removed the excess plaque that had built up since my last cleaning. Then Raj explained the process thoroughly and prepared my mouth and gums to protect against damage during the process. They did each session in 15 minute increments, each time removing the gel and allowing me to feel the process and see the progress. I opted to go through all four 15 minute sessions, the most offered. I was sent home with an in-home touchup whitening kit and a beautiful smile. I could not be more placed with the results. Thank you to the team and all the providers who made my visit a success.

Negative experience: Please don’t come here if you have cavities at least. I first came in and while they were doing my fillings they ran out of air! Not only was it unexpected for me but it was expected on their end because the day before a poor girl was getting her root canel done and the air went out on her and they had to stop and leave her how she was ( how do I know that? Because the doctor and assistant was talking amongst themselves while they were doing my teeth and I over heard). The next day same thing happened to me so instead of them canceling my appointment they HAD ME GO HOME with open holes in my teeth with some type of putty in them that fell out the next day I COULD BARELY EAT!!!!! I had to go back ASAP but they DIDINT let me I was in pain for 4 DAYS until I was able to come back.! I get back I get a new doctor new assistant, the doctor numbs me up towards the end I’m FEELING EXTREME PAIN AND STARTED CRYING!!!! Only to find out that he forgot to numb a spot/ tooth i was Miserable and he said “there’s no point in numbing you now we’re almost done” which makes sense but still was terrible he was better then the first doctor I had when I first came but the pain was unbearable P.s the first doctor I had was unprofessional rarely asked if I was okay him and the assistant was talking behind one of their coworkers back named Stacy and they DIDINT have all the materials they needed the assistant kept having to leave to go find stuff for my mouth. The 2nd doctor I went for my 2nd visit he was more professional the only thing was he forgot to numb 1 tooth again no pain can out do that! But the assistant was like new he kept having to help her instead of everything getting done fast.

Negative experience: They schedule my appointment for 12:00 pm it was 12:30 pm and Im still waiting in the room nobody said anything, I just left… they don’t care about your time!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day receiving treatment with MyDentaville and it was quite a bit that I needed to have done (pretty much a emergency situation) due to a cracked tooth . I have always had quite a bit of anxiety with dentist but Dr. Mansi Shah made me feel comfortable as she understood that I was very nervous and asking me if I was okay as she worked on me and right along with her ...,her assistant Raj Rabara doing his best to explain things to me so I could relax, I really appreciate that I was made to feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation.

Fantastic experience: I have never really liked a dentist. That is one of the worst things you could say to me is that I need to see a dentist, but Monday I had one of the best experiences you could think of the dentist was nice to me and treated me with respect and wanted to make sure that I was in no pain.

Fantastic experience: I used to dread going to the dentist, but my latest visit completely changed my outlook. The service was top-notch, and Mrs. Vickie was truly exceptional. I really appreciated how she took the time to educate me on the importance of proper dental hygiene. She showed me the correct way to floss and was incredibly patient with me. I'm definitely giving them five stars and will be back for sure.

Negative experience: Avoid Dentalville at all costs!!! This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for two small cavities that were not causing me any pain. My teeth were completely fine beforehand. After they did the fillings, one of them literally fell out before I even left the office. Instead of fixing it properly, they shoved some kind of temporary putty into my tooth and sent me on my way. They told me they would call me the next day to correct it. They never did. I have now called three separate times trying to schedule an appointment to fix what THEY messed up, and no one has called me back. I am currently in pain with holes in two of my teeth. I cannot eat or drink without discomfort. It has been almost a week of going through this pain. Now I’m searching for another dentist that accepts my insurance to fix this mistake. The entire situation feels sketchy and unprofessional. It honestly comes across as a scammy operation, quick to take your money, nowhere to be found when their work fails. A filling should not fall out within minutes, and patients should not have to chase down a dental office to fix their mistakes. What was supposed to be a simple visit for small cavities has turned into pain, frustration, and complete loss of trust. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable.

