Negative experience: I'm posting on behalf of my mother, the patient. The people were nice, but otherwise she was very unhappy with her experience. The denture constantly fell out.

Fantastic experience: 2/17/26 I have had my implants for roughly 3 years and today unfortunately I lost one, it is OK. I had 12 total placed. and during the early stages, we suspected this one might fail, I’m shocked that it lasted as long as it did.The hospitality and the treatment was just as I remember wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. This place will continue to be my dentist of choice. ————————— 2023 Final review. It was an eight month long process. I had all of my teeth extracted and 12 implants put in. Overall the process was relatively “smooth”. There seems to be a disconnect between the lab and the dentist office, a few times I had to make multiple trips because the dentures were not made correctly and I’m not talking aesthetics, we’re talking functionality. I am a pretty patient individual so I rolled with the ups and downs. I would recommend this dentist office. All of the staff was an absolute joy. The dentist could work on his bedside manner however I also understand he is working on multiple patients simultaneously. Perhaps thats the affordable denture and implants way. Things I would’ve liked to have had: better communication on cleaning the prosthetic. Better communication on taking care of the implants. More communication on what I can change during try-in as a first time dentures wearer i was flying a little blind.

Negative experience: Well I took a half day off and a half tank of gas for this? I was told to just sign all this paperwork and not fill it out.....that seems weird to me....even the 2nd receptionist asked the first "isn't he supposed to fill this out"?......."no just sign it"! I said that's like going to dinner without getting a menu, isn't that bad practice? "You're welcome leave" (holding the door open). Zero star review.

I priced different places in Longview and found Affordable offered the best deals. Pain was very tolerable during and after procedures to remove teeth. Doctor is very kind and easy to work with. All I can say is if you need dentures, Get here and use them! I have my whole set of dentures now and am happy as can be. Still the best dental staff ever! Negative experience: I had an appointment last week, took a day off work. Received a call one hour before my appointment, stating that They had to reschedule my appointment. Went back this morning 9am appointment, but they said it was too early to receive my permanent dentures. The doctor said the office scheduled me to soon, and to come back next month. I will end up missing 3 days of work. I am not happy about wasting my time. It’s about one hour round trip from my house to the clinic, then back home.

Positive experience: Hello all, I’d like to take this opportunity to relate my experience with the doctor and staff at affordable dentures in Longview Washington. This Odyssey started in August 2024. At that time I was missing several teeth, I had no lower molars and a canine had broken off at the root. After much reflection, I felt it was time to make the big move and have everything done at one time. My first time and I spent 5 1/2 hours in the chair and had all of my remaining teeth extracted at that time. I don’t know if I would suggest this to everyone, but I have a high threshold of pain, and to be truthful the pain was much less and discomfort much less than I would’ve expected. I followed Dr. Shojanis’s Directions to a T and chose not to have any temporary put in my mouth for a couple of months and then did not have the actual post put in my jaw for several months in order to let everything heal properly. Once I got my permanent teeth so to speak, they looked great. They fit well. The doctor did a little trimming on the upper pallet for me to make it more comfortable to eat and everything works very well. I’m very happy with what was done. I’d also like to say that the atmosphere in the office is very comfortable and very nice. classic rock ‘n’ roll from the 70s early 80s play throughout the offices and everyone from Shannon at the front desk on through the Doctor himself were very upbeat and very pleasant to work with. All in all I felt I had a very positive experience with the Longview affordable dentures, and it has definitely improved the quality of my life as far as dietary issues brought on by inability to chew properly thanks to the staff and doctor. I’ll be seeing you for periodic checkups.

Fantastic experience: This guy should not be allowed to be in business! He doesn’t know what quality is and doesn’t care about your satisfaction or the effect on your life! I paid for implants to have a nice smile and the ability to eat comfortably. In four attempts and well over a year I still don’t have a set of teeth I can wear! This was a huge investment for me and a one shot deal! He took my money but didn’t provide what I paid for! I’ve been left in a hopeless situation as I can no longer wear dentures and I can’t afford to go somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency (in my mind) and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day for a consultation. Glad I got in before the new year.

Negative experience: 1st off... I did not have any work done today. I have used affordable dentures in the past, in a different state and received excellent care. However, today I went for a simple molar extraction and the dentist told me I also needed to have a bone graft done. That's certainly possible, after all he is the dentist (which he made a point of telling me) My main issue is that I was told there's a discount for paying with cash. He went into great detail to explain to me that meant CASH. Not a money order, not a cashier's check, not a debit card. Sounds sketchy to me, but I'm not a dentist

I recommend anyone to this place especially if your a truck driver like me

Negative experience: The knowledge and care of the original doctor and assistants were skilled. The new members of the dental office, practice will be missed.

