Negative experience: I went to so my younger sister can get some fillings. My appointment was at 2:00. I came in on time waited 30 minutes. When my sister was called in. Around 4:30 my sister gets out of the room. I thought she was gone. Nope, turn out they were barley going to start. They left her for 2 hours in a half all by herself. They told me they can start filling or I will have to reschedule again. I told them to finish there job. I left for like 3 minutes. I get called back in. Turns out they only did 1 filling. Now I have to make another follow up appointment. Its so ridiculous. I came all this way for one filling for literally 3 hours. What a waste of time.

Negative experience: Always a long wait even if you have appointment already made. The dentist here is mean and will yell at you and your kids. Not kid friendly at all. She shouldn’t be working with kids! Don’t recommend and if you go there and get the same treatment, then I told you so in this comment.

Negative experience: Would not bring my daughter here again, she is autistic and the person tried one attempt and lied on the report saying they tried 3 attempts , sadly if ur kids have sensory problems this is not the place for them, they are not trained at all to deal with them, sadly had to get a referral for her to go else where… Look at the automated response i get , what a joke this place is,

Negative experience: If I could give less than one star, I would this place is horrible. Take my son here for ortho. They told me it was only gonna take two years with his braces. He’s only had them for eight months and has only been seen four times (in those four times twice has been because they needed to fix something because they didn’t do it right) and because the doctor is never in and is always rescheduling for this or that but when you call because the wire came loose or something else is damaged on his braces due to their negligence, you get attitude or talk to you like you don’t know what you’re talking about.(I see this taking way more than two years At the pace they’re going). I really hate this place and wish I could take my son elsewhere, but can’t afford to start over. I highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to get your child braces do not take them here. And don’t get me started on the cleanliness of this place. It’s a filth. Markings all over the wall restrooms are disgustingly dirty and if you have an appointment plan accordingly because you’re gonna be there for a while.

Negative experience: If I could give this place negative stars, I would bury them under the floor. This "clinic" is one of the most disgusting, money-obsessed, and downright dangerous dental operations I have ever seen in my life. It's insane how a place like this is even allowed to operate on children... or on any living being. Parents, please read this before letting anyone here touch your child. My family member was unfortunately seen here (before we knew how terrible they were). And after long hours of waiting in a filthy, chaotic lobby that already looked like a warning sign the "dentist" told us she supposedly had multiple cavities DOUBLE DIGIT cavities and needed multiple fillings plus extractions on BABY TEETH that were already loose. It genuinely felt like the recommendations were coming from someone who didn't understand basic pediatric dentistry. We got a second AND third opinion from private dentists not contracted with medi-cal and both confirmed the same things she had NO CAVITIES. NONE. ZERO. So why was this so called dentist pushing completely unnecessary treatment towards a little girl? Either she genuinely cannot tell the difference between a cavity or a normal tooth surface (which is terrifying) or she was intentionally inflating the diagnosis. They wanted to drill into healthy teeth. DRILL. INTO. A. CHILD'S. HEALTHY. TEETH. The amount of harm that would have caused is unreal. And the worst part? This wasn't a mistake. This wasn't an "oops" This was intentional. If not intentional then this is just the dumbest so called dentist I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor hun and go back to dental school I think you forgot to graduate. Or maybe retire already... even though you might not want to do that yet because the only thing you're looking forward to is that check you get from ripping off families. This place needs to be shut down, go cash out on medi-cal somewhere else.

Negative experience: Not the best experience I've had. I was here 15 minutes before my appointment just to get told I was going to be here an extra 45 minutes just to be set in the back to wait a whole another hour. Their time management skills is very mediocre if just non-existent at all and they're definitely not the cleanest under any circumstances. I'm kind of hesitant to even have my kids here

Negative experience: Had to switch to another dental office. This place will have you wait for hours just to be told they cant see your child or you will need to come back. They also do not let you come back there with your child. They had my baby wait an hour just to be told she was sneezing to much and dentist didn't want to catch anything so they had to reschedule . Fantastic experience: Their doctor is often times not there or late causing them to shut office down that day or push all appointments back two hours and cancelling evening appointments. Second time this has happened to us; take child out of school and load them and my infant in car to make it all the way to office to be told I was called and that office was to be closed because doctor isn’t in. They don’t leave messages and there is no caller ID on caller, often times I’m driving my child to school or on the way to doctor appointments and do not answer my calls while driving, messages should be left for entire office closures or cancellations. Staff is great my kid loves going here but very inconsiderate keeping appointments on their part make sure you’re flexible if you start going here.

