Negative experience: Their calling answering service took 16 minutes to set up an appointment. 16 minutes I was on the phone to just set up a cleaning appointment..

Negative experience: Update months later: I ended up getting new insurance and getting into a better dentist. This lady was dead ash wrong. She said I needed two root canals and send me to another office. I had my tooth fixed as another dentist and better place and they did a crown and the root was absolutely fine and the other other tooth she said I needed a root canal on was a tiny cavity that took the guy less than 10 minutes to fix start to finish. What a joke! I have a newborn and have come to this office twice to have my tooth fixed and neither time did it get fixed and they ended up saying I needed to go to another office anyway and needed a prior authorization, which they never sent and now I’m back to square one. Useless. Irritating.

Fantastic experience: The people that work there are very friendly. When I walked into the office it was full, and I thought that there would be chaos but everything went very smoothly. I was very surprised. The dentist is charming. I really like her. This will be my dental office from now on. A++++

Negative experience: Went for insurance purposes, ended up losing a root canal from a bad crown. Unfortunately, I wasn't provided the care I was authorized in a timely fashion. I experienced intermittent pain for 4 years, till an infection lead to an extraction. I had to commute to Binghamton, N.Y. (where the root canal and crown was originally performed) with insurance changed with NY State, I will no longer be going to Wilson Dental. Plus, Rebecca, the previous dental hygenist, has left the establishment and her replacement Stacy seems "new" at her position. Hopefully she comes around to treating her patients with the gental dental care they deserve. She referred to her cleaning as a "spa" treatment, meanwhile I had to stop her 4x from a painful and "wet" cleaning. Thank you for your consideration, Wilson Dental.

Negative experience: Went and took my daughter to the dentist for a 3 o’clock appointment and it was 3pm. I asked Michelle when my daughter was gonna be called. She said that there’s still three people ahead of us and then gave me attitude was extremely rude and said I didn’t have to stay for her appointment. Then someone came in after us for a 2:45pm appointment at 3:15 she let her stay and got seen before us! Worst dentist ever!!! Michelle is horrible customer service.

Negative experience: michelle that works at the front desk, is so rude and disrespectful. my mom asked a simple question and asked when I was gonna be seen just because my appointment was at 3:00 and it is now 3:41. she replied and said there is 3 other people ahead of me, and my mom continued to be respectful and the lady basically told us we can leave, with alot of attitude. It seemed like she was having a rough day, but that does not mean take it out on your clients and I honestly don’t think she’s fit for the job. that is never okay.

Negative experience: Where are they??? Won't answer the phone or return messages. My insurance doesn't know anything and neither does the Binghamton office.

Positive experience: The Dental Hygenists are wonderful. The new dentist doesnt do any teeth extraction you need to go elsewhere. The Bingham dentist i went to was very patient friendly which wasn't so traumatic.

Negative experience: My experience at Wilson dental was not good nor would I consider recommending this place to anyone I actually like. I made an appointment with this office because they took my insurance and their rating online was pretty good, when I got there I filled out the normal paperwork and once I made it back to get the X-rays done the lady who did those were very nice and talkative. Once I met the actual dentist she was very to herself, she never introduced herself or said hello to me. She looked at my X-rays and pointed out the teeth she wanted to look at, she told me what I needed to get done and sent me on my way to reschedule. She was not friendly and made no effort to be such. I’m sure it’s very numbing to have similar conversations among patients but it felt like there was no effort nor did she care to talk to me. I still rescheduled I know my insurance isn’t great I felt off about the appointment but figured I would give it one more appointment, I then schedule for the next month, I did end up getting a new number and this could of been part of the problem however I have been reaching out to them to confirm my schedule and to change my number in their system. I reach out Monday never got a call back, I reached out Tuesday and they call me back and leave a voicemail saying they are doing construction and have to reschedule well why couldn’t I have been informed before 2 days of my appointment that they are doing construction while I’ve been waiting a month for this appointment

Negative experience: Dentist and office are great. To reach them live.... never answer, never return calls. Not sure if they're in business any more.

Fantastic experience: Their office and waiting area are clean and well maintained. The staff’s friendly and they try to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability! Dr. Karanjit is personable and skilled at his profession. I have been very satisfied with their services.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to take a moment and thank Wilson dental staffing from the front office whom schedule, all the way to the dentist. They do great work and helped with 2 rootcanals and also 2 caps today. Thank you so much and Happy holidays! I got my 2 teeth for Christmas !

