Negative experience: The man at the registration desk was the only employee I had contact with that seemed to enjoy his job. My experience at the CHC on north Michigan st. Was that the other 4 employees that I dealt with, hated there jobs and treated you like so. Poor care and bad attitudes

Negative experience: WASNT FEELING GOOD AND WAS THROWING UP SICK AND WAS TOLD IT MUST BE SOMETHING VIRAL GOING AROUND AND CONTINUED TO BE SICK I WAS TOLD TO CALL THEM IF I DIDNT GET BETTER AND MEDICINE COULD BE CALLED IN AND SO I CALLED AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK IN TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR IN ORDER TO RECIEVE ANY MEDICINE WHICH I THINK IS A BUNCH OF NON SENSE AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF THE FIRST TIME I WENT IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR SO AT THIS POINT IM FEELING EVEN WORSE AND IM UPSET ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION WHY CANT THEY JUST DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THE FIRST TIME INSTEAD OF MAKING PEOPLE SUFFER FOR DAYS WHEN YOU TELL THEM THE FIRST TIME THAT YOU PROBABLY NEED ANTIBIOTICS CAUSE YOU FEEL LIKE SHIT AND YOUR THROWING UP AND WEAK SO THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP AND MAKING ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER IM GLAD THERES PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE NOT I HOPE ONE DAY YOUR ALL SICK AND YOU GET THE SAME TREATMENT AND LEFT WITH NO ANTIBIOTICS SO YOU CAN JUST BE SICK FOR DAYS AND HAVE TO FEEL HOW I FELT JUST SO YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE CAUSE ITS MEAN AWFUL AND CRUEL TO TREAT PATIENTS THAT ARE SICK THE WAY I WAS TREATED WELL ACTUALLY NOT TREATED SO THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY.

Positive experience: I started going here since I moved to the area.. Everyone here is great! If you don't have insurance, they work with you based off your income and how many people are in your household. My child has a wonderful Pediatrician...Dr. Pino!! I do recommend this place! There are 2 areas to go to...One side is a walk in clinic and the other is for the appointment side.

Fantastic experience: Arrived as a drop in, was seen quickly, the nurse was very kind and helped resolve some concerns I had about a potential condition. Very thorough in exam and questions. Recommended an OTC treatment which I was grateful for. All personell were helpful and kind , as they always are. This clinic is a wonderful asset to community.

Negative experience: This place is such a joke. They never do anything for any of the patients. It’s like Your a number to them they don’t care about what your symptoms are it’s all about how many people they can get through the door. I can’t even access my own children’s portal No.

Fantastic experience: I took Sage, age 4, with poison ivy and A. Sanchez, ARNP, was so knowledgeable, sweet, kind, and patient with Sage! She went out of her way to give us a cold pack and ordered him a pill and a cream. She was truly the best and she know knew how to talk to Sage. She is great with kids! The girl that weighed and measured his height was great, too!

Negative experience: You all can’t even get name change done after 12 years of being married and I have signed several papers for it to be done. I was left in major ear pain due to how you sent my antibiotic into the pharmacy and took 2 days to get it straightened out cause you all can’t get paperwork done correctly

Positive experience: Pittsburg CHC is so kind when you are sick. They tested for Covid and Flu and gave me a note for work. No new medicine so unfortunately my lungs ended up fully impacted with deep green mucus that required a 2nd trip to a different Urgent care for steroids and breathing treatments and strong antibiotics still working on recovery. Such an impossible illness with extremely high fever. But so grateful for the facility and how. Well they care for my family

Negative experience: What is the reason your clinical staff all seem to have this attitude about them? I didn't choose chc, I was sent to you by my employer. Believe me I would never choose to use chc.

Fantastic experience: We were in and out in great time, the nurses and the doctor were sweet.

Fantastic experience: I was seen quickly as I was in no shape to sit and wait. I felt so bad I wanted to crawl into a hole and die, if only it could be that easy. But my caregivers worked with skill and as quickly as they could to assess my condition and treat my pain, which was considerable. Jodi, I think it was, was excellent. Really, everyone was helpful and kind. The meds took awhile to take effect, but I am finally able to eat and drink today. Actually, the worst part was waiting 45 mins for the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions!

Dr. Ayala makes me feel like she really cares about my health. Very attentive, kind, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel so comfortable that I just start blabbing about how good I feel. The building is always very clean and well lit. I would recommend anyone needing medical assistance to make an appointment and make this their place for care. Way grateful!

Negative experience: At best CHC is a large and growing acute urgent care that folks seem to think is good enough. You will find no pcps, functional medicine or help for more than a cold or sprain here. We should demand better as a community for the poor or people in a bind. Especially as they expand/take over...