Negative experience: On June 20, 2025, my daughter had a check up appointment. A routine exam was completed and routine X-rays which are 100% covered. After that my daughter and I were told to come back June 23, 2025, to have the dentist work on a front tooth. I was informed a specialist was needed and after a 3 hour wait for a quick routine exam we were told to come back at 9am the following Monday. We went back and were told the dentist was going to work on one of the larger front teeth and that we need to pay $85 for a special filling before any work can be done. I paid and we were taken to the back. When the dentist came to exam my daughter she was surprised and confused and stated this was the tooth we agreed to only monitor as it is a baby tooth and will hopefully not need any work before naturally falling out. We were told we were good to leave. On my way out I stated I paid and no work was done. The manager told me I would receive a full refund. On July 22, 2025, a partial refund was made for a total of $33.70 despite contacting the business sooooo many times. After I noticed it was not a full refund, I kept in contact with the manager who stated that she understands an error was made and that I was due for another refund of $51.30, however to this day nothing has been done! Apparently the manager did her part and her manager is too busy to respond to help her and the refund department will not get back to her. Whenever I call anyone from billing they say the manager has to take care of this and the manager says otherwise?!We filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau today and we’re thinking of taking them to small claims court for what they owe us and all the trouble! I will never take my daughter back there again! I’ve never experienced anything like this?!such a horrible place! Y’all I just want what I’m rightfully owed!

Negative experience: Worse service ever my kids appointment was at 2 pm I didn’t get out of the office till after 6:30pm . I don’t understand why they over booked patients with only one dr. I had 3 kids and canceled one because I probably wouldn’t have got out till 8 pm. They just seem to be all over the place. I’m really considering changing my kids dentist.

Negative experience: Our first visit went well. I was able to get a Saturday appointment with no issues. When scheduling the next 6 month appointment, it became a nightmare. After 4 calls for them to reschedule, the last one being 15 minutes before our actual appointment and I was practically in the parking lot, I said screw this dentist office. I understand having to reschedule one time, but 4?! No thanks!

Negative experience: This is worst office in fresno! No one cares and just sitting around corporate scheduled my kids appointments and when I come in they lie and say the are booked. My kids have came here since babies and its ashamed how they change my daughter has multiple rotten teeth and they want her to stay in here mouth for months because they are supposedly booked up when corporate says they have availability everytime I call. My other daughter had an exam also and the dentist said she wouldn’t be pulling or filling her extractions because it’s not an emergency but I’m pretty sure they charge insurance for more than an exam I will be filling every report I can on this location! A waste of time multiple times the new staff sucks!

Negative experience: Terrible, my 6 year old daughter had a Tooth extraction 1/20/25 my daughter came out crying saying she felt a lot of pain that she felt everything . I did hear screaming while waiting in the lobby. This doctor failed to make sure that the Novacaine that is used to numb the area before the extraction is performed was fully activated and at work; causing my 6 year old daughter excruciating pain to say the least. Bad doctor. At cedar and Dakota location in Fresno,ca. this place will never have my future business again.
Negative experience: It was my son's second visit here and he is getting his cavities filled. My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for early morning. I received a call two days prior, to reschedule the time to 1:30. I agreed. Arrived here at 1:15 and waited and waited. There were two ladies at in take. I decided to ask at around 2:15 to see how long before they take him to the back. Was advised that it would be around 15-20 minutes longer by one of the ladies. It was until I seen it was now after 2:45 and others that arrived after we did were being pulled to the back. So I walked up and this time it was the other lady. She stopped me as soon as I was walking up (with the worst attitude) and said they'd be calling us soon. I also don't really like the idea of not being able to be in the room when they work on his teeth.
Fantastic experience: Dr Grewal and Rene were both amazing!!! Took my kids in (13, 11) and made them feel comfortable…. Even with 4 extractions. So glad we switched to Dr Grewal!

Negative experience: Doesn’t even deserve a one star. I have a five-year-old And wasn’t even greeted by the dentist. He was so judgmental and plain rude. He did not introduce himself to my child did not make my child comfortable before even taking a look at him. He just walked in the room and said open your mouth. These people are getting paid to help us. I just cannot believe they have this man as the main dentist(doctor). I believe there are two I did not get his name Because he did not even introduce himself. But I do believe he is the only dentist (doctor) that can do the root canals. Please, if you care about your children’s boundaries and comfort. Keep them away from here. Do not allow someone to treat you or your child less then what you deserve.

