Fantastic experience: I will start by saying I said I would never enter into another affordable dentures facility! I was up against a clock! My husband accidentally threw my bottom denture away and I had to sing in a couple of weeks! I had paid the commerce office over 3400 dollars and NEVER received my dentures!! The girl that answers the phone was very rude! I gave Affordable in Dawsonville a call and made an appointment and went! LET ME TELL YOU!!! If you are thinking of using Affordable PLEASE call the DAWSONVILLE office!! Dr Taylor and his team are TOP notch!! They have compassion! They have class and their office is not only clean but smells very good!! They met every need I had! They worked with me and helped me get to where I needed to be! I can’t want to pick up my new dentures up!! Take it from someone that has been through it!! GO TO AFFORDABLE IN DAWSONVILLE!!! The other office will take your money and you might never get what you paid for!!

Fantastic experience: One of my dentures cracked over the weekend, and I was worried I'd be without it for days. Since they have an on-site lab, the repair was completed much faster than I expected. Everything fit comfortably afterward, and I didn't have to go through the expense of replacing the entire denture.

Fantastic experience: I still had several healthy teeth, so I wasn't sure if I needed a full denture or something else. After discussing my options, I ended up with a custom partial denture that blends in really well. It feels secure, looks natural, and I can finally smile without trying to hide the missing teeth.

I came here for a full denture replacement, and the difference has been huge. The fit is much better, they made a few small adjustments before I left, and now I can eat without worrying that they'll shift around.

Negative experience: I want to make it clear that I did not leave the 5-star review that appears under my name. I have never authorized anyone to post a review on my behalf. My actual experience was the complete opposite. I had ongoing issues with my dentures and the care I received afterward. I struggled to get my records and felt that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed instead of addressed professionally. The experience left me frustrated and disappointed and out even more cash. I believe other patients deserve honest reviews when deciding where to receive care, which is why I’m sharing my own experience now. I would not give this so call “dentist” even a 1 star review. Thank God I found somewhere else that treated me so good and finally have a set of dentures that actually fit my mouth when this office just kept telling me “its apart of having dentures” when I would bring up my issues. Be prepared if you choose to go to Affordable Dentures of Dawsonville that if you have ongoing issues they will release you as a patient with zero notice or appropriate LEGAL documentation. The “dentist” Gregory Taylor needs to be held accountable for his actions and not have his own practice.

Negative experience: I got my dentures here, implant ones, 22,000! BOTH PAIRS have cracked, and under warranty. I tried to get an appointment for repair. They actually said the guy that did mine was no longer there, and I should go somewhere else! This is NOT the first horrible experience I have had with this place. I would NEVER recommend them. Terribel customer service and work! Left messages, no return calls. Did I mention that i told my brother about this place, and they have screwed bhim over too??? Do you see a pattern here? I also find it intewresting they ONLY reply to the 5 star reviews! I am suing! I will also be putting this review EVERYWHERE I CAN FIND!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing I've had some bad experiences at other places for a few different reasons, and then I walk in here to a completely friendly staff, reassuring me on my concerns or fears, we developed a plan for what I wanted done, got my x-ray and impressions done, and the pricing they worked out with me was so much better than anywhere else I have talked to about this. Also just the x-rays were easier here than other places where I sat in a chair choking on plates im biting down on for an hour or more for several xrays, here was so nice, i just had to stand with my chin in a machine that scanned one swipe around my head in 20 seconds and it was done. I wish I was better with remembering names, but all the staff I met today at the Dawsonville Ga location was amazing, and after today's experience I will never go anywhere else for dental looking forward to my next visit, im going from never smiling in a picture my whole life to having a perfect smile for the first time ever, and I can't thank them enough. **update** I went back 3 weeks ago and got 29 extractions and 7 implants to later attach my snap in plates, as someone who is terrified going to get something like that done the level 4 conscious sedation was wonderful, the meds they gave me completely got rid of all my anxiety, I walked in and sat in the chair and closed my eyes with my mouth open cause I still didn't want to see the tools or anything, and after what only felt like 15 minutes Dr Taylor and his assistant, I didn't catch his name as I was kinda loopy from meds, had completed the whole surgery and sending me home, they made a great team, completed the entire surgery way faster than I expected with absolutely no pain at all. The healing has been going great as I quit smoking for this so i don't risk any implants failing and heal as fast as possible. My only complaint right now is that my temporary dentures will not fit at all, which is nobody's fault as the impressions are made before any extractions and I had some pretty big teeth in the front, so been self conscious about going anywhere during the time I have no teeth, and probably been a little moody with everyone during this stage from being aggravated at not having any teeth right now and quiting smoking has me being unpleasant to he around right now, but Dr Taylor assured me we will have some temporary dentures that actually fit me ASAP, and I trust the end results with my permanent snap ins are going to be everything I've dreamed as everyone here seems very experienced and very good at their job. 5 stars all day long for everyone at this location and highly recommend anyone needing or wanting any dental work done use this location. **update** went in the other day and they were able to fix my original temporary up and give me a new soft align and they fit so good now I don't even need to use glue or anything, world of difference and got to enjoy the last several days since my visit exploring the smokies with my wife and actually smile for photos for the first time I can member. Very pleased with my temporary denture.