Negative experience: This was the absolute worst experience I've had with a dentist. Dr. Lemus was so rude. He asked if my 7 year old was mature or not. Confused, I said I guess. Deadpaned, he told her "I'm going to pull your tooth." When she went wide eyed, he got snappy with me saying "I thought you said she was mature." He had zero bedside manners. He also kept telling her and I that she wouldn't have a cavity if she would just brush her teeth. A different dentist helped us identify why she was getting the cavities. It wasn't due to a lack of brushing. I would not let Ricardo Lemus near your mouth and definitely not near your child's mouth.

Positive experience: They treated me with mutual respect. Everyone seem truly worried about my health. Was prescribed medication, tha helped with the coughing. After 24 hrs I can't tell if the antibiotics I was prescribed are working yet, to early to tell. But at least my coughing has decreased some.

Negative experience: I don’t get it. I’m sick and needed a doctors note for when I’m not. I’m a firm believer that if your sick you stay the hell home. So why can I not make an appointment to be seen immediately so I’m not waiting in room full of people. You would think after Ebola and Covid being contracted in hospitals and clinics that they would use the knowledge they accorded from school and apply it to their job instead of putting themselves and other patients at risk.

Positive experience: Ok,first I would like to say that everyone there was wonderful with a great attitude. I thought my ankle was sprained for two days before I came in for X-ray. The pain was different,however, I didn't believe it was broke but it is. I can deal with the pain but I thought that they would offer something for it,they didn't and no paperwork on what to do lift it ,ice, heat still don't know they put a boot on with no pads and it's heavy and loose. Not using it. I wrap it my self and put sock on way less heavy and feels more secure.Thats it,great people and I did show up right before closing and I know how that is.

Fantastic experience: I went to the walk-in clinic on North Michigan St in Pittsburg because I thought I may have had the flu or covid. The Nurse Practitioner who saw me, Amber, was kind and professional. She ran tests, which came back negative, so she looked deeper into my medical charts and suggested some alternatives. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand why she was recommending I seek further testing at the ER. I choose CHCSEK for all of my medical and Apothecare Pharmacy for my medicinal needs because they are thorough and treat me with respect. They actually listen to what is going on. I appreciate that.

Positive experience: Fairly decent and their doctors and nurses are polite. And while they're not always the best at diagnosis and treatment they are the best choice for when you don't have premium insurance and they work on a income-based financial plan. I only gave four stars for the fact that they don't have a pain management specialist which I could really use

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed with the difficulty I have had determining if CHC/SEK can get me a covid shot. Thanks for getting me a high-dose flu shot -- after delays -- but I'm still deciding if I will have to go to a pharmacy for covid.

Medical issues don’t necessarily present 8-5 Mon-Fri so having great care after these standard office hours is a God-send. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I didn’t have to wait long before seeing the NP! They were able to X-ray my foot at the clinic which was great and saved me from having to go to the hospital for it! The X-ray nurse was a little confused about the process but she had help learning the procedure!

Fantastic experience: Had a sinus infection and I was quickly taken care of and had very good appointment. Had my prescriptions filled and left after 45 minutes. The associates were all very good and liked the extended hours.

Even the Pharmacy staff were great and helpful. Being from out of town, I didn't think I'd get satisfaction but I would recommend this Urgent Care Cdnter to everyone. They even recommended their Dental walk-in clinic to me during weekday since I went in on a Saturday. Only thing is the Pharmacy got my middle name wrong on my prescription But I got it filled anyway.

Fantastic experience: APRN Amber Emerson (Katey) was great with my son during his walk-in visit. He has a sinus infection and was not feeling great during his visit but Katey was friendly, welcoming and thorough. We walked away with meds and a smile!

Negative experience: Not at all pleased. Been coming here for 5 years and so disappointed. My husband too, we had our accounts add together and you guys are so disorganized a well as mismanaged. Then some of your workers act as though don't know their job.

Fantastic experience: I was feeling sick & wanted to make sure I didn't have covid or the flu. I went in on a Thursday morning early. I was met with two pleasant receptionists and seen quickly. The nurse assistant & NP were very helpful and professional. I have and will continue to use Community Health as a walk-in facility. I know I can count on them.

Negative experience: Receptionists were awesome. The nurse that did my post op had an attitude with me whole I was trying to explain what was wrong. When she finally let I had waited about 45 minutes with no doctor. This is the third time this has happened to me. I had been there from 4:45 and left at 6 because I got tired of waiting. I will no longer be going to this walk in center. I’d rather drive across town to the other chc walk in. They’ve always treated me better anyway.
