Fantastic experience: Staff is always so friendly & helpful. Never had a bad experience. Dr. Armstrong is so sweet. Would recommend to anyone!

Negative experience: I questioned whether a molar needed extraction because another dentist had previously recommended extraction. I was told it only needed a crown. Shortly after the crown, I developed severe pain, was referred for endodontic evaluation, and the tooth was ultimately extracted by another dentist. When I raised concerns and requested review/reimbursement, I received a certified dismissal letter and later a short denial stating the treatment was appropriate. I have transferred care.

Between the procedures to the pricing and in order. When I had questions they were patient and answered everything in detail. I absolutely love this place! Fantastic experience: My visit today was Excellent as always! Stacy was my hygienist, she is fabulous. She took Xray of my teeth and it didn’t hurt or make me gag. (I usually always gag) Stacy is personal, friendly, gentle and makes my teeth feel so clean. I love that we talk & share our lives with each other…she truly cares. Dr. Armbrister is also friendly, she checked my teeth, X-rays and answered questions for me. From the time you walk into the door everyone is friendly. Thank You! Positive experience: Loved having my teeth cleaned initially with the ultrasonic pick followed by the regular one. I left there without a sore mouth. The reason for giving only 4 stars is that I never know which dentist comes into see me. They are both blondes and behind masks. I would appreciate them giving their name when they get ready to check out my mouth.

Positive experience: My husband is an over the road truck driver so early appointments are crucial. He was a new patient and at first they weren’t sure if they were going to be able to get the exam and cleaning done in the same visit which was a shock bc he really wanted his teeth cleaned. So they did accommodate him and cleaned his teeth first and then did the X-rays since he was having no issues. They saved the day for him doing that!!

Fantastic experience: My son was having horrible tooth pain. They got us in next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and referred us out to an endodontist for his root canal THE VERY NEXT DAY! Talk about speedy service! They were so friendly, gentle with my son, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their receptionist was so pleasant and our hygienist was also so fantastic. We are so happy to have found a dental team for our family! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a local office.

Positive experience: I’ve been using this dentist for years and would normally rate them as a five star for both customer service and technical practice. This last time I went however my upper lip was bloodied and bruised from the dental work. I didn’t notice until I had left because my lip was still numb from the anesthetic. Perhaps this was unavoidable, although I had the same procedure done before and it didn’t happen then. This was the first time this has ever happened to me so I would still recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for Dental work, checkup, or cleaning, look no further! I had been putting off going to the dentist and found them thru my Dental Insurance. I called and scheduled an appointment, which to my surprise was only a couple of days in advance. I had a cleaning done by Jessica, who was very nice and did a great job. I also needed some advice on a chipped tooth and check the overall status of my teeth. She told me basically what my options would be and then one of the Dentist also came to take a look at my X-Rays. Both very professional. At the front desk, they helped me explain my insurance and options for filling some cavities. They scheduled the first in a couple of weeks. He was laughing and having a good time during his whole cleaning! I’ve been going here for a while now but they were so amazing with my little boy. Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist. I even dread it the day before. But the second i walked in the door today i was greeted with a smiling face from the woman working the front desk. Didn’t have to wait long before Misty brought me back for a deep cleaning. It was definitely the best experience i have had from a dental hygienist as she had incredible ‘bed side’ manner, was informative/helpful, and kept it in a light mood throughout. Dr Armbrister is also awesome herself and always does great work. And I can’t forget Rudy who is always so nice and accommodating with scheduling. There is no other dentist office I’d rather go.
