Fantastic experience: I love this office from my office manager to the dentist...they are always there to help me...and I love how I've had the same lady cleans my teeth for about 15 years...very friendly and affordable...thank you all

Fantastic experience: Always gentle and get things correct the first time. I have been other places in the past that have messed up the first time and I would have to go back. The dentist is great, (100%) and she let's you know what is going to happen before she does it. I like going here.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist Olivia is amazing and provides thorough teeth cleanings & excellent care! Dr. Fathi is amazing. She makes sure to talk you thru what she's doing and makes dental work pain free. Dr. Fathi and her staff are excellent. She's also very patient and amazing with children as well. Both my kids age 7 & 3 had a great experience there. 100% recommend going there for any dental needs!

He has been seeing doctor Fathi for 4yrs now and never makes a fuss about it. He loves the hygienist too and picking flavors while getting his teeth cleaned. Thank you Thumbs Up for making him beyond comfortable and not afraid of the dentist. Will recommend thumbs up dental to everyone of our friends!

Negative experience: Had an infection and pulled my tooth anyways, no antibiotics prescribed and infection got so bad I went to urgent care. They insist I find a different dentist asap, called thumbs up about the issue and the insisted I come in and they said no more than 30 min in and out, 5 min later after sitting in a room being ignored I walked out…. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Fantastic experience: The dentist is amazing. Had to have an emergency extraction and I have a terrible fear of the dentist. She made it so easy. I barely felt anything but the pressure. The numbing I barely felt as well. Definitely made me feel safe and comfortable despite what was happening. It was a deep bad tooth but they made me relaxed and not as nervous.

Negative experience: Absolutely would not recommend. The dentist here did some simple fillings in my mouth and dragged her tool across a healthy tooth and made a gouge across it. I’m not particularly happy with the fillings either, but I’m just going somewhere else now.

Negative experience: Make sure they give you antibiotics and pain meds for root canals. Otherwise good. Also don't call for an emergency unless you want to be put on cancel list or wait a couple weeks.

Fantastic experience: Needed a tooth pulled right away from another dentists mess up, I was in a lot of pain for over a week. They got me right in that day. Very friendly place, will go again