Fantastic experience: I can't even put into words my experience here. The young black beauty at the front is heaven sent. Seriously. I have never felt the comfort and care from anyone EVER at any medical facility. I can't think of her name but it doesn't even matter because you'll know when you meet her. Not to mention the doctor who is blessed with the authenticity that one rarely sees. And the lab lady... another black beauty who's name I didn't get. I truly felt like she wants me to have the best teeth. She's gentle and kind. I went in w the expectation that I would walk out without treatment, because I'm so terrified. I have had tramatic experiences and ofcourse the affordability... they really want you to smile again.God bless everyone in this office because they are all working by God's hand. Fantastic experience: 68 year old man. 24 teeth pulled in less than an hour. Zero pain. Doctor was fantastic. The entire office staff was welcoming, very nice and beyond helpful. The transition from teeth to dentures has been a breeze so far. Dont listen to the negative reviews. Dr. Taylor is a good dentist and negative reviews are for whimps. After six months with zero issues I recieved my new permanent dentures. Wow. Fantastic. They fit and look great. The entire staff at Affordable Dentures in Dawsonville is first class. I would even say they are Precious. The best service I ever had at a dentist office. The price was really affordable.. Thanks Dr. Taylor!!!

Negative experience: I am very unhappy with the level of customer service I have received from affordable dentures in Dawsonville. I was told on 3/31/26 that I would have my partial dentures on 3-4 days and it has nearly been 2 months and I still don’t have them. Of course they’ve already been paid for and I have had to contact them the 3 times, no one has reached out to me to even tell me when i will be receiving them. The last time i spoke directly to de Taylor and he said i would have them by the 15th of may which mind you is 6 weeks from the time of purchase! Very upset that i still do not have a replacement, and would like someone to contact me!!

Fantastic experience: I drove an hour to this location because the price was more reasonable for me but after meeting Kevin who made me feel really comfortable & Dr. Taylor who also made me feel like he was one of my family members, it was worth the drive. I am terrified of going to the dentist and the prices are even more terrifying especially when you don’t have insurance. Dr. Taylor worked with my budget and he was the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been going to dentist since I was a child!! Fantastic experience: Special was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work they are planning to do. I didn't get the doctor's name, he was very nice explained all procedures and was very nice. (Also cool hair) As we were leaving we learned Valerie's name. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was put at ease by them. Looking forward to my first appointment on February 2nd. We were just walk- ins and we got a consultation right away. Very impressive. Dr. Taylor inserted the hardware (implants) in my bottom jaw. He did it painlessly. Next visit is for getting the dentures. May 15 , Shonda was so nice and so patient with me while she worked to get my new dentures fitting properly. She also gave me a suggestion on a denture adhesive. Terrance had given me advice on a brand to use for dry mouth. Thanks so much to everyone in the office. You made this anxiety ridden experience of having teeth pulled and getting dentures comfortable .

