Negative experience: Worst dentist I've been to in my entire life. The dentist accidentally numbed me on the wrong side, repeatedly. Never going back.

Fantastic experience: Sabrina’s the hygienist is the sweetest, very kind and gentle. Also very helpful to helping me out for some at home remedies.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience starting from the front door staff Ana and Mari Carmen . They helped me understand what I needed and what I didn’t. I am extremely happy with my experience with them. Best dental care experience of my lifetime. Dentist Dental all of whom are quite gifted and very dedicated to the patient. Hygienist is exceptional also. Front office staff is the best I've encountered.

Negative experience: I wish I could give negative stars. They have called and rescheduled me every single time. I am fed up. The dentist is never in. I have had tooth aches for a long period of time and this so called dentistry is the worst.

Negative experience: Wanted to start off by sharing my experience at this dental office that was terrible. The staff is very unprofessional, and rude. Starting with the ladies at the front desk they are rude. The whole time the staff in the back was having conversations about their personal lives, and did not focus much on the patients needs. I believe they are not qualified for their jobs. So far, this has been one of my worst experiences at the Delano western dental office. I am writing this review, to make others aware to not even waste their valuable time or money at this office. Not worth it!!

Positive experience: it was a good experience unlike my first time being here. the lady at the front desk with glasses was really nice however the lady next to her wasn’t. I was confused on why they let employers talk to patients that way. the people on the back were great! they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Negative experience: I make an appointment and they booked me one and I am pain and when I arrive, the office was closed and I tried to make another one in a different location and they don’t have one and the responder was rude with me

Fantastic experience: Service was great from front staff to back staff they were very friendly and professional . Only thing I was there for over 2 hours but Maria was very professional on explaining all my treatment and giving me options to what I can afford also Dr was very professional.

Negative experience: I made my son an appointment for today at 9am you told me to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork which we did door was locked we waited an hour and no one showed up to open the door...Two other people showed up for their appointment also. .we all left at 10am...very unprofessional!!!!! I took a day off from work wasted gas and time..Ridiculous!!! Now I've been on the phone for 30 minutes and still no one answers I only made an appointment with you because you have been him before and he liked the dentist but the office staff and very unprofessional..you never called to cancel the appointment ‍♀️

Negative experience: I wanted to notify that the front desk staff partially the woman who sits on the left when you walk in she had dark black hair and on the fair side is very unprofessional. I went in asking for a referral that was suppose to be completed already that’s why they asked what time I could pick up and I told them this afternoon. I walked in and the woman had me sit and wait without telling me the situation. She proceeded to stuff her face with food without working on anything. My mother asked her because I’m not very confident when it would be done because I was suppose to pick up and go, the woman said she needed doctor to sign and that she was busy, so we continued to wait. She was being very rude n raising her voice so the other front desk receptionist stepped in to help and she gave me the referral within a few seconds. At this time we told the other woman I thought we needed the Dentist signature and the other receptionist completely exploded and started ranting in front of the entire office, completely unprofessional. We decided to walk out and she was still yelling at us as we left. I was so confused I never had such awful service before. I’m very disappointed in these front desk ladies. The dentist and employees in the back on the other hand are pleasant to work with.

Negative experience: i walked in at 9:20 10min before my appointment and as soon as i walked in i went to the front desk to check in and the lady yelled at me to give her a min but the Tone in her voice is the problem so i go sit down and she yells again to not sit down and it was my first time at the office and i got a very bad experience she was being very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Totally unacceptable customer “disservice” . From the very get go, I told the receptionist I needed a tooth extracted. She was all understanding and helpful. Made an appointment, only to be told by a different receptionist on the day that they don’t do extractions, but willing to provide a referral.

Fantastic experience: Not only did Andy do a great job, but they also made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. They are a great dental assistant and took my X-rays. They were carefully and professional. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Worst place ever, I made an appointment online, so I show up to the location and they’re closed! WOW! Couldn’t even give me a damn call, also missed work by the way!! Never going here again.