Negative experience: No care for patients , Dentist said only cash. He specifically said cash only not cashiers check not personal check nothing but cash. Red flags went up and I went to Wilsonville Oregon as I could get in quickly. They were wonderful. I would stay away from Longview as it’s super sketchy! No stars from me! And went through something that I thought was a dream come true that eventually turned into a nightmare. I was So naive thinking that this doctor is a very nice person and wanted to do a holiday good deed . I thought so. Let me give you the whole rundown what happened and whoever is reading this. Keep in mind I am 39 years old. I have two children. I work tax paying American citizen. That went through something very dramatic. Horrifying experience that haunts me until this day. And every time look in the mirror. First of all, the first review I wrote I was very emotional getting off the telephone speaking to the representative and the doctor telling me the bad news thinking that everything's still applied . How one man could be so cold-hearted on somebody that was saving money to get my implants done now. Keep in mind I had good teeth, very pretty teeth . Was only missing a few of them due to an accident and never even crossed my mind to consider dentures.That was not a option whatsoever. So let the story begin a day before Thanksgiving. I was shopping to the WinCo grocery store next door buying turkeys for homeless people. They're in Longview Washington. I was looking right next to me. There was a dental office that said implants I'm like. Let me see a baby. I could afford it now. Now me living life. 6 months without one of my teeth was dramatic for me. However, telling myself I will just get it fixed as soon as I saved. That was my ambition to do my passion. I wanted that more than a million dollars. That's how much my in teeth went to . Me let me continue so walking in the office. Trying to see if I could get a place to get it done before Christmas. It was November 2023 about to be December. I wanted get prepared for the holidays to get prepared for the holidays . After I put the groceries in the vehicle I walked up in there. Spoke to the representative at the desk telling her how the story how I lost my tooth. How much my teeth mean to me? Well the story that I told her was something that I went through that was very dramatic in my life and doctor from the back. I can't remember his name but I'm sure I will. So he overheard the conversation and came and told me. Do you believe in Christmas miracles? Today is going to be the start of the best day ever of your life. I'm going to put you full implants at no charge to you because I was hearing what you was telling my employee and I want to do this from my heart. My reaction to that was emotional. I couldn't believe it. Honestly it was something , I would see my dreams so I accepted it his offer. And yes when can I come in for the first exam? He said how about next week I said date. See you then. Now. My plan was to influence the world to show how there is still good people out there in this world. Look at what happened to me and wanted to show the love from people that still have desires to help. Okay I left thinking to my self . Is this too good to be true?. . Okay I'm going to pause right there. I get pretty emotional, speaking it or even thinking about it. So keep in mind by me actually writing this is bringing tears to my eyes right now. Maybe that is the reason why my first review didn't come out too good. My apologies but what happened to me after that week? Let me continue. I went for my first exam telling me how it's going to do the procedure telling me that the implants was going to look great asking me questions like do you prefer your implants to be white? I told him I want them to be normal but what I should have asked him is why are you doing this but. . I didn't. It was like he was making a decision to not doing it anymore from his body demeanor so he told me to come back the next day for something else . And I . And you told me to come back the following week after I went back that day. I'm like what's going on here. I asked myself maybe they're getting the procedure started and it takes time to order certain things to do it and, didn't do nothing with it so came back.

Fantastic experience: So let me tell you about my experience...keep in mind i am a truck driver and have a tight schedule to keep, and I am from Kansas .... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Backstory now... my little 5lb chihuahua got ahold of my uppers. And just destroyed them. These lovely women and amazing dentist not only fixed my old dentures but also made me a new set. All in one day! IN ONE DAY FOLKS.!!!! AND MADE THEM WELL!!! My poor lovely sweet lab tech had her work cut out for her and she did it, and did it extremely well! The office lady was such a super sweetheart. The dentist knows what he is doing and does it superbly. He did my moldings, and man he did it well....my dentures both sets fit like a glove. Many thanks to an excellent team who came through like champs! To all of the staff many thanks to you all. You did an amazing job on a tight schedule and words can't even express my gratitude! Fantastic experience: Walked in to get consult on costs to maintain lower implant and upper denture reline! Costs was over $1000 less than the last time I had it done and I left a few hours later with a HUGE smile on my face and maintenance and reline done! Mallory is wonderful and so was the doctor! I won’t use anyone else now! They really know what they are doing!

Negative experience: I felt like I was buying a car and going through the bait and switch Web site said $109 for extraction cheapest in office was $145 but mine would be $245 plus a mandatory fake bone fill for another $330. Other dentist are about the same there just up front about it I just don’t play the game and went elsewhere

Fantastic experience: The staff are pleasant to be around. They treated me with respect. The process was longer than I thought it would have been. But I had really bad teeth that required extra work. In the end, the outcome was awesome. I can chew and enjoy food again. I had 5 implants with snap in dentures.

