Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is the professional we all need.

Negative experience: They don’t care about your time at all. Every appointment I’ve had has been sitting in the lobby or dentist chair for over an hour before being seen. My Son used to be a patient and he refused to come back after the second visit.

Fantastic experience: Good staff that is friendly, there is a bit of a wait sometimes, as all appointments go with less staff lately and also confirming the patient information. Great place for cleanings and fillings if needed. I go here for the cleanings that are sometimes available on Saturdays.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took 2hrs of waiting for me to leave. There were only 4 patients waiting and 3 left after one left for the same reason. The x-ray tech didn’t change her gloves and was touching the computer machine while putting the device in my mouth. I immediately told her I would do it myself. The receptionist was always on her phone dressed in a crop top and yoga pants and had the office looking a mess. This place is a joke and is completely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist and hygienist that cleaned my teeth. They are so caring.

Negative experience: Feed back is “so valuable” to them in here yet they fail to address every single issue that was stated months ago, you can be in dying pain but if they don’t feel like helping you, they won’t ‍♀️ time wasters, disrespectful, condescending, just plan the drive to Fresno

Fantastic experience: I have been with this orthodontist for almost 3 years already and throughout the whole process of having my braces I have had nothing but amazing assistance from the staff. As well as the general dentistry which provide a great experience! For sure would recommend if you want a amazing orthodontist and Dentist office!

Negative experience: Waited for a emergency wisdom tooth extraction was told they can see me today but can't pull it until the 31st today is the 3rd of the month ... guess I'll just die then

Fantastic experience: Super professional and welcoming staff. First time getting braces and they were very informative and patient. Even if you don't have dental insurance, the financing options they offer are reasonable and affordable. Probably will continue with Western Dental as my primary dentist. Thank you to the staff, Yolanda and Dr. Kermani for a comfortable and supportive experience

Negative experience: The worst dentist probably in the state of California. If you expected the people at the desk to do their job you have another thing coming. Update so referral was changed for a different procedure but yet again was never sent. Looks like whoever spoke to the lady at the front desk must of been Helen Keller.

Fantastic experience: My doctor was a joke , told me dont worry he had a way to fix all my teeth. Now I gotta get 9 of my teeth taken out and I need partials. Es la Vida

Negative experience: Every time I have a scheduled appointment with this location I end up waiting over an hour to be seen. This last time I just ended up walking out. No follow up was made or attempted by staff.

Negative experience: So I had a really bad toothache, and I called a bunch of different places to see if they could see me right away. Called these guys and said they were able to see me, so I got out of work early and drove 40 minutes to this place, had to wait 2 hours to be seen even though the lobby was empty, and all they did was take x rays even though I explained I just wanted to fix this toothache. Just avoid this place, unless you want to wait 2 hours for them not to do, what you came there for.

Positive experience: Everyone was very nice & comforting while I was there. I wish that my insurance would have covered the cost.

Negative experience: I have been waiting over an hour now for my daughters appointment. ask front desk and told me they are short staffed. Didnt even bother telling us that it would be a wait. not curtious at all. will be looking for another dental place.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a root canal with Dr. Choi he did an amazing job so fast and caring. The manager Veronica is so sweet and understanding and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you for a comfortable experience I have to admit I was nervous at first but the staff made me feel very comfortable

Negative experience: Not good. They took too much Time. My son needed some work and they never found it according to them until they end. . They never have dentist always cancelation when ur in they building.

Positive experience: Only wanted my teeth cleaned no need to automatically set appointments for what I didn't ask for and really don't need the dentist to gasp and make comments about my tooth displacement.

Negative experience: Terrible practice! I had three fillings and a root canal done at this office. Fast forward a few years. One filling came out while eating, another came out while flossing because it wasn't smoothed out properly, another completely crumble while chewing gum. Lastly, my crown from the root canal was too short for my tooth, which lead to an infection. That infection will cost me the tooth! I will need an implant in place of the root canal tooth. Obviously, NOT at this office or with this company!

Positive experience: I called for an emergency appointment due to severely painful abscess with two teeth. I was told the earliest appointment was 1:00 pm. It was 11:00 am. I was 45 minutes away. I drove straight in and was told the doctor was at lunch and wouldn’t be back until 1:00pm. I waited until nearly 3:00 pm before I saw the doctor, then waited to sign a paper, paid for the procedure, then finally got the teeth pulled. I thought I’d lose my mind waiting but Yolanda helped me so much, even held my hand. The dentist was fantastic!! He was quick and thorough, with a great sense of humor, and when I left the office around 4:00 pm I was sooo happy. It went really well. I just wish the wait hadn’t been so awful. I wasn’t offered anything for the pain, and their bathroom was filthy, no toilet tissue, dirty floors.

Negative experience: When it come to a phone call this ladies don’t care. The left me twice in the background without answering me for 50 minutes. That’s very unprofessional.if they don’t want to be in the front desk, well then just find something else that fix you.

