Fantastic experience: The Clinic is always clean and well maintained. The staff is quick, professional and friendly. My doc is knowledgeable and takes time to listen to my concerns. I have never had a bad experience. Oh also, they have an in house pharmacy.

Positive experience: Clean facility but I felt like the Dr was in such a hurry, that I didnt feel comfortable. Also, she diagnoised me without doing any test. Will not be going back to that particular person.

Negative experience: Had to miss work for 3 days because of my back having muscle spasms or something. It hurt ,is the point ,to where i couldnt work. Dr p wallace a older female dr said she cant write me a note stating ive been seen for muscle spasms for my work leave. She gave me a return to work note and criticized my decision to wait on a cheaper dr vs going to urgent care! She IS A DR AND SHOULD BE WANTING TO HELP ME ! I am not a bad patient i dont lie . She wanted absolutely nothing to do with helping me! Absurd reasoning. If ive been seen for something i should be able to get records of it for work. She did not have the time ,no referring me to the front desk lady for records or suggestions. She said i should have went to urgent care the same day. Update 2025 they won't take my sooner care because of a computer glitch or something idk I got tired of arguing about it. I was on a controlled medicine that im dependant on and they basically said 200$ or go into withdrawals . They refused my insurance because my old insurance still showed up. They didnt ask for proof of termination etc so I paid the money 1 time and found WAY WAY BETTER DOCTORS IN OKLAHOMA CITY! The last 3 times I got my meds they acted like im selling it and made me wait 2 hours or said sorry we lost your medicine or the truck never showed up DESPITE ON THE PHONE SAYING YES COME UP HERE! So idk why exactly they decided to randomly give me hell but they did and I GET BETTER FREE DOCTORING IN OKC !!

Fantastic experience: Good doctors nurse practitioners nurses and staff. First time in a long while I like my doctor because Ms. Yates takes the time to talk to you not at you, just like all the rest that I’ve met or been treated by. It doesn’t hurt to ask, it only hurts when you don’t.

Negative experience: Dr. Kendall Dilliard was short, rude and acted like she didn't care to hear anything I had to say. Horrible Dr. Everything else about the clinic seemed ok for the most part...

Fantastic experience: Started going to the clinic due to being fed up with Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. I chose COFMC because famy members were established patients and stated the the staff truly cares about their patients, listens to their patients and addresses all concerns. It absolutely helped that they were income based sliding scale, which was great because at the time my family did not have insurance. I began being seen at COFMC in order to have a primary physician. Last year I came down with COVID. COVID was not so terrible. It was what aftermath of COVID that did me in. I was later diagnosed with CHF and had gone into AFIB along with other health conditions due to COVID. I am just so thankful that I had become a patient with COFMC, because my primary treated and made sure that I was referred to the very much needed outside providers. A couple of the outside providers were cardiologist and thanks to my primary and his genuine care for his patients I am no longer in AFib and being treated for my CHF and I know if I have any questions or concerns my primary will have no problem helping me, explains what I may not understand and putting my wife's mind as well as mine at ease. Our little family of four are very thankful for COFMC

Everyone I spoke with was very kind and listened to me express my medical challenges. The nurse who checked me in was very polite and competent. Her interaction with me regarding my visit; how I felt was paramount. She took her time preparing my file for my exam. Dr. Kyndell healed me. She listened and engaged. She's and her nurse are a wonderment to The Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was an Opiod user for 25+yrs. Thought I’d never escape the control they had on my life. Thanks to Dr Baggett, his nurse, and the staff at COFMC I was able to overcome the hold they had on my life. I am so proud to say that with Dr Baggets AND COFMC help I have been clean and free of Oxy for over a year now. Have no desire to transgress or use again. Thanks Guys,