Fantastic experience: Having a son with extreme anxiety of seeing a dentist this has been the first dentist that was patient enough with him to get him to feel comfortable. We have been going from dentist to dentist and no one ever wanted to deal with his anxiety. We finally got the care we needed. Thank you so much, we will definitely be going back!!

Negative experience: Can i just say this has to be the worst dentist to bring your child to i made the mistake of getting to comfortable because he only needed regular check ups and clean up nothing too serious but now im starting to realize how unprofessional and unorganized this place is after booking for a filling. Every time i come in im ALWAYS on time and waiting for AT LEAST 2 hours. people come after me and leave before me makes me no sense they definitely overbook. front desk ladies are rude af every single time pretty sure they hate their job. also caught the dentist literally scratching his BUTT walking into the facility while i was pulling up to park, will NOT be returning ever again. idk how the staff is so comfortable just being in a dirty ass facility and using dirty ass bathrooms never let me child use that bathroom EVER yeah i’m good off this place save yourself and go to smileland

Negative experience: Was in the back with my daughter for an hour and wasn’t seen. I eventually got up and left. Just horrible!
Positive experience: The staff is amazing. Always work well with my 3 year old and 12 year old. I have never had any issues with the actual people who work at this site. My only issue is with appointment times. My son's appointment was for 9am, but they don't open until 9am so we didn't get into a room until 9:15am, the doctor didn't start the cavity procedure until 9:30am, and we were out of there by 10am. Morning appointments are always fast. I have been going to this location for over 6 years now. I plan to stay unless the doctors and staff leave.

Negative experience: My daughter has a bunch of cavities. They scheduled her appt back in June. They call the day of the appointment to say the dentist wasn't going to be in and asked for us to be rescheduled. They scheduled her for today at 11am. They just called on Friday to confirm her appointment. Today is Monday and they say they been trying to get a hold of me (which is a lie) because their dentist is not going to be in again today so they need to reschedule now a second time. I told them forget it I wasn't going to reschedule and I was going to take my daughter someplace else. They referred my daughter to a periodontist and couldn't even gives a referral to an actual facility leaving me to find one on my own. These issues have been ongoing and the person who responds to the google reviews is a fake bot. Because I've heard plenty of other patients complain about the same dentist not coming in, they are aware of this issue. I really don't blame the blame the front desk. I blame the Asian dentist. She has a serious attitude problem and it shows.tjey remained to hire more dentists that actually show up to work on time.

Negative experience: Although SOME of the front desk staff and X-ray techs are very nice, wait times are terrible, and dentists are very unprofessional. Showed up for my 9am appt on time, 20 mins later they tell me the dentist my kids were scheduled with called out. The male dentist that is there is very rude, no bedside manner, terrible at explaining procedures to parents, and has no compassion with his patients. They wouldn’t allow me back with my 5 year old when she needed a procedure done. I thought that was unacceptable. Very dirty, old, and outdated office as well. Switched my kids to Smileland, best decision I ever made!

Negative experience: Been taking my kids here for years for Dental and ortho and it’s services is awful now. The location provides unprofessional rude individuals and a receptionist that is very rude and always put you on hold and don’t come back if she does it’s to place you back on hold. To top it off she will write the wrong time on your next schedule. The dentist was new and my daughter jumped from 0 to 10 cavities in less than 6 months.
Negative experience: Came across this office as a result looking for an emergency care for my daughter I was scheduled the very next day in the morning problem was we had waited while my daughter was in pain for an hour and a half to have to dentist just hit her teeth with his tool and just bring your more pain an to tell use she couldn't be seen..whene they could have just told us that from the vary beginning..my son has appointment on Monday an we will not be returning.they had no sympathy for my child.

Negative experience: We had an incident on a Friday night where my son broke a molar in half, they were the only place that we could find open on a Saturday to see him. The dental assistant who took his xrays was super nice, my 9 year old said he was great. Once we got in the room we were told he would need an extraction it was a baby tooth and it needed to be removed to avoid damage to the permanent molar. I asked what their protocol was for extractions and then they told me i could not be in the room with him. That was a big NO for me. I asked if i could stay with him since he has medical trauma that he is working through with a therapist and i would hate to have a regression on his progress. They told me that it was policy to not allow parents in the room for patients 2 and older. Which sounds absurd to me! We left and waited for Monday morning to be seen by his regular dentist & would never go back to this place.

