Negative experience: They calm to be family friendly but they asked someone to pay for their x-ray knowing they don't have the money for it. How can people ask that? After someone leaves in anger. They asked them to reschedule?!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have to edit my review. While the in person treatment with the last doctor was wonderful, I have spent weeks attempting to get copies of my kids' exam records. They are rude on phone as if me asking for the records I have a legal right to have is a huge pain for them. I have asked 4 separate times, always waiting as long as they say it should take, and I have still not received them. They also won't send them to my kids' new dentist. I called their corporate office, and the voicemail was full. Profoundly unacceptable. I am so glad we switched. The doctor we loved so much is gone now, anyway! I took my 3 year old for her first ever dental appointment and I am so glad I did. The team was amazing with her! They explained what each tool did, let her pick flavors for tooth paste and flouride, and helped her not feel afraid. Dr. Lee was so positive and happy! Everyone there helped my daughter feel comfortable for her first ever dental appointment. We will be lifelong patients.

Negative experience: Horrible experience Don't come here for Dentures They consider "Delivery" of dentures being handed to you in a Ziploc bag and not in your mouth.. have filed a Malpractice lawsuit against them. 2-4 steps of processing was totally skipped. Always rushed. They should not offer dentures if they are not willing to do the job correctly..

Negative experience: They advertise that they are all types of services, but dont. Everyone needs to know they are not a full service dentist. They only take pics and clean teeth. They do not do emergency services or pull teeth. You will spend $600 out of pocket for nothing even if you schedule for a tooth out. Place is also not clean or sanitary.

Fantastic experience: Staff was great and informative. It was a super quick appointment and what ever they couldn’t help me with they made sure to point me in the right direction.

Negative experience: Last time I went here years ago the assistant left me for over 2 hours with these plastic metal x-ray things in my mouth and pushed them in to hard against my gums and caused an abscess and didn't even bother treating it at all just sent me home with a toothbrush and said everything is fine, I really don't want to go back to this place I hate the assistant and the dentist didn't seem to care about what they did.

Negative experience: Ive NEVER been afraid of a dentist expect for this time. Not a hand was washed a single time. The assistant was nice but not light handed. The dentist came in, didnt even say her name. Pulled my mouth open and started "cleaning my gums and teeth" I raised my left hand like they said to indicate pain and she kept going and digging saying "it needs to be clean" Are you SERIOUS?? Then recommended my wisdom teeth be pulled for braces -not covered by insurance- This place is messy. Filthy. Dust and contamination everywhere. Stay far away from this place.

Fantastic experience: Great service especially the dentist assistant. A young Spanish girl i forgot her name but the receptionist wasn't present during me and my family visit. This rep, did everything right and better. I will recommend others to this service.

Negative experience: This place was very unfriendly and just wanted to get rid of me because they couldn't bill my insurance anymore and they hurt and scraped up my sides of my mouth when they did the X-rays with a hard plastic piece in-between my teeth and my tongue and it cut into my gums and they made me move my jaw up to make it dig deeper into my gums. The girl doing the X-rays just showed absolutely no mercy. I really think she didn't know what she was doing or just didn't care that it hurt me. I have big sore gashes in my gums now after this. I will never ever go back there. They would not replace a filling that fell out and demanded the tooth be ripped out of my mouth instead even though nothing was wrong with it and it didn't even hurt yet. No other dentist told me it had to go but these people. They just are too lazy to put a filling in or something because my son had cavities and all they did was give him a tooth cleaning. I can't understand it. I've been there before and I was treated decently before but it all depends on if your insurance is going to pay top dollar or not for the procedure. If not they won't even bother with doing what you need just what they can make the most money doing. My advice is go somewhere else!

