Fantastic experience: Excellent care for a pulled molar. No pain, quick, clean fix up with stitches and very little bleeding. Had it done at 9:30 and was in excellent shape by the next morning. Little pain and lovely caring staff.

Positive experience: Once I was in the dental chair, I received good care. I waited almost half an hour to get in. I need a variety of teeth replacement, overlooking other problems not mentioned. I found that confusing until dentist explained how insurance works, which happened at end of appt. Great dental assistant!

Fantastic experience: Went to my six month check up at Alpha Dental on Faunce Corner Rd in Dartmouth and my Hygienist Sandra was so pleasant as usual and very professional, she is a great asset to their company. I had Dr Shehadeh examine my teeth and he was very professional. He had recommended some treatment for me that I agreed with to keep my dental hygiene healthy. I also had to pick up some lab work done on my Mom’s dentures and it was a one day service that I appreciate so much because my Mom is 91 years old. I want to thank Amanda at the front desk for being so kind and having patience with me as I called her several times. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but the staff at Alpha Dental are so friendly and welcoming

Fantastic experience: Dr. Omar and his “dream team” was fantastic! I didn’t want to have my wisdom tooth removed because it wasn’t bothering me and I didn’t want to cause a problem when there wasn’t one. He convinced me it was best for my oral health to remove it, and said it seemed as though it would be a simple extraction, unlikely to have complications. I agreed. Day of extraction, he did the 3D image, confirmed the tooth should come out without issue, and in all of 30 min I was walking out. Post procedure, my gum is healing well, I had some minor swelling and the area around the extraction is tender but otherwise all is fine! Quick & easy! Fantastic work! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done here at Alpha Dental and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office is extremely clean and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I was pretty anxious going in, but the entire team took their time to calm me down and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Omar Sherif was very confident and skilled, and his assistant Janelle was just as amazing. You can tell they work so well together. They flow smoothly and efficiently which put my mind at ease. That kind of teamwork really makes a difference. What stood out most was how much they genuinely care about their patients. They turned something I was nervous about into a really positive experience. Highly recommend, especially if you deal with dental anxiety. I also love Pam and Dr. Patel too.

They explain everything in a way that you can actually understand what needs to be done. Also, we have always been seen within a couple of minutes of arriving. Fantastic experience: After getting an infection in my tooth/jaw over the weekend...I was in terrible pain and needing to be seen! This office worked me in promptly and even began the root canal and crown process I required. This may not sound pleasant...but the relief it provided immediately afterwards was so worth it. Dr. Saleh and his team provided great care to me and I really appreciated that!

Negative experience: I had an awful experience in this place. I went there to get a filling repaired; after taking x-rays, they made me wait only to inform me that a crown would cost over $700 even with insurance coverage, and I explained that I couldn't afford it at that time. The dentist told me to go home because I had no pain. I wasted my morning and my insurance benefits in a dentist visit that was worthless because nothing was done. I complained about it; they told me the manager will call me, and she never did, so I called her instead. She was very nice, but I'm not sure what was done about it. I had to go to another dentist to get a new filling. I once again used my limited coverage and exposed myself to x-rays. However, this other dentist told me I didn't need any crown and repaired my filling without any issues. My tooth looks better than ever before.

Fantastic experience: I have HORRIBLE medical anxiety. I needed a root canal and was so nervous that it took three different appointments for me to finally go through with it. Dr. Salem was patient and kind when it came to my anxiety. We came up with a plan and I ended up making it through the appointment anxiety free. I am so thankful for the entire team here for putting me at ease.

Positive experience: I had to wait at least 30 minutes once I finished my paperwork Dr Mo was thorough and explained my dental needs going forward clearly my using prior X-rays and a camera. I was able to see a close up of every tooth that need restoration in the future. They also have a male hygienist, a first for me

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. My appointment was at 3 pm, and I didn't wait long. The dental hygienist was friendly and very knowledgeable, I like this practice because I didn't feel pressured into treatments that I don't need, I had a bad experience before at another dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mo and his assistant were wonderful professionals. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. Very caring and very expert. After the anesthesia wore off the pain I had been experiencing was completely gone. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: On Monday night I had a crown pop out. I called the office on Tuesday a.m. and they found an appointment for me at 2:30 the same day. I promptly saw Dr. Patel and his assistant Monique. They did an amazing job putting it back in. 30 minutes and I was all set and pain free. Amazing experience at the dentist.

After the fix was made, Dr. Salem told me the cap wasn't one he had made for me, but my prior dentist's cap. I'm so grateful for his assistance! His staff is also wonderful!

Fantastic experience: The visit was good except for one thing. I was being chastised for swallowing while the doctor was working, but the woman assisting the doctor wasn't suctioning all of the water out! I felt like I was choking, so I had to swallow!

Fantastic experience: This was a reluctant move for me - my insurance no longer has my provider of over a decade in network, and they were also booked up until the spring for a cleaning. But my hygienist Isabel was just the right amount of OCD, performing a thorough job and providing well informed suggestions for ongoing care. And dentist Dr. Mo really knows his stuff. My wife went in a couple days later and had an equally positive experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Omar & his “dream team”! They make going to the dentist not nearly as dreadful as it typically is.