Negative experience: Western dental service is very inconvenient and unprofessional! My daughter had an appointment this morning and we went there and the paper said that they were closed. They didn't notify us that they were closed so my daughter missed some of school for nothing. Terrible service!!!

Negative experience: The absolute worst dental office in fresno. 2 of my children had appointments on Saturday January 27 at 8 am and 9 am. Called their office and was transferred to a call center that informed me that the office opens at 9am. So we waited, 9 am came around and still no one in the office. Called again, transferred to call center and was told they can't reach anyone in the office and that most likely the doctor called in and the office decided to close for this day. Unprofessional to say the least. Go somewhere else and save yourself from this frustration.
Positive experience: I appreciate their emergency appointment system and resolving the dental problem (s), but the wait time was extremely long. My appointment was at 10, I arrived at 9:45 only to be told to come back after lunch at 2 pm just to hear parents are not allowed to sit with their children for treatment (s). My son is 5 and I was not allowed to sit with him for his treatments and when they finished my son was screaming they hurt me. I didn't like that and that rule should change.

Negative experience: There call center sucks . Been on hold for 15 minutes to just check and make sure my kids appointment was on the correct time and date never received a confirmation. Been on hold just for the system to say sorry no one can take your call right now goodbye. So gonna make the drive to the office to see if there appointments were even on schedule. Very frustrating. If they short staffed they need to hire more people that aren’t rude.

Negative experience: The staff in the front is extremely unprofessional. I spoke to several staff members each one of them gives different times& days for dr availability. Not to mention they lack basic customer service. Everyone seems unhappy to be there and it's like this everytime I go. It takes forever to make an appointment. I bought braces for my son and paid in full yet they still take over six weeks to book an appointment. This will be the last kid I take here for braces. YOU'RE not saving much for braces going here. TAKE YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BRACES NOT WORTH IT.

Negative experience: Took my son in for a root canal and they say they don't do root canals on kids. They refer me out to another dentist which turns out they don't work on kids. I call them for a referral to a place that will help him and they tell me they do root canals on kids but that dentist wasn't there that day. They never mentioned that the first time. I schedule an appointment so we can finally get this done. I'm the first one there at opening time with an appointment. Walk in and they say the dentist wasn't there yet to have a seat. 30 minutes later we check in. When we finally get to the back we wait an additional hour when we are informed no parents during the procedure. I was able to be with him when he got the shot but after that I had to wait in the lobby. He is ready cause he wants this to be done already. I waited an additional hour in the lobby only to be informed he was too scared to do it and that they won't work on him. I don't know what they did to him but he is traumatized and now won't do it unless he gets gassed which he never knew was an option so I don't know what they told him. They say they are referring us out to some place in Hanford. I asked if they accept my insurance and they said they called and that place does. I call that place when I get home. THEY DON'T ACCEPT ANY INSURANCE! Take your children somewhere else because this place will waste your time and annual leave.

Negative experience: Went here for years, my kids have their regular check ups never any major issues. All of a sudden, new dentist and recommends 4 extractions and a root canal on my 5 year old. Got a second opinion and of course it was not needed, only a small cavity. Do not recommend at all!!! So many extractions done here, please research and advocate for your child.
Fantastic experience: I love my ortho!!!! Karen is tthe best in the office! She is always friendly, helpful and answers any question you have. I have never had to wait for my appt. If they say 9:30 you go in at 9:30. My Grandson is 11 and he loves coming.

Negative experience: Do not take your kids here 2 of my kids had extractions and the dentist literally screamed and argued in front of us with the young lady assisting him saying she’s going to do it his way that they didn’t need a consent form signed obviously everywhere you need consent from your patient or patients guardian after the whole dispute the dentist had us sign a consent no point to the whole ordeal then they totally forgot about my other child in the other room if I could give them no stars I would definitely will be searching for a new dentist after this experience it’s such a shame because the past owners were so kind and attentive