Fantastic experience: Everyone works well with each other to make you feel comfortable

Negative experience: Made an appointment to get a filling fixed because this is the only place accepting fidelis other than Rochester. My ride fell through and I had to cancel hours before my appointment. They dropped me as a patient because I cancelled my first appointment withing 48 hours of the appointment time. They said it's on the agreement you sign as a new patient but I never signed an agreement. I understand it's difficult to deal with cancelations but life happens and it's a bit harsh to drop someone over one cancellation.

Fantastic experience: Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Reiza was phenomenal! She was very caring and gentle and I never felt any pain. I would definitely recommend this place and her!

Fantastic experience: Dr Samy is an amazing dentists! Dr Samy the only dentist who does root canal’s and Extractions Without Breaking the bank! I would recommend going to Dr Samy if want save your teeth!!!

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was great and was able to get me in for extraction. Dr Sammy was absolutely fantastic! His dental techs were great! I had a reaction to the shot and they were on top of it and took great care of me! Dr Sammy has the best personality to be in this profession!!!!

Negative experience: Called made appointment for 5 year old with broken tooth. Told them a 5 year old. Got to the appointment and was denied. Said they didn’t feel like it was a good fit. Well do not accept 5 year olds if you don’t want to work on them. Seems pretty lazy to me. Will be advising people with kids to stay away. What a waste. Get your crap together.

Fantastic experience: Not going to a Home Office like this for awhile, I found the staff personal. The rooms were tight, but I found the dental cleaning easy and done right, with a very nice lady as the Tech. Not only, a good cleaning, was done, but my smile is always brighter after any appt. at Wilson Dental. The Time Spent, was well worth, any worry!

Negative experience: Not really happy with this company of dentist and assistant staff. Staff was very defensive in the Waverly office, was told I need to go to Binghamton. NY . I made an appointment and all they did was text me every day from 7am on. Then they called me the day before and I said “yes, yes, yes I’m coming “ they claimed I never responded to recent inquiries which I did. The day of they text me at 7 AM and wake and I called back and I was truly angry because I wanted to sleep until at least 10am and then they texted me again at 9am! I called back and said “who does this and why?” They replied that they have no control over the texts! I finally was so upset and I looked at their reviews and that was it.! No love lost

Fantastic experience: Hygienist named Rebecca was the nicest and most informative hygienist I've ever met. She was very helpful with the multiple health conditions that affect my teeth and planning with the Dr how to help me most. I'm very pleased I came to Wilson dental.

Positive experience: In general I was very pleased with the staff, facilities, and treatment. One minor issue was that my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am. I arrived on time to find that the office didn’t open until 8:00 am.

Fantastic experience: This place was very nice to my son . They helped him when he had a bad tooth that need to be taken out. I couldn't get him in no other place but when I called them they got him right in . It was very hard because most dentist won't take Fidelis insurance but they did thank you Wilson Dental for helping my son . He will be back to get a check up . Also everyone and I mean everyone was very very nice to him . Thank you all at Wilson dental.

Positive experience: Visit was short because I took care of the problem before the dentist did. Nurses are great, but the sr is short and not very compassionate or talkative.

Positive experience: I really appreciated the receptionist’s (Carrie I think) and assistant’s (Hailey) friendliness and making me feel more comfortable before my root canals. The dentist seems fine some times and very annoyed at others. I felt like he was annoyed because one of my root canals took him longer and the root was deep. He also isn’t very friendly with clients even when he seems to be in a better mood than normal. The work turned out well so far, but I had to call back days later for an antibiotic that was never sent. I also had to ask for aftercare instructions.

Fantastic experience: I feel comfortable with this dental clinic. For the most part they are all friendly.

Negative experience: no bedside manor toward me, was not listened to, they left a broken root behind when they extracted my wisdom tooth, and when i tried to reschedule 24 hours ahead because I had the flu they dismissed me as a patient. You're rolling the dice when you come here, and you might end up with a new dental problem and the flu, or covid to boot, since they dont seem to care about public health.