Positive experience: Everyone was friendly and positive. Receptionist and dental assistant was helpful and caring. Made sure to ask if anything hurt that they was doing. The dentist herself was in and out in like 1 minute. Made statements didnt answer any questions which i didnt even have time to ask. Told me my tooth was infected but its been infected, i know what infected feels like in that thing. So really cant say much about her. Only thing I wished they would have told us, was when we made the appointment that they don't pull teeth?! They accepted my insurance which was a blessing still. But I have to find another place to get this tooth pulled which was the only reason I made the appointment. Other then that great people. Just not sure what the purpose of getting me an appointment to drive that far when we said on the phone the appointment was to get a tooth pulled. Could have atleast said we don't pull teeth here?

Negative experience: The dentist was pretty mean and had a snobby attitude and her assistant wasn’t much better idk if I would even trust them in my mouth and then the dentist is unsanitary

Fantastic experience: I am normally very uncomfortable with dentist, but everyone's family dental made me feel very comfortable and when I had questions or concerns helped me get it figured out.. i greatly appreciate it

Negative experience: They do not have a dental surgeon. So I was gave a referral for a surgeon that I have to find. They told me that I needed a surgical extraction on 2 teeth and that they wouldnt do any of the other fillings or work that needed done until I got the 2 that need pulled done somewhere else. They cleaned my teeth lol And gave me a paper that said I need 2 teeth pulled, but no direction on where to go.

Fantastic experience: They were very gentle and kind with my daughter for her first time I love how they was patient with her and let her know there was nothing to be afraid of and showed her everything that was going in her mouth I just wanna say thank you and I appreciate you guys so much

Fantastic experience: Before going here for the first time I had went several other places and had a terrible terrifying experiences. I have gone here for about 4-5 years now due to Dr. Lee. She is straightforward, very professional and doesn't cause unnecessary pain. I now live about an hour away and she is still the only dentist I will go to. Thank you for all you do!

Positive experience: The dental assistant was super nice, she gave me step by step on what she was doing as she did it and made me feel good about the dental visit. The provider was very in and out no time for questions just told me what i needed and walked out. I had oral health questions and questions about my popping jaw bone but she was gone before i could ask. She was friendly but should definatly slow down a little so patients feel completed.

Positive experience: Was unable to make my appointment due to not being able to find someone to watch my child during the time and they scheduled me for the same day a time that worked better for me , appreciated that,the assistant was great gentle and kind ; the dentist could definitely be more gentle when doing the cleanings though

Positive experience: Efficient and prompt. although fillings fall out in 6mo and blaming it on not flossing? I assure her I floss use listerine and brush with electric toothbrush every single day and have for at least 40! years and I have witness to the fact ; but she says I'm lying so I guess my problem is if she thinks I'm lying ; and of course I am not. we are not going to be able to find the root of the problem because of course it's just form me not flossing? which I do do every single day!

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if possible. Dentist went on lunch 3 minutes after my son’s scheduled appointment and refused to see him.

Negative experience: I called to make appointment told them I was in pain. Waited about 3 weeks. Went appointment dentist taped on my the teeth that hurt and said it's your choice they can come out or .... Did say what the or was. Gave me antibiotics and an oral surgeon referral even though they do full mouth oral extraction but not one or two teeth extraction. Seems rather ridiculous to me. Don't go there no compassion.

Negative experience: I wish it was possible for me to give this place -0 stars! My dentist was nice she seemed fairly new. but the other women she called for help when needed were extremely rude! I was getting an X-ray and complained of how hard she was pressing against my gums! She yelled that she would not be able to finish my appointment if they can’t take pictures while continuing to press extra hard against my gums! So unnecessary like do you know how to treat people with respect?? The next lady who came in was eithier Korean or Chinese she also had an attitude. Like who put a gun to your head and made you become a dentist??? If you don’t like your career , change it!!!!!!! I will NEVER come back here. And I’m canceling my children’s appointments there’s no way they will be seeing any of you!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My last visit was excellent. But a little more than a year ago I had a really bad experience there with the male dentist that was there. I was getting a cavity fixed & I could still feel the pain after getting numb so I grabbed his hand too stop the procedure & the assistant told me not to grab the doctors hand but it was just a natural reaction. So I told them that I could still feel pain so he shot me up too numb it but didn't give it a chance to kick in before he went back to drilling. But the man is no longer their & they're excellent now in my opinion the staff is very Curtis & the lady dentist is very good at her job & I'd recommend everyone's family dental too anyone.

