Fantastic experience: They did amazing with my son!! He’s 5 and I was so worried he wouldn’t do well but omg he did amazing and so did the dentist. He was keeping momma calm too

They made the whole process go very smooth. My other son had a great experience as well when he did his check up and cleaning routine.

Negative experience: This place will mess up your kids teeth they are awful and rude. I had two cavitys filled conveniently on the same very back tooth on the opposite side. I know for a fact I had no cavitys on those teeth. The dentist needs to find another job because he has no idea how to be kind. When I had questions he wouldn't even acknowledge I asked them. My teeth fillings are so shallow that they pack food in my teeth and they hurt so bad after he drilled them and its been 2 weeks since he did this. I would give this place ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient, and they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments that fit our family’s needs. Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice!

Negative experience: Only giving one star because of the nice dental assistant. I walk in and the front desk lady is already giving attitude about insurance and says they can’t find it when looking it up on the computer (I called ahead of time and gave them the insurance information they needed), to which I replied “the lady I spoke with on the phone yesterday had no trouble at all.” We’re waiting in the waiting room for about 15min which is really not a bad timeframe, but with a waiting room full of screaming kids whose parents are on the phone instead of parenting (obviously not much LeapKids can do about it), it’s stressful. Once we get called to the back we are guided to a bench in a little nook in the wall at the back of the building. We didn’t get our own room or anything and with a 2 year old, that is essential. The dental assistant was very nice, trying to accommodate my 2 y/o’s shyness. She brushed the fluoride treatment on and then went to get the dentist to come look. I believe it was Dentist Raj that ended up coming over. He sat down, didn’t ask me to move my toddler in a way to make things easier on her, and just forced his fingers into her mouth. She obviously didn’t like that, and started screaming and fighting. He looks at all her teeth for maybe 60 seconds at MOST and tells me she needs caps on ALL of her teeth. And then proceeds to have the dental assistant tell me that we will need to put her under sedation. The options were confusing and didn’t make sense to me, as I was told the parent wouldn’t be allowed anywhere near her during laughing gas or IV Sedation because it had to be a sterile room but if I wanted to have them sedate her per a shot in the hip, it would be done in an office. Why does laughing gas and IV have to be in a sterile environment but an actual injection does not? This whole thing sounded VERY off. I then scheduled an appt at Tipton dentistry on carpenter dam and was seen two days later. There the dr and ALL staff were very respectful and caring towards me and my daughter. At Tipton they actually gave us our own room, not a nook in the wall, and took X-rays of my toddlers teeth before saying ANYTHING about her teeth AT ALL. Then the dr came in and explained to me that my toddler has deformities on TWO of her teeth, NOT cavities and that capping them would be unnecessarily traumatic. His recommendation were to add in a few extra steps to take care of her teeth. This experience just shows me that the dentist at LeapKids just wants a nice payday. I Will NOT ever be taking any of my kids here again, I highly DO NOT recommend, in fact I will advise against visiting.

Fantastic experience: My grandson has been going to leap dental all his life , he is now 11 1/2 yrs old, they have been patient, he is on the spectrum, at first he couldn’t handle the lighting , noise of getting his teeth clean etc. but they worked with us , told me to get him a electric toothbrush at 3 , not for bruising only , but so he would get use to the sound and vibration, IT WORKED!! He has great teeth !!

Negative experience: Terrible experience as they performed extra procedures without consent and did not allow me to make informed decisions on my child’s treatment. The office manager was ineffective and rude and offered no resolution to undo the damage the dentist caused. I will now have to go to another dentist and undo the damage they did. This is not a safe place for kids or parents to get transparent dental treatments.

Negative experience: I have a two year old. She is very sweet but a little shy. She needs someone to talk to her before putting their fingers in her mouth. The dental assistant did wonderful. She talked with her and made her comfortable then gently brushed her teeth and flossed. The dentist then came in like he had no time. He sat down and told my husband to hold my child. He then forced his fingers into her mouth for the exam. She cried the whole time and it was traumatic. He then just told us he was going to do IV sedation to take care of her cavity. He did not talk to us to discuss what needs to happen. I told him we aren’t comfortable doing IV sedation on our toddler, as it’s not recommended for toddlers. He then said there was no other option. We left and had to pay $100 for getting her teeth brushed. The dentist did not seem like A pediatric dentist or like he cared for our opinion. I will not be going back.

