Fantastic experience: Great experience will go back

Fantastic experience: I went for an adjustment 6/25/26 at the Rockingham office and the girl was very helpful and listened to what I said and my concerns. After reviewing my records she made minor adjustments to my lower denture and said she was going to do a soft line while I was there. She explained everything she was doing and made a follow up appointment for 2 months out to re-access and hopefully do a hard line on my next appointment. She advised if I had any issues before then to not hesitate to contact their office. I was very pleased with her professionalism and personality, she had genuine compassion. Definitely would recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I am and always have hated the dentist office, they have terrified me since military dentist ripped out my big teeth in the back of my mouth. But honestly this office is comfortable, from the reception to the dental nurses in the back. I am bad on names, but the dentist is a small man who only wants to be sure everything is is done up to your needs. At this time they're making my upper replacement teeth and even though they don't except my insurance, I am trying to figure out how I can come up with the money I need for my lower rack. When they say affordable they mean it. They have many ways of helping everyone find away to get your smile back on. 5 stars all day long.

Negative experience: My mom said that if I can’t say something nice not to say anything at all. Remember you get what you pay for. A bargain isn’t always a bargain.

Positive experience: I had a great experience with the tech, Sheyla. She was very kind and patient working on improving structural aspects of my denture. I had dentures with them years ago. I honestly preferred the old dentures to the updated version. The teeth of the updated version are just as nice, but the material used for the gums is very thick and leaves you with an overly full invasive feel in the mouth. But as I stated earlier, Sheyla patiently worked with me until I felt much more comfortable with the way the dentures felt, looked and functioned for me. It was an overall good experience.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about doing this. Had 5 teeth pulled. I never felt pain from the shots and had no idea when Dr. Carroll pulled each tooth. He was amazing. His assistant Samantha walked me through the process very detailed. Told me what to expect. She was right there if I needed anything. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Carroll and Samantha. The whole office staff was pleasant and easy to work with. They didn’t take my insurance but had everything ready I needed to file my own. Thanks Affordable Dentures for making this an easy process.

Fantastic experience: I've been needing dentures for over 10 years. I searched and found Affordable Dental on Google. Called, found out that they took my insurance that will other dental agencies didn't. I teeth extracted, my dentures given the same day. Awesome team of knowledgeable people that answered all my questions honestly and delivered me a brand new smile!

Fantastic experience: I was treated so well from start to finish, the ladies up front were wonderful, I didn't have to wait to be called back they took me right in, the Tech that worked with Dr Carroll was excellent you could tell she has a passion for her job, she really cared that I was comfortable from start to finish, coming from a patient that was scared out of his mind, Dr. Carroll is a pure genius, his chairside manner made me so comfortable he was patient, he ask several times if I was OK, he made the extraction process so smooth and bearable, he kept me informed every step, I was really shocked when he said everything was out, I would recommend him to anyone who needs that type of work done he really knows what he's doing. A great big thank you to the entire staff, you all are top notch in your respective fields.

Negative experience: Very disappointed and hurt unfortunately I’m an assault victim and am missing two front teeth because of it everything was going fine they made me a partial but I couldn’t eat with it so one day I took it out to eat and lost it no big deal my fault however we paid $1,500 for the partial and dentures turned around and paid an additional $500 to upgrade to cast metal dentures so that I can eat ! They had to make them several times which is fine I had no problem waiting and was just excited to have teeth well the last time they were fitting me for them they cracked my back top right tooth #2 I guess when tightening up the metal I had to have the tooth pulled In order for the metal to fit which means they would have to remake them again and it took a long time for me to find a dentist accepting new patients with my insurance one long year later of having to walk around like this I finally find a dentist that would take me and pull the tooth ! So I call affordable dentures just to be told well it’s already been a year so it’s better that we just start over and your gonna have to pay all over again… no sympathy no reasoning so $2,000 later and still no dentures or refund thankfully I found somebody better to do it I recommend day and night dental in Fayetteville for amazing quick service dentist who care and listen and are willing to help in the near future I’ll be getting implants but I won’t be getting them here I’ll be going to Fayetteville.

Negative experience: Could have gotten the quote over the phone!!! You don’t have to go through driving an hour and running through the rain for a quote that could be over the phone

Fantastic experience: The only negative was the wait for simple examination. Appointment was 9 o’clock and we didn’t leave until 11:30 AM. we decided to go with them because we had a previous bad experience with Aspen dental in Rockingham.

Negative experience: They seem to always run late. Even with appointments a 1 pm right after they are closed for lunch, it typically takes 1/2 to 1 hour after my appt. time to get in.

