Snowy River Dental | Danton Bradshaw, DDS

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. And this is why. I had broken my front tooth about a year ago and the only place open at that time was here so I had gone in for a crown and to fix it. He put my first one on and the color was way off and the tooth wasn’t even the same length as the other one! A month passes and that tooth is loose and bacteria is getting in. I go back in and he “fixes it”… he did not this same process of color length and tooth falling out happens 5 MORE TIMES!! I kept going back because I couldn’t afford to go to another dentist and pay the 2,500 all over again! Until finally I gave up and went to a highly renowned dentist in the valley and by examination I had bacterial growth buildup and many other issues. He had left so much cement in my mouth the dentist could see how many times he re put in a tooth and just caked on the cement instead of properly removing it. That dentist could see how many corners he cut and verbatim said it’s cruel on what this dentist did to me. He was cutting these corners to take advantage of me and pocket the money. And the dentist I just recently went to said hes had MANY clients come to him to fix what snowy river had done. Absolutely unacceptable and should have license revoked.

Fantastic experience: Inclusive. The staff is bilingual, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office itself is accessible with a ramp. They are fabulous with neuro-spicy patients. I absolutely do not love going the dentist, in general, but this is the most comfortable I have ever been going to the dentist. They do a wonderful job of supporting patients and fostering a friendly environment. Jessica always is ready to help schedule appointments and Aurora is wonderful at keeping our teeth nice and shiny! We just love Dr. Bradshaw and his team.

Negative experience: Went for sleep apnea. Assistant took bad impression. Could tell she was inexperienced. Had to redo later. Dentist was barely involved in the whole process. Appliance ruined two caps. Experience generally miserable. And very expensive.

Negative experience: All my family’s fillings fell out.

Negative experience: I spent $200+ for X-Rays & cleaning that was only 15min. Not worth it, I didn’t get my moneys worth and I felt like I could do a better job brushing my teeth for 15min. I told the doctor about pain and asked him why I have pain he told me he didn’t know. Still dealing with the pain. Would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I travel the country and needed a routine cleaning. My main concern is that my mouthful of prior dental work and bonding is not accidentally damaged in the cleaning process. Dr. Bradshaw carefully identified all of my bonding, thoroughly cleaned my teeth, and did no damage. He and his equipment were very gentle. No discomfort at all. I highly recommend Dr. Bradshaw.

Negative experience: horrible, I told them that I came from afar with an emergency at 7 in the morning and they attended to me at 1:30 just to tell me that I have to have surgery in twin falls and when I called the hospital in twin falls that they measured me They say they don't do extractions thanks for nothing

Negative experience: It’s one thing to have a bad experience with a dentist, but another to not be able to eat because apparently he thinks he’s worth about $1,000 an hour as it was almost $200 for about 10-15 min and one X-ray of about 2” of my mouth, which he didn’t do of course, nor I’m sure, was he the one who called in the antibiotics. Maybe if you’re not that busy, you don’t need a bunch of employees and you wouldn’t have to charge patients ridiculous amount or money for tiny bits of “work”. How do you sleep at night? Horrible.

Negative experience: They left shards of tooth in my gum, the filling they gave me cracked the first night on the first meal be cause it was too large. They still havent refunded my remaining balance 3months later. The only reason I even had a balance is because they messed up processing my insurance wrong and had to pay the full amount up front. Just do yourself the favor and go up the road.

Fantastic experience: Really fast service. I had never even been there before but the secretary addressed me by name before I even checked in. She also always answers the phone within a couple rings. I waited maybe a minute or two (and I was 10 mins early for my appointment) before being called back which was really fast to me. Even after the assistant did x rays I thought it would take the dentist like 20-30 mins to actually come in but he came in probably 5 mins later and answered all of my questions. I hate waiting so the fact that they were all really fast without rushing me was the best part.

I have had everything done from teeth cleaning to crowns and have no complaints. I think the business part runs better since he has a full time office clerk who is friendly and knowledgeable and remembers my name each time I come in.

The entire process took less than 45 minutes. Dentist was professional and thorough. I am very grateful! If you are new, be aware that the online pre registration is quite lengthy, but this will save you a lot of time, because when I walked in for the appointment, everything was already taken care of.