Fantastic experience: A very comfortable atmosphere with modern equipment. The professionals here were awesome! I came in for a free accessment expecting a sales pitch or "brush off" because I am not able to commit at this time. It was a pleasant surprise when they answered all my many questions as well as putting together a packet with info I needed for planning my dental work. Not once did I feel rushed or unimportant..... I highly recommend them and will return.... I've now received my permanent dentures and they look great! I'm still learning about adhesives and what I can eat. They were very helpful with that advice as well. Thanx ya'll!

Fantastic experience: I needed full removals and implants put in. Obviously I was extremely anxious about this. The staff at this location were incredibly helpful. They did so much to put my mind at ease and make the experience as quick as possible. And as for the pain, I hardly felt a thing. I cannot recommend this office more. They are definitely going to be my go-to for any dental needs from now on! Edit: I was concerned about the temporary dentures I was given, so I called to ask about it. They had me come in and Dr. Taylor immediately refit the denture while addressing all my concerns in a very gentle and professional manner. Im genuinely blown away at how wonderful Dr. Taylor and his staff have been during this whole ordeal. As far as I'm concerned, this is how all dentists should be.

I had extractions and an implant done yesterday, and the entire process went far better than I expected. Dr. Taylor (no relation, that I'm aware of) was incredibly sensitive and accommodating to my anxiety about dental procedures, which made a huge difference for me. He took the time to explain everything as he went, which really helped put me at ease. The procedure itself was efficient, and I always felt like I was in good hands. The office staff was also a huge help. They assisted me with completing my insurance claim forms and were able to email my X-rays to me for the insurance company almost instantly, which made the process smooth and stress free. Everyone was friendly and supportive throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO AFFORDABLE DENTURES IN DAWSONVILLE!!!! If there was a choice for negative stars I would have chosen that because they DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR!!!! I originally went there in the Summer of 2025 and scheduled surgery to have tenth removed for an upper denture. The surgeon that came from Alpharetta was amazing, but the dentist was an older man and he was not a people person, but his assistants were amazing. I go back in February to get my permanent denture and that’s when I found out he was no longer there. The experience to get the permanent denture (that I had already paid for in the Summer of 2025) with the managing dentist Greg Taylor, DDS has been nothing but horrible. It took me multiple times to get this permanent denture and I felt like he wasn’t even listening to me. This upper denture will not stay in my mouth at all. It’s so loose and uncomfortable. He kept telling me that until I get a bottom denture the top one will not fit correctly. This top denture should have fit at least as well as the temporary denture fit!!! He then gave me a great price Lin March for the bottom denture, but I wanted the top that I had already paid for to fit before I started on a bottom denture. If the temporary denture from August fit without having lower dentures then this top permanent denture should have fit too!!! When I went there last week the permanent top denture still did not fit at all. He repeated that I needed the bottom denture and I told him I was worried that the bottom wouldn’t stay in either since the top was so loose. He then said he would add additional treatment (2 posts) for the same price he quoted me in March. He repeated this multiple times. I then repeated what he said he would include back to him and he said yes, so I agreed to begin the bottom denture at that price. I was given the appointment time and paid half of the new treatment plan and agreed to pay the balance at this appointment today. I went in this morning and paid the balance and went back to the room to start the treatment when the assistant told me what was going to be done today. I immediately told her that he had agreed to the additional treatment last week and she left the room and came back saying he never told me that. Then he came in and denied telling me that. He then said he would do the extra treatment then one of the office personnel came in wanting additional money and I told her he quoted me the price last week and that I already paid that price. In the end that dentist and that office did not honor what he told me last week. I highly doubt that anyone leaves there with dentures that fit. THIS DENTIST IS NOT HONEST!!!! I feel that I was scammed!!! I did not go through with the treatment today and was given a refund, but there is something going on in this office and with this dentist that is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

Negative experience: This place lies and doesn't stand by their work!!! I had the most horrible and traumatic experience ever in my life going thru my 12,000 implant process... I've hated and never satisfied with them from day 1. I waited 2 years before getting to get this right by yet them again, with a new doctor taking the practice over... I was assured by phone before going they would help me. I was accused of trying to get something for free!!! Are you kidding me? No I was not I never had a warranty from day 1 let alone 2 years later! I left their office made appointment with commerce office. Might I add commerce is very professional courteous and efficient! I referred my whole family 3 members other than myself have had work done my child also! I paid them 2800 for a new set to be made my 1st ones the teeth wasn't even centered correctly in my mouth!!! Do not trust this business or their work! The picture is proof of teeth not centered so waiting for new teeth to be made but they are perfect. I can't wait!