Negative experience: Customer care will book you on an already overbooked slot, arrive at the place to hear the next available appointment is in a month.

Negative experience: This clinic has the worse service. I don’t know how they are open, from the local office to their main office where appointments are made. I called the main office and made an appointment for a certain day. I go to the local office and I was not registered. So they gave me an appointment for three weeks from their, and tomorrow is the appointment which is Saturday and I get a call telling me that my insurance does not find me on their system, so I ask the lady, why are you just calling me right now which was 456pm. She says we can’t call a month the insurance a month before the appointment. I tell the lady it’s was about three weeks since I came. She did not know what to say and said the insurance companies usually close at 5pm, and I ask her and why are you barely calling me today to tell me this and this late. She just hung up on me.

Negative experience: Dr isn’t there all the time and they make you wait 30 min to tell you they rescheduled the appointment you made a month ago to another day because the time slot they booked you for won’t work because the dr needs to leave and you don’t have an opinion for a day or time it when them can fit you in

Negative experience: This was the worst place to make an appointment I will never be going there again they made me an appointment at 11:30am and when I got there they couldn’t attend to me cuz they were closing because they were going to lunch then y would you schedule an appointment at that time. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional!

Positive experience: Being a first time patient it started off as a rocky start due to miscommunication. However, once I was able to get in and be seen everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get many things done in one visit. Which was very helpful.

Positive experience: Wasn't able to obtain complete service. Was only able to have extras taken. Didn't see doctor due to they were running behind schedule pee the extra tech. This won't concern me if I lived around the corner from the office. Unfortunately, for me I have to travel to arrive to the office.

Negative experience: Horrible place they lie to you and talk down to you if they think you are not smart enough and if you disagree with them about your TOOTH HEALTH they refuse to work on you until you agree with them they left my lower jaw in pain from there numbing injections I have nerve issues now and all they did was blame me and tell me that since I missed ONE APPOINTMENT IN 2023 !!! that all this is my fault even though they cancelled on me 2 times and in 2024!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had great service with my teeth fillings work and deep cleaning work at Western Dental & Orthodontics in Delano. The Dr. Shubdee Kaur is great at explaining the type of treatment that is needed on your teeth and also during the process she explains everything she's doing on you. All the workers in this place are good at attending the patients. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family to come here.

Negative experience: Place called to cancel my appointment 20 minutes before when appointment was made 2 weeks out over a tooth that was cracked and chipped , dentistry new my specific situation from notes tooken at time of making appointment, Esmeralda and Ana both gave me different excuses like saying tech had called out, last time I checked almost every dentist assistant knows how to take x -rays , place is based on favoritism and needs better management, complaint was formally filed.

Fantastic experience: The front desk is always friendly, the xray and teeth cleaning personnel make me feel taken care of and are very quick to answer any of my question. They all work with me to get morning appointments since I do commute about a half hr as well as my appointment days to be best with my schedule. But my main shout out is to Dr.Sodhi’s work. - Thank you for giving me my smile back.

Negative experience: This place is very unorganized. I scheduled an appointment 3 times. The call center gave me an appointment on a day that the office was closed. Two other times the call center gave me appointments, when I showed up to the office the receptionist said No we can't see you the center made a mistake. This happens a lot in the Delano office. It is so bad they are unorganized. I would not recommend this office.

Positive experience: Been here a few times before Covid and what I’ve gathered was the long wait times and they are aggressive at selling their special toothbrush. Otherwise, dental work was good.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist. They close this place down without notice. After they charge my mom 8k for a dental implant they kept on rescheduling her until they close down. They did not even gave her a refund. She tired going to a different western dental and was denied because her dentist was not at that location.

