Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Coast Dental Titusville, South Washington office. The staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and welcoming. They do their best to make your visit a positive experience. The hygienist double-checked on my bill, and was able to get the amount lowered. The dentist was able to do a perfect job replacing the crown which had popped off my tooth. Even though the crown had a tiny bit of damage, she was able to repair it sufficiently and cemented it in perfectly. I very much appreciate the treatment I received today. To top it off it is in a beautiful location with a view of the water

Negative experience: I get my teeth cleaned every six months. This is my first time at this establishment. A lot of x-rays of my teeth were taken, also a machine that looks at your jaw 360°, and then a chart with a whole bunch of numbers on it with measurements of my gums, I assume. None of the above was prior explained to me or what the cost would be. After all that the dentist came in to analyze me, and I didn’t understand a word that she was telling me. Prior to my departing I was presented with an over $187 bill. I was extremely disappointed because after paying their bill I left there with nothing being done to my mouth no cleaning nothing at all. I did request for the normal cleaning that my insurance pays for as well as x-rays. But because according to the dentist I needed over $2000 work on them nothing was done to my teeth. Prior to this I have been going to the same Dentist for over 30 years and being 80 years old I consider my teeth in pretty decent shape. I will admit that the young lady technician that took care of me was very good, extremely savvy and explained everything she was doing. I have two insurances and prior to my appointment I gave them all my information, including my two insurances, so I was kind of surprised that when I left there, they didn’t even recognize the other insurance. They said that they didn’t have it in my information at all. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed because our teeth are necessary and need to be taken care of by somebody proper! As far as I am concerned sadly they don’t really care about us all they really care is about money and not our teeth!

Negative experience: The staff is nice enough but I went there with a raging infection in my tooth with a visible abcess on my gums, cannot eat, cannot even sip room temp water. In antibiotics from urgent care but in severe pain. Doctor refused to give me even a few days of pain meds. I cannot take ibuprofen as I have gastritis. Basically tried to shove it off on my primary while they have the xrays in front of them that show the infection and even commented they could see i am in pain. I am a medical professional. No history of drug use or abuse but to brush me off knowing I have severe pain is not okay. To tell me to call the specialist that I may not be able to get into for days while I cannot even drink room temperature water is not okay. Not everyone is a drug seeker. I am in genuine serious pain and they refused to help me with that.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and patient people work there. The pre-cleaning exam was thorough. The hygienist was very patient. I have periodontal cleanings every 4 months for maintenance. I always leave with clean teeth and no pain. Most recent visit: The“new” hygienist is very good and quite thorough. He took the time to review everything related to gum health and made practical suggestions. I left with nice clean teeth. The front desk is managed with patience and compassion. My most recent visit was good but not great, thus the 4 star rating rather than 5 stars. My regular hygienist is no longer there. The new one was patient and competent, but I experienced some difficulty. It might have been a reaction to the analgesic, which I hadn’t had before this visit. The front desk manager was very helpful and patient while I asked numerous questions. High marks for her. Okay, no one really likes going to the dentist. But if you have to, this is the place. Ms. Renee is an excellent hygienist. She listens to her patients. Very professional and efficient. Staff is professional and friendly. They are friendly and very easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: I never have problems coming here. Whether it be dealing with Mrs. Vee at the front desk handling scheduling, payments and anything else thrown her way, to sitting in the chair with Dr. Bansal and her assistant Christina, they always go the extra mile to get things right and make sure you leave happy with whatever you’re having done. And here’s a bonus… everyone there actually listen to what you’re saying and answer any questions you have before they do anything to make sure everyone is on the same page. That’s so rare to find in most places so take advantage of it if you’re looking for a dental place or already have an appointment with them!

Negative experience: Waited one hour after having a appointment just for them to try and overcharge me. I would never return to this place super old office and equipment on the staff very low poor quality!!! Do you want a good dental try Aspen or Prime dental highly recommend those places!

Negative experience: I have scheduled (and confirmed) 5 different appointments, and each one has been canceled at the last minute because they are “short staffed” lol.

Fantastic experience: Prior to having a deep cleaning procedure, I had some tenderness in one area when flossing. After Renee performed deep cleaning in that area and applied antibiotic treatment, the tenderness is gone.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for the 29th of January took off work and paid for a Lyft got there 30 mins before my appointment waited in the waiting room for 30 mins with no one coming up to the front to let me check in. Finally someone came up and I proceeded to give her my appointment little did I find out there was never an appointment put in even though I have text from them confirming my appointment so then I asked if I can be seen today and all she said was we are short staffed so we can’t do anything for you today but then proceededs to give me a number for garden at coastal dental first i don’t know why I was never scheduled for an appointment and second I took off work and took a Lyft just to find out I can’t even been seen. Why didn’t I get called or texted saying any of this. The a couple hours later I get another text saying I canceled when I didn’t

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Coast Dental. It was an emergency visit, and they got me in the very same day. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Their advice was spot-on. Total transparency and complete honesty. I thought that I was going to have to have a molar extracted, and was prepared to have it done. They assured me that the tooth was fine, and that there was no need to pull it. They advised me on what to do, and within two days, the pain was gone! Thank you all for saving my tooth and the contents of my wallet! I will return to them for any future dental needs. These folks are a breath of fresh air where dental needs are concerned!

Negative experience: As a minor, my mother never got to meet my dentist or go back with me. They also preformed a gingivitis treatment on me without any type of numbing medication or local anesthesia. They were very harsh with my sensitive gums. Overall bad experience.

Fantastic experience: My whole experience today with Coast Dental from reception, to all of the amazing service provided by every single staff member, doctor, everyone, was beyond amazing. Negative experience: My visit was awful! They never checked with my insurance to see if a deep cleaning was covered, which the part they used irrigation medication was not covered. They send me a invoice for what was not covered. I never had or needed a deep cleaning until going to Coast. The women was very rough and I hurt for two days. They should have told me that the insurance would not cover the irrigation and now I have to pay for what should have been a simple free cleaning under my insurance.

Negative experience: Very unhappy. I made an appointment for an exam and cleaning. Did not get a cleaning, just a trumped up treatment plan by a hygienist, virtual dentist via zoom, just agreed with the plan. Total charge after insurance $616.00 for nothing. Do not go near this place.

Fantastic experience: Everyone of the staff was absolutely wonderful above and beyond the dental experience I got to share my story about my septoplasty surgery with everyone and pre difficulties I was having prior to surgery I was constantly sick for months and on antibiotics its was seemlying never ending however with great dr surrounding me and taking all steps necessary has brought a light of fresh air and better health and now coast dental is helping me with my teeth as well to insure better hygiene brighter smile and paradontal disease will now be under control this staff is a wonderful team and has shown care and support hearts of compassion beyond words description God bless you all for all the amazing work and hard work put forth it truly means so much!!!