Fantastic experience: I can't begin to say just how grateful and thankful I am for Shaunda!! The patience, care, compassion, understanding, and just so much love and kindness that she has is absolutely incredible. She's such a blessing to me during all of this! She always makes sure I'm very well taken care of. During my last visit she offered for me to stay with her after hours might I add until my finance could make it there from work to get me. She goes so far above and beyond to make sure im completely comfortable in every way she possibly can. She makes my visits so much more pleasant and just delightful! Shes definitely one of the very rare loving types of nurses these days! I don't know how I'd be handling all im going through if I didn't have her there let's just say that!

Negative experience: Went for my initial visit and consultation 4-10-26 and was “examined” by Dr Taylor. Need 7 extractions to be able to get dentures and they have 2 prices for extractions. 135$ for standard extractions and 199$ for complex extractions. He walked in and introduced himself and asked what I wanted done. I told him and he said he’d be back with a plan. He didn’t look in my mouth and I had some specific questions and concerns I wanted to discuss with him. I thought he’d come back and we could talk about it but a young lady came in several minutes later with a plan. I told her I wanted to talk to the doctor about certain things and she said she would let him know. He eventually came back and couldn’t have seemed less interested in me or my concerns and showed that with his attitude. No personality at all, no smile, and for the thousands of dollars he was charging I expect my Dr to have a few minutes to chat about my issues and concerns. The plan had every single one of my extractions being of the complex type, of course, although one of them is loose and could fall out from a big sneeze. The others are just normal looking on X-ray and no reason for the complexity was offered. When I asked why they were all complex instead of standard she said because that’s what the doctor put down. I take my health and my money seriously and expect a certain amount professionalism and “bedside” manner from a doctor who treats me, especially when I’m paying every penny out of pocket. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional. He may be competent but I’ll never know because if he can’t conduct himself any better than this on an initial visit then I feel like his dentistry would also be substandard.

Fantastic experience: The Dawsonville office has been amazing to me. Dr.Taylor is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does and is very attentive to what you want. I have been a patient at this office for over a year and was nervous about the Dentist change. But its been a positive change. Wait times are lower and your needs are met faster. I loved the office before but love it even more now. I had all 32 removed by the in house oral surgeon Dr.Kiem and Dr. Askari did my temps. Dr.Taylor has began the process for my perms and I cant be happier with his work. Can't wait to see the final result. Affordable dentures has the more inexpensive prices ive seen around. And the Dawsonville location hasn't disappointed!!

It was super fast in and out yet I was fully aware by their explanation of what needed to take place and what I was looking at in price. They offered different financing plans That catered to my income. Therefore, I was able to get the smile I want instead of having to settle due to My budget. Fantastic experience: I have gotten dentures at two other affordable dentures locations this one so far has been the best experience that I have had you can tell that they're passionate about their job and care about helping people and grow their confidence by giving them a new smile staff are very helpful

Negative experience: The experience was disappointing . The dentures were reasonable but the extractions were expensive compared to previous extractions. We had been told they should be fine at Emory due to my daughters health risks and which has her o bloodlines. Affordable dentist felt neither were an issue. Their lack of concern regarding what two oral surgeons said and their price for doing extractions had me back away from proceeding

Fantastic experience: I called a day prior for an emergency extraction. Next day I was in with the chair with minimal wait time, numb and ready for them start the work. It took less than 15 minutes & I was in & out with all questions answered and additional information if needed. Great Place, Friendly Staff, Excellent Work!