Fantastic experience: I've been to several western dental facilities. I felt like I was going into some dungeon of torture each time. Today however was different, the lobby was clean, the equipment looked up to date and the biggest upgrade from my past experiences, is the staff. The front desk staff was very friendly with great customer service skills and the doctor was friendly and engaging. The cutie that took my X rays was very sweet as well.

Fantastic experience: My experience and results with my braces treatment were incredible. The doctor truly did a miracle. He was able to correct my bite despite me needing jaw surgery to achieve a perfect smile. He is very straightforward and ensures he answers every question you may have. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience: I haven't seen a dentist in over 20 years because of the phobias. The staff there that helps me with getting over them. Yolanda especially help me! the greatest dental x-ray technicians! Highly recommend if you have children or is scared of going to the dentist yourself.

Negative experience: My experience with Western Dental and Orthodontics was a disaster from start to finish. I arrived on December 9th, 2024, for my confirmed 9 AM appointment, only to be told by an unwelcoming receptionist that the doctor was unavailable for half the week. Despite my frustration, I had no choice but to reschedule for December 12th. On that day, after waiting two agonizing hours, I was informed that only my X-rays would be taken because the doctor was leaving. The lack of professionalism, complete disregard for patients’ time, and apathetic management made this experience unbearable. The managers seemed more concerned with their appearance than with addressing customer concerns. It’s clear the staff prioritizes excuses over solutions. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like an inconvenience.

Positive experience: Old filling fell out- They got me in & fixed in 2 days. $90. Can’t complain

Positive experience: The staff are great including the doctor. The wait for my initial consult was quite a long time but the second time for my cleaning was quick. The facility is clean and temperature is comfortable. I like coming here but it's hard to come around lunch because they close and open around 1 pm. If you're appointment is at 1pm, just go exactly that time but be aware that the parking lot can be full because they only have a few parking.

Negative experience: I took my son here for two scheduled appointment's. They called him back 40 minutes late the first appointment to see him and even had him fill out paperwork for his next cleaning appointment so he didn’t have to wait. Needless to say after 40 minutes pass for his second scheduled appointment we decided to get copies of our records a leave. Once I got home I noticed I was charged for services he never received. This place has horrible customer service and needs better management. I will be calling my insurance for the fraudulent charges!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely no one here and I’ve been waiting for over an hour and I have an appointment. If I could give zero stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Came in with severe tooth pain that needed to be extracted, went to multiple dentists and western dental said dont worry i will fix it and you wont be hurting anymore! Had my tooth pulled today and im no longer in pain, the staff are so nice and the dentist himself was so kind and gentle. Im finally going to sleep without pain in 3 years! Thank you Western Dental for helping me.

Positive experience: Other than not knowing what is going to be done inside your mouth until after you sit in the chair. Then they will inform you. But until then there is a sheet of paper taped on the wall. So they do inform you. I do feel at that the on site denist has his hands full, thank gawd for the dental techs

Negative experience: Staff provides incorrect information when asked & can be unaware of what the patient is paying based on their dental insurance. I called their office @ 10am today to confirm that their hygienist would be available & the receipt said yes, but when I arrived for my 2:30 appointment the woman I spoke to told me otherwise. Also, at my last appointment I had to reconfirm my bill payment as the nurse thought I paid $10 rather than just the $5 for fluoride. It was a mess to sort out with their office & my dental insurance so that western dental would bill me correctly.

Positive experience: Wonderful staff from reception to dental staff. BUTT, every appointment I scheduled (6 now) we've been waiting 20-40 minutes past the arrival time. Sitting here now and it's now 42 minutes past the scheduled arrival time, very annoying. Services and staff great but have a flexible schedule for the wait times.

Fantastic experience: Blaney was extremely helpful, polite, and respectful, She took the time to make sure I understood everything.The dentist and the dental assistant were both very nice. They told me everything as they went. explaining everything as they worked,in a way that was easy to understand, they were all so very pleasant. I'm grateful that I changed to my dental care to western dental. They are the best that I have found in this area, I wish I had gone there years ago,.

Fantastic experience: I go to the orthodontist, I must say he is a great Dr. very polite, informative and straightforward. He doesn’t sugar coat! I like that he is very efficient in his work. I love the staff and how kind and helpful they are. My experience has been amazing for the past few years now.

Negative experience: Honestly, takes too long, my appointment was at 10 and it’s been 2 hours already and nothing has been done, and doesn’t seem like something’s happening soon, left me unattended for almost 1 hour and a half, I don’t get it.

Janet at the front desk was so knowledgeable , reassuring and patient and answered all my lingering questions. She helped lower my anxiety tremendously. I was in and out of the procedure on promptly and on time. Thank you so much for making this experience such a good one for me. It’s been a week since I got my wisdom tooth and I am healing very well.

Fantastic experience: My visit was fast and efficient, i scheduled the appointment earlier the same day, they were able to get x-rays, diagnosed, and a cleaning all in one quick go. Shout out Yesi and all the other folks I encountered!
