Fantastic experience: Dr. Iannone and her staff are amazing! They all took their time making my kids feel comfortable and explaining everything to them step by step. We had a unfavorable experience with a different Pediatric dentist in the past so my older 2 (and myself) were anxious about going, but their pediatrician recommended this practice. They ended up being relaxed and doing so well thanks to the attention, care and knowledge exhibited by all of the staff.

Fantastic experience: My son had to be put under with anesthesia to get some work done. I was very nervous but the anesthesiologist was very clear and thorough. Everything went really well for my son and Dr. Donna was able to get all the work done comfortably. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother procedure.

Fantastic experience: We love going to Dr.Iannone. My daughter has severe anxiety and going to the dentist usually brings on an anxiety attack. The staff and Dr.Iannone always are able to put my daughter at ease and get through the appointment with out struggle. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy we switched to Dr. Iannone! My daughter was afraid of the dentist, until now. We have tried several appointments with a different dentist, and she refused to open her mouth. The previous dentist's office told us to go elsewhere because she was wasting their time and required sedation. Her first appt with Dr. Iannone, she explained to my daughter what she going to do and asked if it would be ok to do so. My daughter opened her mouth without hesitation! The office is inviting and the office staff is very friendly. I highly recommend if your child is weary of doctors.

Negative experience: Took my special needs daughter here due to the reviews stating the dentist was good with special needs children. While this was true, the front office staff was a nightmare to deal with regarding an insurance issue. Let me preface, that I, myself, have been a dental hygienist for 26 years in this area. Awhile after my daughter’s first cleaning, I received a bill. Immediately, I recognized an error, due to me being a dental professional. I should’ve owed nothing. I contacted my insurance to double check and they said I was correct, so I tried calling the dental office several times to no avail. Meanwhile, my bill stated it was a “second notice” of which I never received a “first notice”. My family was going on vacation and I wanted to make sure I touched base before I left, so I left a detailed voice message. I also sent a message online to their website. After returning, I assumed this issue was handled since I hadn’t heard from anyone. Nope two months later, I receive a “final notice” saying they will send me to collections if I don’t pay the bill. Irritated, I send, yet again, another message to their website. This was yesterday! Lo and behold, I receive a phone call at 8 am this morning from an angry, front desk lady. She tells me that I never called and left a message and that I got her in trouble with her boss. When I try to defend myself, to say I did, she cuts me off and tells me that I need to listen to her. After all of this, the bill was taken care of. As a dental hygienist and a mother in her 40’s, I’m appalled by the lack of professionalism this front desk person had. I’ve never experienced this on a personal or professional level, that is why I’m writing this review. No one should have to deal with this, especially me, who is a caretaker to a special needs child. I wouldn’t have wrote this review had I not experienced this phone call.

Fantastic experience: Very inviting decor for children. My 3 year old was very nervous at her first visit. Dr. Iannone was superb with her. She walked out so proud of herself! Huge win! Initial paperwork was much easier to complete online rather than get hand cramps while there trying to calm my toddler.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Iaonne is by far the best pediatric dentist in the beaver county area. Shes really comforting when it comes to my 2 kids getting they're teeth done. Ive been taking my kids here for atleast a two years. My daughter had gas for the first time today, she didn't like it and was crying but Dr. Iaonne and her assistant comforted my daughter through the whole thing. I'm so happy that I found such a great dentist for my children. ❤

Fantastic experience: I loved everything about this pediatric clinic, from the staff to the dentist! They are so caring and you can see their concern to their patients! Everything were well explained plus they are taking time to call and see how their patients doing after they go back home!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist she is so friendly and nice.my daughter's really seem to like her.I love how their office is decorated how it's so friendly kid welcoming. by far the best dentist in Monaca Beaver New Brighton area and trust me I've been to a lot of them to find the right one.there are not a lot of dentists in those areas that take our insurance anymore and will actually treat the children right there in the office you normally have to see a dentist and then go all the way to Pittsburgh to have the treatment done which makes absolutely no sense why we went to the first dentist to begin with. yes you have to wear a mask so I suggest bringing one with you because they do make you pay a dollar per mask which isn't horrible I just ran across the street to the pharmacy and got two free ones.other than that this is by far the best dentist I have taken my kids to.

Fantastic experience: My son has ADHD and has such intense sensory issues. The office is so warm and comforting and honestly I’ve never seen my son adapt to an environment so quickly. Usually he’s very “mom come with me” but once his visit was over he smiled big and said “I think I can go by myself next time! I love Dr. Donna!” Truly warmed my heart to hear my boy so comfortable and calm. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: My child, who has been a patient here for over a year, was refused service because I would not allow them (Iannone and her tyrannical hygenist) to mask her. I offered to wait outside so we did not need to follow the most irrational mandate that denies bodily autonomy. This occurred June 2022. My kid could have walk to the dental chair holding her breath where she would have then been unmasked to have her teeth cleaned. If you are tired of the political theater of the covid tyranny I urge you to go somewhere else. Forced masking of healthy children is complete child abuse when done to force our future generations to comply with mandates that are completely irrational, degrading, and that also destroy bodily autonomy. If you want to wear your mask so be it, but don't force others to comply with this theater especially when they will be worked on unmasked for a half an hour or more face to face with the hygenist and "doctor".

Positive experience: The dentist was great but the office seemed a little disorganized. There was a delay entering my insurance information for a couple weeks and the day of the appointment I was asked to call from the parking lot to let them know I was there. I called multiple times but no one in the office answered, I just kept getting kicked to voicemail.

In the case of emergencies they get the kids in ASAP. She always check's in on them after surgery's and makes sure us parents understand everything step by step before, during and after procedures. She never forces the children to do anything. Their comfort is always her top priority. Thanks to Donna Iannone my girls look forward to the dentist instead of a crippling fear like most of us have. I highly recommend her to any and all parents.