Negative experience: Service there is very horrible. You make few appointments and never fails when you get there you are on a 3 hour waiting. Staff is nice but services is just horrible. The doctors are rude to the kids. I had to stop taking my boys there cause it was dramatizing to them having to wait for 3 hrs after scheduled appointment to hear crying kids coming out if the rooms. Fantastic experience: I will be staying with them for the most part, they are professional, sometimes with there being a lot of patients, western dental kids will get you in and out, in no time. Scheduling may be booked up, but they will get you in.
Negative experience: Staff are very slow on attending patients. My daughter appointment turned in to a 3hr appointment. This facility is not kid friendly they do not have any games for kids to be distracted. Bathrooms are not clean.
Negative experience: It was the worse experience ever. Sad because it’s my daughters first dentist appointment. After waiting a hour I asked how much longer she said she’ll call me back now for X-rays. After her 2 minute x rays we were escorted to another room where we waited another house so our appointment being at 230 it’s now 430 and we still have yet to see the dentist. The bathrooms were filthy, black walls no toilet paper. No hand towels, and even worse and sad no toys for the babies. The girls were all moving slow and it’s a mess never will we ever be back and I don’t recommend this dentist to anyone. I’m really upset and saddened with our first time visit. Horrible horrible and disgusting.

Positive experience: Today's visit was rather quick. We were there for about 1 hour with both of our boys to be seen. The front desk lady was very nice. It was great that they let my husband go to the back with our younger son because he is autistic and really freaks outs. I gave it a 4 because we usually have a good experience but today the dentist guy checking my younger son was giving a little bit of an attitude. I mean, don't work for kids if you can't handle the ones who freak out. The lady dentist is awesome tho.

Negative experience: I was just in your office. Omg horrible service. I have a 6 year old daughter that is already scared of the dentist and I was not allowed to be with her while they worked on her teeth. Oh and by the way...the wait to be seen is still horrible. And they allow kids to run all over the main office like it's a playground. A mother with her baby that won't stop crying is aloud to disrupt everyone's time without anything said or done about it. Atleast take your baby outside so everyone in the office doesn't have to hear your baby for 2 hours. This office has many bad reviews. Nothing has changes
Negative experience: Horrible experience. My 2 year old son had a appointment for 2 caps. And they scheduled his appointment 3 months out before the appointment I called days prior to confirm that the doctor was going to do the laughing gas procedure the day before the procedure the office called to confirm that I was going to come to do the procedure. so the day that we go in for his procedure I waited in the office for an hour we go to the back the doctor leaves the room for about 10 minutes come back and says that he's not going to do the procedure with the laughing gas and didn't even attempt to try to do it and referred me out. He made me completely waste my time and it was completely unprofessional, and they should have did this when they confirm my appointment.

Negative experience: If I could give this dental office zero stars I would. The lack of knowledge and professionalism that this dental office lacks is insane. They do not care about the patients. They had my daughter sitting in the back for an hour I was wondering what was taking so long they didn’t even start on her they told me. The fact that these kids don’t get to go with their parents behind the doors is sketchy. One day I took my daughter they said she needed to have surgery on her mouth , The next time I took her they said she had no cavities and like which one is it. Please do not take your child here you will traumatize them and scare them from the dentist. Also the patients that have Medi-Cal will be treated differently and they will be placed on the back burner. Save yourself the headache and do not come here I am not even too sure how this place is still operating. It needs to be shut down immediately. Nobody but troubles, please stop reading this review and don’t even call to book your appointment with them.

Negative experience: I didn’t get the names but I will be tomorrow. My son went it for an abscess on his gum his appointment was at 5:00 everyone was getting ready to go they cleaned my sons teeth and took him out and gave me a paper to make him another appointment on treatment the” Indian man Dr” suggests. I tell the medical assistant specifically why I took him in, she had me speak to the Dr and I tell him if he can give him antibiotics to help with abscess. Mean while the medical assistant is looking at me irritated because they all probably wanted to go home. The Dr tells her to go set up she’s like everything was off already? I tell him if you guys are in a rush it’s ok just give him something for his abscess to help with the pain he says no I don’t give antibiotics I just extract the tooth it won’t take long the medical assistant tells me to leave to the waiting area and I hear my son scream so loud and I’m hoping it’s just because he was getting numbed NO less than 4 minutes they extracted his tooth I regret bringing him here the Hindu Dr comes out and he starts talking to his workers and they tell him we’re just waiting for you to leave . He tells me his all done ? I tell him you didn’t Evan let him get numb ?He responds i numbed him straight into his tooth so it worked, His medical assistant comes out with 1 gauze he didn’t prescribe him anything for pain. Yes I could buy some over the counter but the amount of inhumane this Dr and his assistant was just to rush and go home is ridiculous. Don’t bring your babies here if you love them they are inconsiderate. Have one of them get there tooth extracted with out being numb ? My sons experience was the worst don’t make appointments at 5:00 if office closes at 6pm and there trying to go home. Don’t make an appointment at all !!! Good luck on your experiences. This are kids they are working with.