Fantastic experience: My lower dentures were not fitting correctly and missing teeth in front. They got me in the next day. I decided to go with two implants to hold my new bottom denture in place so it would fit properly. I knew ahead of time that that’s what I was going to have to do they were very Thorough and explain it Made sure I had no more questions I got a temporary denture the same day and I at this point in very pleased with the process and the office, the dentist and the whole bit

Since a different doctor took over office the will not replace premium dentures that wore out in less than a year 2500.00 of worthless dentures Don’t use this office never had this issue Working with other affordable denture offices

Fantastic experience: GREAT service! My lower denture that has implants cracked in half yesterday morning. I call AD&I in Longview and they told me to bring my denture in to be repaired. I brought it in at 1:00 and it was fixed by 2:00! I was terrified when my denture cracked in half but Longview Affordable Denture’s assured me it would be ok. I am very pleased. Thank you!

Negative experience: I don't know if I can be helped I started this on September 20th its now the 16th of October I have had two fittings and I hated them both I have no confidence this will work appointments are to far apart and getting farther I will go toothless before I buy teeth I hate one more time if not I will give up to much stress... that was awhile ago have never worn my teeth I just accepted them don't wear them each time I do I cry my top lip does not move at all and it's supposed to obvious I have dentures I can't use I wasted so much money and I have cptsd so going back would be to stressful I bought them and have not wore them everytime ido i just cry they are so ugly just can't wasted i much money for ugly teeth

Negative experience: I had the worst dental implant experience I have ever had. And I know that cause I have had several dental implants done im my lifetime. I was trying to save a little money so I went to Affordable Dentures and Implants. You know the saying you get what you pay for. Well I had 2 implants done and two crowns put on. The crowns were redone several times over and over again and still never fit right. They did give me a discount but I would have rather had the crowns done right. The crowns kept falling out and I would go and have them glued back in place more times than I can remember. The 1 implant had crevices that food would get lodgged in which drove me crazy. The dentist told me I could come back anytime if I needed my crowns glued back in. They would fall out alot. The dentist has now left the company and I just called them a few days ago and they informed they couldn't honor that anymore. I didn't even want that crown put in anymore a anyways cause I was tired of taking the food that would get lodged into the big space that was left when they placed the crown in. I had to go to another dentist that knew what they're doing to put in another crown. So I would give them a "D" for a Grade.

Fantastic experience: Been working with the Longview location for a few years now. I truly couldn’t be happier. The service is always personable, the products, above and beyond quality, and the prices super reasonable (lol as the name suggests). I honestly preferred my original dentist but even with a new big Hauss running the show, they haven’t missed a beat, and I can be a difficult patient at times. ‍♂️ I just have high expectations for a product that’s potentially capable of changing my life. But again I’m blessed that I found them years ago. Thanks you Triangle Shopping Center staff!!!

Negative experience: Went in and got new dentures. They were okay. You have to pay before you pick up your dentures. No problem, paid them right away. 14 months later I get a freaking bill from them for the full amount that I was REQUIRED to prepay. Sent them their bill along with a copy of my credit card statement. Just gross, rude and very unprofessional. They only care about the money, never the patient.

Positive experience: I went in to have a repair and reline on a lower plate, they did an amazing job. My lower plate fits better than it ever has. The only thing I didn't like was the hard sell for implants before they even gave consideration to what I came in for.

Negative experience: Front staff is very nice. The Dr however, is only interested in pushing implants. My mother cannot afford implants so she purchased a full set of dentures (replaced the ones she had ) We have been in a few times for adjustments. He doesn't seem to want to listen. Just wants to push implants. Warned my mom he can only adjust then 4 times. Drs whole attitude changed when she purchased dentures only without the 4 implants he was pushing. She is miserable and feels like she wasted $3200.

Negative experience: I found this place unfriendly and VERY money oriented. I could not get out without committing to a form of payment. First an assistant talked to me and then a man, a doctor of sorts?, came in also asked me how I was going to pay, not in those words but it was obvious what he wanted. Last visit a doctor? told me that my denture (upper) did fit and I felt he was rather rude so I left. He didn't even know that I was there only for my upper, thought I had had both upper and lower dentures replaced. Did not have a file with him about me. Felt like a cow being herded into office, hurriedly being talked to, almost rudely, and hurriedly dismissed. The young lady who herded me into the exam room was the only cordial one of the staff. Very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shojania and his staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years…an implant, root canals, you name it. With many of my former root canals now failing and knowing that my regular dentist wanting to “re-do” them would be futile and a waste of money I sought after an implant specialist. Dr. Shojania was happy to take care of my requests and to my surprise confident he could do an upper implant without a surgical sinus lift (which two prior implant specialists said I had to have first!). So far my experience at this business has been great and worth the hour drive each way! Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I would give them 10 starts if that were an option... They treated me like family the moment I walked in the doors. All the staff are wonderful!!! And Doc. Well I wish I would have came here sooner I'll put it that way. Great place ALL N ALL
