Fantastic experience: Was brought right back at my appointment time. My hygienist was thorough and quick. In and out with no problems.

Fantastic experience: Love the dentist and the girls there.

Negative experience: This morning I had a dentist appointment, that I waited patiently for 3 months for, told Dr Ingram I wanted to change my dental plan we already had set and told him what I wanted done, he told me because of the insurance I have that it would be waste of my money I immediately left this place and will never go back there, that’s sad how the local dentist treated me this way.

Fantastic experience: Update Update. I went for my cleaning. I love that I always get the same dental tech. She's awesome Update I just received my partial yesterday and I almost cried it looked so good!!! The staff here are so amazing! I refer them to everyone!!! I had a weird predicament and had to be treated within 4 days of calling them as a new patient and they got er done in 2 days. So grateful to the wonderful staff. 10 ⭐

Negative experience: I would like to start out that the office staff and dentist are very nice people. The reason for the low rating is the cost. The amount quoted me didn’t sound right. The cost was extremely expensive. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day at a dentist in Cave City. I was right Rock Family Dental was charging the maximum amount allowed by my insurance. By going to the other dentist I saved more than half. Plus they are the nicest people I have ever met.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this office enough! I was really nervous, but Dr. Ingram and Heather (RDA) made everything so much easier. They were so kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. Truly a great experience and the best dentist office I've been to.

Negative experience: I recently had a frustrating experience with this dental office. I initially called to get a quote and schedule an appointment, but I was never given a clear price upfront. Based on my previous dentist, I assumed the cost would be similar. However, during my visit, my blood pressure was already elevated and I was told the extraction needed to be done that same day—but the quoted cost of $454 was not something I could afford at the time. Instead, I was sent home with antibiotics. While the medication helped initially, my condition worsened again and my face became swollen. After I finished the antibiotics, my face swelled up again. When I tried to follow up the next week, I found the office was closed despite Google listing them as open. I sent emails and left a voicemail explaining that my condition was getting worse, but I received no response. When I finally got through the following Monday, I was told there were no available appointments until May, which was not a realistic option given the urgency of my situation. I do want to note that the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, unclear pricing, and scheduling limitations made this a very difficult experience overall. For me, the management and accessibility of care just didn’t meet my needs.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I Hate the dentist in general! So there I was in his chair desperately needing an extraction. Ready to crap my pants and burst into tears as a grown man. The doctor sets me at ease the nurse numbs me up couple stabs and i aint feeling it anymore. Still on the edge of clapping my pants.. they come back and within a min. It was over, no pain.. he ask me multiple if I was OK or feeling any pain. This is a professional business and has a very well trained dentist. Also my childern go here and love it.

Fantastic experience: As Larry and I entered the office we were greeted with a friendly smile and checked in. Our hygienist was promp on getting us back for cleaning. The hygienists x 2 done and a excellent job on cleans, very nice. We love our hygienist. The doctor dropped by and examined our teeth. He has a great bedside manners and examine.

He is very comforting and eased all my fears from the first visit there. I highly recommend them . You will not be disappointed. I was in and out in less then a hour. Fantastic experience: Came in today to have my crown fitted. Heather was the one fitting the crown and I was so impressed with the pride, patience and attention to detail she took to test fit and grind on the crown to get the best possible fit. I decided to have the crown modified for a different shade. Heather then made me another temp (as the original one had popped off and I didnt bring it)and she took just as much pride in her workmanship as the real crown itself.

Negative experience: I visited RFD 2 weeks ago, i hadnt been to the dentist in over a year previously. I have 2 cavities and bad plaque buildup. They suggested a deep cleaning, which i accepted. They finished the right side of my mouth the same day and put me on a cancelation list as I'm moving out of state in just a few weeks and won't have insurance. When they called me in for the other half a few days later, I was hesitant because I'm very busy with work and moving, and was nervous because it hurt a lot the first time, but I accepted. I showed up a few minutes early and was clearly nervous. I dont know if I said something to upset or offend but sis seemed annoyed and while my first cleaning lasted about an hour, this second cleaning took her less than 30 minutes. I even commented on the quickness and got little reply. The left half of my mouth is not great. There is visible plaque and, a tip I got from RFD about a *click* when flossing, meaning plaque, is just about on every tooth on my left side. I dont understand how she did such an amazing job on my right side, but so bad on my left. I will admit, I did not call in to get it fixed, but the obvious difference in my first appointment and second made me not feel comfortable calling in, and now i move next week so no point trying to make an appointment. Nonetheless, I spent ~$350 out of pocket for half of my mouth to not be clean. Disappointed for sure.