Negative experience: Told me i needed a root canal or my tooth pulled but he refused to pull my tooth because he wanted to save it. i have been miserable since and it agonizing pain and he continues to refuse to pull it because he doesn't want to "mess up his work" words straight out of his mouth although i can't even drink without it triggering my nerves and sending me into a crying fit of pain going on day number 6 of his refusal to make things right

Negative experience: Wait times are ridiculous. Made a first possible appointment and had to wait for half an hour. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly and informative about procedure. Dentist is friendly and kind he made sure I was comfortable doing my procedures. I have been very satisfied with my visits and will definitely continue to come to this dentist office for all my dentist work. I am happy to have found a great place for my dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilson is a magician! Just kidding...I am still in shock at what happened yesterday when he extracted a very embarrassing upper, left molar that was just hanging on by a thread! When I was in Florida for this problem it was a horrible experience and they terrified me and said I had to go to a specialist for this problem. Thus, I put it off for two long years! There was a gaping hole in the pocket of the tooth and it was collecting food every time I ate. I was constantly on antibiotics and last week I found out in the worst way that I'm allergic to Cipro. No details, but my throat closed up! Anyway, this doctor started to walk away, and I jokingly said "wait, where are you going? You forgot to pull my tooth out!" He did it in less than five minutes!" All those fears I've been carrying for more than two years, was for nothing! I would strongly suggest anyone that has fears of dentists or had a bad experience in the past, please give this "magician " a try! I'm pretty sure if you have a fear of something, he will always answer your questions. He's great and so was his staff.

Negative experience: Receptionist was rude over phone, Regarding dental insurance coverage, they say one thing but insurance co says another, insist that the insurance company is wrong wouldn’t reschedule appointment “until they found out who was right and wrong”

Negative experience: I've had two hard relines and both sets were ground down and adjusted improperly. When asked if they could fix them I was told my insurance wouldn't cover them to be fixed. So basically I'd have to wait two more years until they address my needs properly. Huh? They messed them up and got paid for it. Now I have to wait. Smh staff is nice. The Dr is not so nice and smells like cigarettes. I will not return to this office. I was also asked to leave a good review before any of the work was done.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and his staff were knowledgeable and efficient, and had my dental issues sorted quickly. This was pretty much the best dentist visit I have ever had, minimal pain and fast results - excellent care!

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure why this office gets so much hate, because they've been nothing but fabulous with me. I went in needing dental work because I had not been to a dentist since I was a kid (gross, I know), and I was starting to have problems. Everyone there has been nothing but kind and understanding. Dr Samy can be a bit dry and not talkative, but he's good at his job and did a nice job with everything he's done so far. He's even gone out of his way to pull a tooth that I wasn't scheduled for because it was causing me pain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

The only problem I had is at the dentist really wanted to push me to get a root canal, and when I said no, he still was determined. And I will not get a root canal, but besides that everything was excellent.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 115 for a tooth pulling. Was there at 110 didnt get called back til 145. Was given novacain and then for the next 30 mins i was left in that chair waiting and waiting. After i waited an hr after my appointment i left. If my appointment is at 115 i expect to be seen and taken care of within 30 mins. Why only 1 dentist when u have appointment all day yet if im 5 mins late i loose appointment? Will never be going back there again. Rather my teeth rot Edit; forgot to mention during my appointment after the novacain the dentist started on thr mext patient which was a root canal without finisjing my appointment. Will be looking into legal action

Fantastic experience: I'm 60 and have been going to dentists for many years. Wilson Dental has been the absolute best, easiest experience ever out of so many. I see the neg reviews and so many positive that it makes me wonder about the neg ones. We live in a very entitled world anymore and I can't help but think that's a lot of the problem. I'm sure a lot are just getting back what they dish out. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I've been here when very busy and have never witnessed anything but excellent service to all. When You think about it, they except insurance others won't. Which means that the odds of the consumer being entitled irresponsible for their own provisions higher and more likely. A lot of entitled whiny people these days getting free everything and wanting everyone to tiptoe around them like they are some kind of special. My experience has been Great. Everyone in Waverly is very polite, down to earth, helpful, very quick and procedures have been painless. Best most thorough, knowledgeable Dentist I've ever gone to and I've been to many. This one is getting the job done also very honest plus cheap and again excepts Insurances that others won't! Buck up Princesses! It's a dentist office. Not a luxury suite.. Highly recommend! 10 Stars

Positive experience: Staff is great, very friendly. I got an appointment very quickly even as a new patient. Hygienist did a good, professional job. Dentist is very good, very fast, but not very personable. This is the only reason for the four star rating. Everything else was good.