Negative experience: This Horrible place has a policy that parents are not allowed in the back while child is doing treatment. My child had an appointment to get treatment done at 11am on July 15th in the morning. They denied me to go back there with my child and at that time referred me to go to a different place instead of telling me while we were there to get her x-rays which was a few weeks prior to this appointment. Highly unprofessional very disrespectful.

Negative experience: Worst service I’ve ever had regarding my childrens dental health. Employees are rude & unprofessional. Couldn’t type my child’s name right into the system WHILE looking at his medical card & we couldn’t go forth with the specialist because of incorrect information in the system. Then never answers the phone to fix the issue. Meanwhile at the office during our appointment, staff is more concerned about gossiping using vulgar language loud for everyone to hear, rather than dealing with patients. Fantastic experience: We got there today and there was no line, very little wait time, and the staff were caring and answered my questions. My 5 year old had 4 small fillings and came back smiling, no tears at all. The time before when we went, there was a bit longer wait time. But, this is normal in an office because sometimes work is more extensive than anticipated.

Fantastic experience: At first there was a questions about whether or not the laughing gas would be available for my daughter’s extraction. I shared my concern with the front desk staff (Sujuy)and spoke with office manager (Karina) to make sure that the service would be available for the procedure. Both staff were caring and took the extra steps to make make sure that my daughter was okay during the procedure and that she got the gas, like I requested. My daughter came out of the office with a smile, it was totally worth the wait.

Negative experience: I would give this establishment negative stars If i could. I was always told to never go to Western Dental and made the mistake of going just because I know they take Medi-Cal. Literally had the worst experience today at my daughters' appointment. It left her traumatized. I should've known something was going to happen when they were completely avoiding my question and acted lost when I asked if they were going to fill in her cavities that they said she had (which was the whole point of her appt). It went from cavities, to her needing a tooth extracted. My daughter told me they gave her a shot and then immediately pulled out her tooth and she felt everything, and she also said the doctor held her head down so hard he was hurting her. She came out of the room balling, I felt so bad. On top of that they said they would pull out her tooth and input a spacer in the spot, because it's a molar, and they didn't even do that or even fix any of her cavities. They just ripped her tooth out and called it a day. They do not care about your children, you're just a paycheck to these people. Never will I ever take a step into this place again.

Negative experience: The front desk staff are friendly and kind but the wait times to get seen are long (1-2 hours) . And they don’t let the parent(s)go with their children while fillings or an extraction is being performed. My daughter was scared and crying. When she came out of the procedure she had red little dots under her eye bags and then the next day she woke up with the skin around her left eye swollen . The father of my children thought I was physically abusing her.
Negative experience: I have taken my child to this dental care a few times and I honestly thought maybe it was just those day when I came in that they were so busy. But then it's not. The place is just horrible. My child recently was there July/2021 and his appt was at 3:30 pm. The dental care closes at 5pm. We waited so long to the point they told us to leave our child behind and they'll call us when they're finish with our child check up. What I don't understand is why book so many appts when you can't get to them all? Plus if they take covid so serious then why book so much people in one day? Patient were sitting on the ground as they were waiting to be check up. People from appts that are from lunch time was still there. This is just ridiculous. Plus parking there are horrible.

Negative experience: Had a appointment at 12pm & it's 1:40pm now they say they are busy then why make appts? I have other things to do than waiting in the heat for them to call me. This isn't the first time, I got here early to make sure I was on time but they have no concept of what an appointment is. Another lady said it's been 2 hours for her. I'm sorry but I am not ok with this. I get one day off a week and I don't want to waste hours of it waiting hours after my appointment sitting in the heat with my daughter. Ever heard of time Managment? People expect to be seen at appointed times so then can accomplish multiple things during the day. I can understand 10 or 20 mins after bcus they get busy but NOT 1 to 2 hours! Not happy and will be calling their head office to see if anyone even cares about what is happening here

Fantastic experience: The first visit took a while but when we came back the service was quick, my daughter needed some feelings and they took care of that real quick. Our appointment was at 2:30 pm and we were out of there before 4:00 pm.