Negative experience: The staff here were very nice to my child but the dentist himself I would not personally recommend. They took x-rays and then we were put in a room. The dentist came in and opened my childs mouth for maybe two seconds and looked at the x-ray for maybe 30 seconds. He then went off and started listing off everything they were going to do to my child to his assistant. He spoke to me VERY briefly about my childs teeth or about what they were going to do. The assistant gave me a copy of everything and I was horrified because it was nearly every tooth in my childs mouth that they wanted to work on. The assistant told me not to worry that most of it was preventive treatment that they were doing. They didn't tell me how many of my childs teeth were bad or what exactly they were going to do. Thankfully I went to another dentist and they were amazing and actually spent time with me going over the treatment plan for my child. They also took time to look at my childs teeth. I showed the new dentist the paper work from Leap Kids and he was shocked. Instead of almost every tooth he said my child only needed 6 teeth treated. Please be aware if you take your children here and the work they want to do seems excessive, it just might be. Definitely get a second opinion .

Fantastic experience: I love it here and it’s very kid friendly, they are very patient and kind!.!.! My baby has autism so we had to do his work in pieces and the Dr. stayed gentle throughout it all !.!.!. HiGHLY RECOMMEND

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Raj is absolutely awful. Told me my oldest needed 10 crowns due to “severe cavities”. He’s always had great teeth. I knew better then to believe his money scam so I took my kids somewhere else and he only has 2 cavities in the very back. Rest of his teeth are perfect. They let my 2 year old brush his own teeth and didn’t even look in his mouth. Do not recommend this place at all as I’ve heard SO MANY stories similar to ours. They are most definitely scamming families here.

Fantastic experience: My kids had wonderful experience at Leap Kids in Hot Springs. The staff was incredibly patient and kind, making them feel at ease throughout the visit. The entire visit was smooth and the care from Dr. Brahmbhatt and his team exceeded our expectations. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the team explained everything clearly, which helped my kids feel comfortable. We left with smiles on our faces and will definitely be returning!

Negative experience: Everything was rushed. Dentist didn't introduce himself and barely looked at my daughter's teeth. Hygienist wasn't friendly, but not rude either. It was our first time and we won't be back.

Positive experience: I gotta be honest, this wasn’t the best experience. Unlike an adult dentist’s office, all the children are in one big open space. My toddler was overwhelmed by this (as was I). The hygienist was very kind, but barely brushed my son’s teeth. The doctor was very kind as well, but looked at his son’s mouth for maybe 30 seconds. Given that it’s his first appointment and in my opinion, an evaluation of how effective our oral hygiene habits are, I felt it wasn’t a very thorough visit. Again, everyone was very kind and understanding of toddler anxiety/behavior. Just not a good fit for us.

Positive experience: Love the people who too care of my children as it was their first time at a dentist. They were amazing with my autistic son and shy daughter. My only complaint is that we saw the actual dentist for maybe 3 minutes. He was very nice and welcoming but didn’t really look at their teeth like I expected but this was also my first time going to the dentist with 2 toddlers for that may just be how it is. Absolutely loved everything about the place though they made us feel comfortable

And my grandchildren there very nice fun to be around and the place is clean .Really shows Concern for your problems and seems to do what ever they can to solve them. I visited Leap kids Dental today and as usual everyone had a smile it was no waiting today and everyone was very nice. I would recommend to my friends and family and tell them to bring there children's . ( Once again my child had a visit the visit was everyone was nice polite the place I like the new look I don't have any complaints when every your running late or trying to get your child from school and the traffic is bad the staff is amazing they understand and do there best to try and work with you. I appreciate that my child loves coming here that's important that your child loves coming to the dentist and at the visit he gets good news he's doing what the dentist is telling him to do it makes you feel good your doing your job as a parent in caring for your child and he's dental needs. hope everyone have a wonderful day! Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I've taken my son to and we love it.. They're all so nice and make my son feel calm and comfortable.. They do their job fast and are great at what they do! Also my 17 yr old hasn't been to the dentist in a few yrs and we unexpectedly had to rush and get him an appointment there and they got us in on short notice and we did not have to wait. We greatly appreciate them for what they did.