Negative experience: I had the call center set me up for an appointment at this location on April 11th at 3:30pm. I had taken a look at the reviews and noticed people were constantly being rescheduled because of communication issues with the call center and the actual office. So I took it upon myself to go into the office on my day off on a Wednesday prior to the appointment to confirm I was actually in the system. To my surprise, the office was closed at 12pm. The place looked abandoned, with no signs on any of the windows indicating the entrance or hours of operation...just a big sign on the top of the building that said Western Dental. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe staff was out to lunch. Came back around 3:30pm and guess what? They were still closed! Hours online says 9am-6pm. What gives? There's no way in hell I'm taking time off work on the chance that this place may or may not be open or even have me in the system! TLDR: DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

Negative experience: Very horrible staff , lack of professionalism, I received a call with no information just to give a call back called back 5 Minutes later and no answer. I made an appointment walked in and was told that their call center makes appointments they can't keep and was told I couldn't be seen, took a whole day off work for nothing , horrible customer service they need to train their staff better and communicate with the patients

Negative experience: Front desk clerk didn’t do a cool job on calling the actual number on file to let me know that my appointment time wasn’t available since it was later in the day & the Doc doesn’t do a simple clean or X-ray at 4pm.. & If you claim to call the number that’s on file & someone else answered saying “wrong number & this isn’t so & so” i don’t know, maybe double check to make sure you dialed the right number so the client doesn’t have to drive. Maybe send an email to the one that is on file as well as maybe a text.

Negative experience: Unethical to the fullest every one in there was rude and not the type of people that cares about there job it's beyond ridiculous I don't recommend it avoid it I promise you you'll regret it. Horrible service got rescheduled 4 times it's insane.

Negative experience: I came here thinking I would have a great experience because of how fast my treatment began, but the whole process turned into a frustrating ordeal. More like a nightmare, really. It felt like they didn't value their patients' time or concerns. Communication was lacking, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I have truly had the most disappointing experience with this orthodontist. Constant long waiting times and frequent rescheduling of appointments. I was given a date for the removal of my braces which was April 2023, and didn’t get seen until September 2023. I had to wait for five long months before I could finally get them off. It didn’t end when my braces were finally removed. I was sent home with improper fitting retainers and was instructed by the dentist to wait for a call informing me to pick up my new retainers. I never received a call. I am still reaching out in attempts to get an appointment for a proper fitting set of retainers. I wouldn't recommend this orthodontist to anyone seeking quality care and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies. Also don’t bother with the call center. They will book you for an appointment at your local dentist. You’ll show up only to be told you don’t actually have appointment.

Negative experience: Called the office but was transferred to call center where I was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The operator verified my info and last visit and confirmed I'd be able to be seen. Showed up this morning to my appointment and the lady refused to see me or accommodate me. Worst place ever bad customer service.

Negative experience: This is the second time I take my mom to a SCHEDULED appointment and they don't attend her. Appointments are confirmed via phone call and text message! The receptionist don’t know anything of what an appointment is for and question one another about it. Then they claim that the person who scheduled it no longer works there; even though, their sitting right next to them !They are literally the ones who schedule and call to confirm appointments. Yet the want to charge for the appointment even though the patient wasn’t seen. This is ridiculous.

Negative experience: The customer service here is horrible. they girl that works the front desk is rude not only to patients but to staff. While in the back while me son was getting worked on by the dentist she came back there and in front of me and my son was so rude to the dental assistant . I asked for help sitting an appointment for my son since they gave him a referral and was told no that they don't make appointments I had to figure it out as the parent it's my job. So I did and will never return . This after many appts with my 4 kids going there. arriving for appts and being told sorry we can't see you there's no dentist today . I live 30 miles away. Being told that even though I confirmed the appt via text since I didn't donit verbal that cancelled the appt. It really sad I had no complaints over the dentist or the dental assistant she was great it's 100% the front office staff and there lack of costumer service

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment online, they called and said I would have to wait longer. Also, they stop doing dental work at 2:30pm. Not very good dental service here.