Positive experience: I am very pleased to say that I enjoyed my last appointment with the affordable dentures dentist! I had to try a wax try on for the third time and this time had a different dentist. He was by far the best I’ve ever had within this company. (I’ve moved to a different area and hd to move my normal affordable denture location of Conover, NC which I will never give a good review for)I will follow up on this review once I get my final set. But, for now I am very happy with the dentist I had yesterday! I can’t wait to see him again, and see what the outcome is for this next wax try in. I would recommend this dentist all day long at this point. Will follow up in a few weeks! Till then I give a 10 UPDATED REVIEW 6/10/25/// as you can see I no longer choose 5 stars and are down to a 3. I still do not have my final upper set. After using all the paid sick time I’m offered with my employer and many trips over 60 miles round trip each time I’m simply just flabbergasted. I have not been able to secure the time off work needed to try in my 6th wax try in and set up to approve finals. Not the dentists fault as they are not the tech that creates the wax tryin or final plate. I was really excited for that lst final plate and then put it in with a huge gap between front teeth. And clearly was not the premium denture materials so they had to do forms all over again and start over AGAIN. I had to cancel my last tryin appointments until further notice so I can try and get more time off work to do this process again. Second affordable denture establishment to create a set of teeth and I’m still not satisfied. I not only hd a warranty on my first set from the other clinic in Conover,NC but this location would not allow redemption on because they didn’t make it set me back another 1000$ for a premium denture upper plate and a year later they have my $$$ AGAIN, and I’m out of a good set of premium teeth. This almost seems like a bad dream!

Fantastic experience: dr. Jefferies at affordable dentures and Rockingham, North Carolina is absolutely amazing. He completely make sure you are 100% satisfied with his work. For measurements to appear appearance, the fit the size the color, He is just completely thorough. He takes much pride in the work that he does. His staff that he has there also tries to make you as comfortable and tries to answer every need. I would recommend anyone to go there. Dr. Jefferies is amazing and I can’t say that enough!!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is not enough to warrant how great this place is. From beginning to end, the Doctors and staff have went above and beyond to meet my needs. Julie in the office has been stellar to work with from scheduling, to financing she is top notch. Camry has been my dental assistant throughout my impressions, extractions and coming back 2 days later for adjustments, she has been patient, kind and caring. Dr. Yoseffi performed my extractions, he was kind and easy going. I felt 0 pain. If you need partials, or full dentures. Make sure you check this place out ASAP.

Negative experience: @amandawatson I believe your story 100% because my mother went through the exact same thing. There was one woman that was very disrespectful and would holler at you just to embarrass her on purpose. My mom snapped back at her. It was almost the same scenario as yours. One dentist ensured my mom of one thing and the lady who has to hate her job there would not fulfill what the dentist stated plus my mom lost a lot of money there. My advice to anyone is I’m not speaking I’ll Will against this company it’s against this one particular lady who was granted the almighty power so she can treat people as horrible as she wants to. IF YOU HAVE THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE, please leave your review and hopefully someone at this company pays attention to how this particular place is needing an overhaul!

You can call or text with one of the staff members and they will quickly set up a time for you to come in. I needed an emergency extraction and the prices were reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone!! UPDATE: Had another great, quick, and hassle free visit with Affordable Dental! The staff is always so nice and helpful in every way! They really go that extra mile for their patients and do their very best to give you the best experience with the lowest costs possible! Fantastic experience: It's been a long road but finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. My first set of temporaries didn't fit so we are back to square one. I have faith and confidence in the staff who have been nothing but kind and very nice. I would recommend Affordable Dentures to my friends.

Negative experience: They did not tell me that after extracting all my teeth if I wanted to get dental implants in the future that over time you loose bone structure so I may not have enough bone to be able to get implants which was my plan but sadly I found that out about a year later when I went for what was supposed to be a free implant consultation that turned out not to be free at all and was told that I was not eligible to have the top implant only the bottom. The dentist that I saw told me that I needed the immediate denture first because your mouth takes anywhere from 12 to 18 months to heal, When I told her that it had already been 13 months from the time I got my extractions and all the dentist including the one at this same exact affordable dentures that extracted my teeth over a year ago told me that it only takes 6 to 12 months to heal so I did not feel that I needed Another immediate denture but she insisted that I did and put me down on the wrong treatment plan that was over $1000 more than the one that I actually needed. I also informed her that I was a diabetic and my A1c was a 10.7 and she still wanted to proceed with the surgery regardless if it would cause complications with my healing like a professional, dentist is supposed to do. When I went home. I decided that I did not want the implants after all being that I was only eligible to get the bottom implanted so I went back up there to get the Difference of the money that I was owed if I wasn’t having the influence surgery and they gave me $1600 less than the owed.

April was amazing from the beginning 2 the end ❤️ she fixed my Temps like a new pair & setup 4 my new ones, the next day I had 2 sets that felt like my on teeth The new management is out of this world!! Treats you like royalty⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thanks again, great team! Highly recommended

Thoroughly explained pricing and differences. Did have to wait 45 min from appt time, but they were so awesome I didn't feel that alone should make them lose a star.

Negative experience: Took me a year to get upper denture & lower partial, that DO NOT FIT. They have had several owners since I first went there. One of the temporary dentists tore 2 holes into my sinus cavity when extracting 2 teeth. I'm out over a thousand dollars & still have no teeth. I'll NEVER step into that place again. I wouldn't even let them clean my dog's teeth. HIGH turnover of so called owners, that DO NOT support the previous owners poor quality of work.