Negative experience: Dentist was very rude and not gentle at all. Cut my gums in multiple places when I had already mentioned how sore my gums were. Instead told me it was my fault for not coming back for my fillings..?? Weird. Nothing was explained to me. Brief mention of the fact I need surgery but no info on it or who to reach out to for it. Not to mention assistant said id be there for 10 more min, dentist didnt even make her way in to me until over 30 min later. Overall 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: If you have kids and no one to watch them for you to go to your appointment dont make one with this place! They wont tell you, you cant bring your kids but they won't let you in your appointment if you have them with you.

Negative experience: they did a “whole teeth cleaning” in 5 minutes. i left with a sore mouth and my teeth not feeling clean at all. the dentist rushed like crazy and barely said a word to me

Fantastic experience: It was a bit of a different experience, but a good one. The dental aide polished my teeth first, and then the doctor herself came and did all the scaling with her tools and such. Personal touch here from the doctor, which I like. Very nice to meet them all.

Fantastic experience: The excellent customer service is experienced from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Highly recommend! Extra kudos to the woman at the front desk doing her duties with expertise, due diligence and a smile.

Negative experience: $300 just for grays seems steep. Also they only take people till 3pm and aren't open on weekends so it makes it really hard to set appointments for anyone on a normal 9-5.

Negative experience: The staff was very friendly and very helpful however their procedures are not something I expected saying it takes 4 months for a gum to heal from a tooth extraction seems very odd in the past it was only one week and a friend of mine had her teeth extracted for dentures it took one week for the healing here at jkeveryone's family dental they said after they extract all my teeth I have to wait three to four months for the fitting.

Positive experience: I appreciated the staffs friendliness from scheduling to check in and the dental assistant and dentist. Paperwork was sent to me prior to the appointment which was helpful! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: This is one of the worst dental offices that you could ever go to. Dr. Lee is not only careless but she is childish. I was at my first out of four appointments for getting fillings put in when during the procedure she ended up hurting me so I had a reflex jerk back and said ow she says you can feel that I said yes she goes your gum is bleeding I'm trying to stop it I told her it won't stop bleeding if you keep jamming that tool into my tooth like you are it feels like you are tearing my gum she said you don't flush your teeth everyday I can tell that's why your gum is bleeding and I can't finish this filling. I'm just like at the end she told me to floss my teeth everyday until my next appointment I said okay and went up front we got scheduled for 2 weeks out. 5 days later I receive a text alert telling me to reschedule my appointment so I do so. The very next day I received another text message saying that I need to reschedule my appointment again so I call up there and soon discover that the dentist decided that she no longer wants to work on my mouth even though she has started she's not going to finish. I'm pretty sure that's considered patient abandonment because not only did she not give me a notice in advance but she's not finishing the work she started and she did not give me a referral to a different dentist!!

Positive experience: Not too long ago, Arrived and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes to even see the receptionist for my appointment in 30. The chairs had hair and crumbs on it, and on the floors i could visibly see dirt. The rooms were fairly clean but very small which is why im giving it a 3 star, instead of a 2. The cleaning girl was nice, and talked to me when I was getting my x-ray, which went fine. However, when she started brushing my teeth she hit my tooth hard with the equipment and said nothing not even sorry. while brushing she was very rough and almost just working fast to get it done carelessly. if you’re looking for a place with all around good service and treatment, this would not be good, but if you’re looking for something quick yes.

Fantastic experience: I am the guardian of my great niece and brought her in for a check up. I was having a not so good day and was rude to the employees. The two girls that took care of me and my niece were so kind, even after I was rude. I apologize for my behavior. Thank you for making my day better!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and her staff are always professional with me. Anytime I've had a dental need (whether previously with getting work done or currently with my dentures), they listen to me and do their best to do quality work. I've never left unhappy with any of them and will continue to see her as long as I am able.