Fantastic experience: They are so friendly there and do a good job they were able to fit me immediately so I can get my temp crown put back on. Would recommend going to them.

Negative experience: Today was not a good visit, I was not pleased with the outcome of my visit. I was told that I was getting one thing and another service was provided instead. I do NOT plan on returning to MyDentalVille, and will not be referring anyone to them.

Fantastic experience: Well the first girl came in first of all to polish my teeth before cleaning then the other came in cleaned my bottom teeth for 25 minutes didn't do my upper teeth 4 only 4 minutes she said that they were supposed to extracted I told them on my my first visit I wasn't getting them extracted but on their computer someone put down that they were coming out the head Dr never checked my teeth after my cleaning I'm done here always making me wait changing my appointments don't know what they are doing here I give you a big FAT O that's my rating for DENTAVILLE

This dentist fixed it the next day on a Saturday of all days. She’s happy and has her self confidence back. The whole crew is always kind and happy to see you. Positive experience: I’ve had 3 appointments with this office so far. It’s the only office I could find in my area that accepts my insurance. That being said, my first appointment went well. The receptionist at the desk was very nice, the wait time to be seen was short, and the initial exam went smoothly as well. The x-rays were a little weird, as I had never had any kind of dental work or dental x-rays done. This first appointment was on December 16th. My second appointment was the following day, as I needed a root canal. This procedure was very nerve wracking, but it went well, apart from me biting my lip after I was numbed and it took a good week to heal completely. I had very minimal pain after the procedure, and am now finally able to eat normally. My third appointment was today, December 29th, and apparently the guy at the desk (Chris?) forgot to save my cleaning appointment on his end. However, even with his mistake, they were able to fit me in right away and even do some fillings before my cleaning! While mistakes have been made here and there, overall, this office is quite nice.

Negative experience: First experience was fine.. today is my second appointment (for a cleaning). It was scheduled at 1.. it's now 2:17, and I'm still waiting... not sure if this is a weird one off thing, or if this is how things work here...

Positive experience: Everyone was very friendly and the dentist had great conversation… just got the feeling when they told me I needed a root canal that i may need a second opinion. When I mentioned just removing it the other lady helping the dentist didn’t seem like that was the right answer since I wasn’t paying out my pocket for the root canal…

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment specifically for an exam, cleaning, and x-rays because I haven’t been seen by a dentist in years. After sitting there for almost two hours, I only received an exam and x-rays. I was then told that my cleaning was never scheduled and that I would need to leave and come back another day because they were running behind and had walk ins come in. I completely understand that delays happen, but I don’t have the flexibility to take more time out of my schedule to return for something I originally booked the appointment for nor would I want to go there again. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Positive experience: Due to EDS, my dental journey has been tumultuous, and it's an ongoing process. Sometimes visits feel rushed, and I would love to slow things down and have more thorough patient education, but that's a minor complaint. What I truly appreciate and won't be able to sufficiently thank My Dentaville of Tyro adequately for is how compassionate they were after my child brother passed away unexpectedly. I had a very important appointment scheduled the day my brother passed, and they accommodated cancelling that appointment last minute whole also rescheduling very quickly to meet a dental need. Not only were they accommodating to the "business/logistics" side of the situation, but they gifted me a lovely sympathy card that each team member signed,any leaving a lovely message and not "just" signing their name. That is beautiful. I also feel like Raj deserves a shout-out of his own. He appears to truly care about patients and tries to find common connections to create natural conversation when he has time. Chris and Ro at the front desk are also wonderful, and I think front desk personnel can make or break medical offices, and they're absolutely putting forward a comforting first impression. As stated above, I wish the pace of visits was slowed down at times and more thorough patient education was provided, but I am also a high-need personality, and the sheer compassion they showed during a horrible life event was unmatched.

