Negative experience: Well there is no interpreter for me understand what they talking about and they should have call make appointments to get interpreter to get communication very clear. If they refused to get interpreter then not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Wise Dental is easy to work with, friendly, and they are opened on Fridays (YAY!). When I called, when we arrived, and at check out Jessica was incredibly helpful and kind. She was a pleasure and helped us out in an urgent situation. I was incredibly impressed with her calm and easygoing nature no matter was out in front of her. Once we got back to the exam room, the dentist was knowledgeable and thorough. Jessica the dental tech was an absolute gem!!! My daughter was having a particularly hard time and through the whole procedure (and even after) Jessica had the most patience, sweetest disposition, and related to my daughter to help calm her fears.

Negative experience: I recently visited this office and was told I had 4 cavities. One cavity was treated, and I was told I had 3 more that needed attention. I was concerned because I was not shown the X-rays or given a clear explanation of what was found. I decided to get a second opinion, and the new dentist I visited told me they did not find any cavities. I’m thankful I got another opinion, but I do wish I had been given more information and shown exactly what was seen before moving forward with treatment.

Positive experience: I was impressed that they got me in next day for a new patient comprehensive examination. All of the staff were very friendly and proficient. Dr. Ying Xu provided excellent care. I took one star off for high pricing of services. Research after my visit revealed their pricing was on the high end of the usual and customary range. They did offer payment plans.

My initial contact with the front personnel to set up an appointment was pleasant. She was friendly, courteous and professional, a very good first impression. Today was my appointment and I arrived early and was greeted by the doctor who explained there was a power outage but was rectified in good time and the staff moved quickly and proficiently. I was made to feel comfortable and services rendered were explained upfront. Pleased with my visit.

Positive experience: for the most part; front desk personnel are not knowledgeable with regard to insurance questions, billing and payments, The offsite business office is slow in responding to inquiries or doesn’t respond at all. My experience resolving issues between my insurance and Wise Dental was resolved after bringing them to the attention of Dr. Lee. I am satisfied with the results thus far.

Negative experience: Tricked me to get me in there on the phone knew I only had x amount of money end in up been like 3xs the amount I got very mad know up front

Negative experience: I went in for dental pain. I was told I had several cavities on both sides, around 6 she said. I had 2 filled that day and I wish I would've waited for a second opinion. The fillings I had done still hurt 6 months later. I did go for a 2nd opinion (in decatur) and I was told I had NO cavities. Im not sure what she filled/drilled into my teeth but I would not go back to this place Ever!

Negative experience: Most awful dental experience of my life. Came in for emergency tooth pain and i was told i had to do a root canal in 4 sessions. Every session was worse than the last and when i asked for more time to numb or more numbing, i was treated as a nuisance by the dental assistant, who i remember literally rolled her eyes when i asked her to please let the lidocaine sit in my mouth for a moment before she spears me with a giant syringe. I was told i could have gas if the pain was too much, before we ever started, for a small fee, then upon asking on another session i was told it was too late. The moment i was made to feel uncomfortable for asking for less pain is when i suggest no one ever go there. Especially if the 40 something year old blonde lady with the tattoos & dead eyes still works there. No thank you. A slightly traumatic experience in my life, after having nothing but great dental experience growing up. I was not afraid of the dentist and THIS place made me afraid to go to another one. Oh and the root canal i got done here still hurts from time to time. Not sure if thats normal, but im not sure i like it.

Fantastic experience: I did not have an appointment, but they fit me in for my toothache. The dentist determined that the tooth needed to be extracted, and I agreed. He was kind, professional, and made sure I was feeling no pain. I survived with little to no pain. Not saying I'd be thrilled to go through another one, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not as bad as I was expecting. Everyone in the office was friendly. They even called the next day to check on me. I'll be returning for any dental procedure.

Negative experience: I would get a second opinion before having anything done with them. I went to another 2 dentist after my visit with them & the other 2 dentist said everything was fine. Wise dental was trying to have me have procedures done ASAP that I did not need. I would strongly recommend another dentist or getting a second opinion after your visit with Wise Dental.

Fantastic experience: I dislike going to the dintist. That's the nicest way to put it but Wise Dental was a great experience for me. I had 4 fillings and upper cleaning with no Novacaine whatsoever and was not in any pain or any discomfort I would recommend Doctor Ibual anytime to anyone who is afraid of the dintist. He was very gentle and concerned about me and my comfort.
