Fantastic experience: I'm a truck driver away from home. I had parked at the Walmart next store, looked up and seen the sign. I rushed over dealing with terrible tooth pain. First of all the atmosphere was great, and the friendly professional courtesy, was well appreciated. I was a walk in, and they took me right back and fixed me up. Dr. Kim was amazing!!!!!!!! The DA Marisa and front desk person Nikki made everything as comfortable as they could for me. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing dental work done. You won't regret it. And by the way..... I usually hate the dentist. If I'm ever back in this area I will definitely stop by for more work done.

My kids were seen quickly and even my anxious kiddo was comfortable. Negative experience: Not impressed. For a routine cleaning visit, I expected actual cleaning done. The dentist just looked in my son’s mouth and recommended another visit in 6 months. It seemed they were trying to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible.

Negative experience: This dentist refered me out to a prosthodontist telling me I needed more work than they could do there. During the the exam the dentist told me that I had one of my tooth that had a cavity that needed filling but deferred that because of the extensive other that was needed. However, there are no in network prosthodontist in my area leaving me to have to go out of town to phoenix arizona for treatment, but this can't happen until later this year. So I went back and asked the dentist to fill that tooth he told me needed filling so it wouldn't rot out before I could get to phoenix. He started playing games asking which tooth I wanted filled rather just looking at his exam notes or just take another look to identify the tooth in question. He made no effort to do either. He kept going on that I needed a bunch crowns on teeth that were going to get pulled when get to phoenix. It appeared that he was just trying to line his pockets by trying get me to let him give me a bunch of expense crowns when what I needed was just a filling to get me by for a few months until I can to phoenix for permanent solution.