Come down to DentaVille in Lexington on hwy 1-50 go see Raj , Chris and Mansi they made me feel so welcome and they gave me a better understanding of the work that needs to be done . Negative experience: Not knowledgeable at all. All they want to do is take your money. I went to 3 different appts to get a cavity filled and every single time, all they did was X-rays and sent me on my way even though I told them I had a cavity that was giving me pain and it needed to be fixed. They’re just trying to get me to come in more so they can get more money. Don’t go here.

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of anxiety. The assistant addressed this with the dentist and they both made sure to check on me throughout my procedure. The dentist made sure I wasn’t in pain and addressed the issue if I was. I found this to be relaxing and definitely brought my level of anxiety down to a minimum, then to having none at all. I looked for a long time trying to find someone close to me and they are half the time closer than the one I was going to. And I do not trust the ones before this one. I liked how they explained everything to me and helped me. And got me in there really fast even though I had never been there before.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to this dentistry because they accept my current insurance. I am very happy with the service I have received. I went for a cleaning and unfortunately there were 5 cavities. I couldn't believe I had that many, so I asked the doc to see the images. He was happy to comply and pointed out all 5 cavities on the computer monitor after taking photos for me. I had to make 2 separate appointments for the cleaning and cavity fillings and they were able to complete both within a week. A different doc performed the cleaning and fillings and she was very friendly...asked me several times during the procedures if I was doing alright. I was a bit nervous about the numbing because I don't like needles and hadn't had a cavity filled in years, but the friendly staff and attentive, caring docs put me at ease and had me in and out without any pain, quickly and efficiently. Thank you, I am one happy customer!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dentaville – A Miracle Team That Gave Me My Smile Back I can’t thank Dr. Patel, Dr. Shah, Chris Walker (office manager), and the entire staff at Dentaville enough for helping make one of my last wishes come true. Because of cancer and the harsh effects of chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy, I lost several teeth—some cracked, others became loose. During treatment, I wasn’t able to seek dental care, and by the time I could, the damage was done. I lost my smile, and with it, a big part of my confidence. When I explained this to Dr. Patel, Dr. Shah, and Chris, they treated me with such compassion. I told them about a dentist in Concord who refused to treat me after learning I had cancer and even told my insurance company it wasn’t “medically necessary” because I had a terminal diagnosis. That broke my heart. But at Dentaville, I was seen, heard, and helped. I only had $2,500 in dental insurance and didn’t want expensive implants—just a simple way to smile again, to take photos with my four children and four grandchildren that they could remember me by. Dentaville made that dream come true. The office is beautiful—newly remodeled, modern, clean, and very welcoming. The staff is kind and upbeat. I had extractions done by Dr. Patel and was shocked by how gentle and quick he was. I felt one tiny pinch when numbing, and absolutely no pain during the procedure. I even asked, “Are you really done?” That’s how comfortable I felt. If you’re nervous about dental work, especially extractions, you have nothing to fear here. You’ll be in caring, capable hands. Negative experience: So their is a few things so first thibg first I know dentist sanatize and reuse things but dont talk about how using the same bands even when their was rust on them bevause the manager was ordering single use bands instead of the reusable bands. Then talk with the dentidt in training or hygenest not sure who she was how she could scheduke better then chris... Also I got a feeling done and then their was a hole in my tooth from the side and where I felt the pain when doing a cavity, and then I come in and you proceed to say I am not sure what your talking about after i said their was a hole in my tooth and their was a sharp pain and I put temp filling and say I did not do that filling so I am not going to look in it to see what is wrong with it... Like what even if I said a filling came out and do not get me started I asked for a different dentist to assist me and even moved it up a day from Thursday because I was told he worked Thursday and not Wednesday... I would advise to not come here and do not even get me started that they do not know how to treat people who have a high tolerance to medications which I put on all files since its a rare thing...go somewhere else or pick a different dentist dr Patel is the doctor I am talking about