Positive experience: Dentist doesn’t take enough time with you as a patient (esp as new clients). Also, X-rays are required of all new patients, regardless of when they had them (that needs to be stated up front in paperwork). “Plug and chug” mentality vs. quality patient care IMO.

Negative experience: Staff was nice, but the dentist was a complete jerk. I will never take my child back there.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Leap Kids Dental ! They have been seeing my 4 grandchildren for 2 years now and all 4 look forward to their checkups every 6 months. We have had nothing but the best experience with this place!

Positive experience: The staff was super nice but they don't treat you as individuals. It's like your in there with everyone else and their kids as a group. The doctor seemed nice but he just kind of tells you what they are going to do and walks away. Explantation not required apparently and they only offer full sedation for crowns and that's not an option for us. We chose somewhere else where the gas was an option.

Negative experience: I plan to reach out to them Monday my daughter had crowns put on her teeth a few days ago and it was the worst thing we have ever been through thanks to these people. First off I did not like how rough they were waking her after surgery and gave hardly any information I was so confused. I reached out to them saying she had a pretty nasty sore on her lip and also on her teeth they asked me to send a picture even though i asked for her to be seen they proceeded to tell me it was plac on her teeth and she had bit her lip I refused to believe that and took her to the er who then told us she had hand foot and mouth disease which they said very well could have come from this dentist I also asked them about zollies that say they are good for teeth they said restric candy if you can instead of explaining why or why not these were ok I am very upset and I feel betrayed and I feel like I let these people hurt my baby and I will not let this go she is 3 and does not deserve what they did she loved dentist now she is terrified of them thank you for ruining her light leap dental

Negative experience: I was in there with my 4 year old and spent long enough with dentist for him to tell me we needed $3167 worth of work, 7 silver caps on my son’s teeth, one being his front. Literally enough time for him to pass by saying he is getting 7 caps. Nothing else was said to me by him. I was shaken, literally crying in shock. I had no explanation on what teeth and wasn’t shown the condition, just going by what they told me and that I needed $1667 out of pocket by Sept 4th for my son to be put to sleep to have the work done. After reading other reviews on Google in the same situation, I felt the need to get a 2nd opinion from another pediatric dentist in the area.. So for the 7 caps, teeth B, E, I, J, L, S— We do need 2 caps immediately on K & L. Yet, there’s no need to put my baby to sleep with anesthesia ($600 of the $1667 I needed to pay) We also have 4 small fillings B, I, J, S that we need to get done but aren’t urgent enough for the fillings to be done tomorrow and are in no way needing to be capped. He said if needed we can wait until January when our insurance starts over to cover that if we choose. The part that made me nauseous, the front tooth, tooth E — the tooth that they wanted to cap my sons beautiful tooth silver- (didn’t offer porcelain, even though I know it’s extra, they didn’t offer) has no issues.. no cavity, no discoloration, just beautiful white and healthy. The dentist about fell out reading over my ‘treatment plan’ and price quote comparing notes that the tooth was listed. Again, there is no need to put my child to sleep, and there’s no need for all of this work. Back to Leap Kids Dental, after checking out, I asked if I could split the work up to let insurance cover the max $1500 and wait until January to finish the rest of it. I was talked to kind of harsh by a short haired brunette telling me it was all to be done at once and the work couldn’t be split up. I broke down crying in the office telling me if I can’t afford it to just cancel. I felt really humiliated. She finally came back and said if not paid in full, that the only other option to pay to pretty much putting it on a layaway plan by calling in and making payments towards it. I hate to know how many people just let them do whatever and get away with it. I beg you, please get a 2nd opinion and don’t paint your babies mouths silver without a 2nd opinion. Thank goodness for Dr. Tipton.