Positive experience: Very Happy now that everything is done and the hard part is finally over.. This is a New Life Experience I had to go thru. The Good and the Bad. I'd have to say this process has been the worst 5 months of my entire life. But now I can forget about all the negatives and Smile Bright and Hard for all the Positives from here on out! Thank you to the ladies up front aswell they really showed me they Cared very much. Mite recommend temporary Immediate Dentures as a option everyone will take. 5 months without teeth really was not fun at all. Quick cheap suggestion so the next person doesn't have to go thru all these negatives at all. Also need Pain Medicine . Should be Givin immediately. But wilson doesn't prescribe ANYTHING.. That needs to change immediately! But totally forgetting the horrible 5 months to focus on the Positive Future Now!! It's very nice to have the best SMILE In the Room!! Thank you!

The dentist must have been busy...he was very direct and ..did not talk to me except to instruct me as he worked on me. That was okay, I guess. He was still professional. Negative experience: I have no idea how I'm ever going to be able to wear dentures? The dentist broke pieces out of my jaw bone and I sharp spots all over my mouth. How long did it take you to find a dependent if Dr Mangala to work for you?!?!?!

Negative experience: After seeing my 16 year old and getting her approved for 5 root canals refused to do the work because she had a small anxiety attack as she got there she did calm down and was ready but claimed he wasn't comfortable with her age and then they told me that I had to drive her 4 hours away and then offered assistance with a CPS worker for her anxiety, first of all you were notified of her diagnosis from appointment one of you weren't comfortable with dealing with her you should have never accepted her and set it up staff was rude and doctor was rude so not recommend if you have anyone with special needs who needs dental work this momma is livid

Positive experience: My appointment was scheduled at 10:45 am along with my wife’s. She went in to get her teeth cleaned at 11:00 am and I did not get in until 11:20 both for X-rays and cleaning. I had a very nice hygienist that cleaned my teeth and it was her first day. I was in a new room that used to be the office where we sign in. The light on the new chair that i sat in for my cleaning kept moving from the left to right. She said the chair was not level that’s why it was doing that. Seems to me that should have been taken care of before any patients used it. Other than that the wait time was very long. Also not sure what the dentist comes in and looks at your teeth for. He just looked says look good, never checks under your tongue or pokes around your gums for any problems etc. 30 seconds. Looks good.

Negative experience: Went here to look into a potentially failed root canal. All they wanted to do was push on my veneer and tell me they had no answer for what could be going on. The dentist was standoffish and rude as well as the staff previous to the dentists evaluation IF you could call it that. The receptionists are the only professional people here it seems. Do not go here for anything other then fillings for children. Update: The reviews just keep getting worse for this place. I have had thousands and I mean thousands of dollars worth of work to keep my smile intact and I know some whack jobs when I see them. The dentist who looked at my teeth referred me to an endodontist because he had zero clue what was going on with me teeth and I felt it right after the first sebtence he spoke and refused him proceeding his work. Then to recieve mail saying I am hostile for refusing to pay for an evaluation but they never gave me answers for what was going on with me. This is the absolute worst dental office I have ever been to. I made the right decision not letting these inept people make my smile worse.

Negative experience: Literally the worst miserable dental office i have ever experiened in my whole life. It’s dirty outside with tampons in the parking lot inside looks like somebody’s house that hired somebody cheap to put everything up. First thing they asked me to do is fill out like a 15 page form with things like crazy things I’ve never seen before like if my child cries he will be denied care if my child yells he will be denied care if my child expresses they are in pain they will be denied care. All I wanted was a simple cleaning but they forced me to get 25 x-rays and an exam as well. I never got to the exam because the x-ray lady was the absolute worst. She would yell at me and shove things in my mouth They are about two decades behind other dental offices in equipment as well apparently . lThis review isn’t because of my aversion to dental offices I’ve been to plenty normal dentist offices. I wish i could give this place negative stars . If you are thinking of coming to this place because you have Medicaid and you want a free cleaning trust me it’s not worth it just go somewhere else and pay $100 please.

Positive experience: One of the best dentist around. I had a trip to say it was cutting into my tongue and I got in there in record time