Dentist and staff have pride in their work and listen to the patient’s input during the process. Will highly recommend this facility.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. Maybe due to the new ownership? Came for a reline and left with a mouth full of injuries. First time I ever had to physically defend myself against a “dentist”. Maybe they thought they were working on a school mannequin? Definitely not going back

Fantastic experience: Great experience today! My mother broke her dentures, but the staff was so supportive and comforting. While we ordered a new set, they went above and beyond by fixing the old ones for us at no extra charge. I’m so grateful for their exceptional service and the kindness they showed my mother. This is a clinic that truly cares about its patients.

Negative experience: THEY TOOK MY $1400 AND LEFT ME WITH NO PERMANENT PARTIAL. I ONLY HAVE A TEMPORARY THAT DOESN'T FIT. They told me I had a appointment to get my permanent partial for Nov 19th 2025 and I called to confirm and got a message that said "DO NOT LEAVE MULTIPLE MESSAGES " So I didn't... I left 1 message and no one called me back. Drove to the office for my appointment and the DOOR WAS LOCKED AND NOBODY THERE. I'VE TRIED TO BE NICE BUT THEY LIE!!!!! DOCTOR TAYLOR SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME A PRESCRIPTION ON MY LAST VISIT FOR ANTIBIOTICS AND ANTIBACTERIAL MOUTHWASH. HE DIDN'T. I ASSUMED HE HAD CALLED IT TO MY PHARMACY BUT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT THEY EVEN CHECKED ALL WALMART PHARMACIES STATEWIDE AND NOTHING. THE FLOOR WAS NASTY ON MY LAST VISIT. I SAW THE DOCTOR TAKING OUT THE TRASH. I WISH NOW I HAD LEFT!!! I WILL NOT TAKE THUS POST DOWN!!!! I'M OUT THE MONEY BUT I'LL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They never provided ANY paperwork!!! No post procedure instructions. NO receipt. I'm not sure I'm even on the books. A month after my extractions tiny shards of teeth started coming out of my gums.

Fantastic experience: This is a great group of people..I first met the doctor.. then three of the ladies that work for him.. all are exceptional.. I would highly recommend this doctor and his staff.. job well done and a big thanks.. I can smile again..

Negative experience: This office is nasty The doctor doesn't provide proper PPE for you to work , and expects you to work without it or in his words bring your own. The back sink was filled w gunky stuff. In the so called break room. And it had this smell I will never forget. This office needs to be on the news... Yuck! I know my worth and I would never settle for this.

Negative experience: Well this place use to be North GA Dentures & Implants. Six years later, they sold out and changed the name and the doctor. Service and customer care has really dropped in my case. My top plate cracked just a little and needed a repair. They wouldn't warranty North GA Denture and Implants to do a small repair, but wanted to charge me $100. They also, wanted to sell me another whole set. I get it they are in the business to make and sell Dentures. But, they should take care of the old customers that was there prior to their purchase of the business. I know N.GA denture didn't file insurance for their customers, but you would figure that this new company would file insurance for the customers. Other offices with the same name does, this place is just being lazy in doing their paper work. So, with all this being said, I moved my business to Aspen Dental.

Fantastic experience: My dentures were made by the doctor and they came out so natural looking you honestly can’t tell they’re dentures at all. The fit, the comfort, and the look are better than anything I expected. The prices were great too, especially for the quality of work. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dentures or dental work. Dr. Taylor and the team truly take care of you.

Negative experience: I was referred here by my dentist, called, made an appointment, consult was great, paid them $1000 for a partial for fix my missing tooth, they took scans, seemed like they did a great job, scheduled a followup for nov 15th at 1pm to pick up the partial. I got there, the door was locked, I waited outside for half an hour, I called and left a voicemail, I texted.... got nowhere so now I've given them $1000, I'm still sitting here a week later with a missing tooth and they're saying "well we won't be in from Monday to wed this week either" ... so basically they made an appointment that they didn't keep, never told me they wouldn't be there, I drove half an hour to get there and sat in front of their building for another half an hour and nobody showed and now I'm going on a second week with a missing tooth looking like a hillbilly.
